Great course in reasonable shape very challenging. Arrived at the concession on hole 9 for a quick lunch, sadly it was not to be. Only 3 hotdogs available, no sandwiches made, server had 'no idea' when the next batch of hotdogs would be ready??? Had the hotdogs, worst ever tasted, buns stale and one with green mould, trail mix nuts rancid. Server in need of serious attitude adjustment, no help at all! Very poor representation for the golf club. After that experience didn't chance the restaurant.

Poorest greeting experience in years, sure it was hit but come on man you couldn't get your lazt asd up off your cart and phoe to properly greet us with a cart......10 feet from the booth No water on course, no emergency response to the intense heat., coldvwayrt bottles, ..cold towels anyone? , anyone? Not one AND a charity 2some hitting into us, twice, without warning.... At least the sandwiches and cold drinks eere a welcome respite

Great lunch on the deck with beautiful Okanagan views! Awesome hamburger with fries and super onion rings. Too full this time but going back for big cookie ice cream chocolate and caramel sauce dessert soon! Great server - cannot remember name! Dark wavy longish hair, beautiful smile and lovely sense of humour! Thank you! (We don't golf but we can eat!)

While there's no doubt that this is a beautiful golf course, with decent service and friendly staff, it's definitely not one for high handicappers. In fact, I feel that you need to be in the low teens (in handicap) to even start enjoying it. There's plenty of blind shots, carry overs. The women's green tee, at 5326 yds, have par 3s at the extreme - two of them at 91 and 80 yds and one at 149 yds, all carry. The whole round feels like a hiking trip. Not my cup of tea.

You need to play this course soon. It's kept well, challenging, and full of elevation change.

An absolute gem of a golf course. Extremely well maintained, friendly atmosphere. Thanks to Rob in the ProShop for getting us all set up. Money well spent, this course does it right. Can't wait to play again.

Course condition was OK given the extensive heat this summer, but the course has many blind tee and approach shots. Would be more fun after you get to know the course

Great course. Always in good shape when we come. Lots of different holes. If you are in need of a snack at the turn I recommend the sandwiches. Individually made when you order with great bread and all the fixings. So worth it!

Great course .. great staff....

Debbie Ottenbreit

Super challenging course. Would recommend twilight times but not in the peak of summer as it gets super hot. We played when it was 34C.

Andy Yu

Fun and challenging 18 located beside a beautiful vineyard. There were loud bangs from bird deterrents and the greens weren't in immaculate shape but besides that, amazing day!

Derrick Ottenbreit

Very challenging course is in great condition. Have to play it a few times to know where to play safe and how to read the greens.

Michael Colbourne

Tough course with lots of hills and blind holes. In great shape. Prepare for the heat. Very enjoyable to play with lots of scenery. Great staff. Nice driving range and pitching/putting greens. If you have a high handicap, maybe don't keep score.

Christine Gladue

Decent course, was a bit in rough shape. There was a mother bear and two Cubs on the course that week saw. I called the clubhouse to let them know and they said "oh, they have been here for weeks". This is something I would have liked to know if I'm walking the course at risk of being attacked by a protective momma. Luckily they just hung out in a tree the whole time we were there. A little warning would have been nice.

I play this course several times every year as I live in the area and highly recommended it to others. We did enjoy playing the round until the 18th green, where we met Ron the cart guy! We had not even finished putting and he was giving us heck for playing to slow! (4hrs and 20 min first week of the season)He told us we were expected to finnish in 3.5 hrs. This is the first we’d heard of this. I believe that is absurd. I understand that members may get that done, but for outside guests that’s pushing it. Ron’s demeanour was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. A foursome paying $420.00 to play should not be treated as we were. At no time prior had we been informed that we were behind pace. (No Marshall) We came to understand that there was a cart shortage for the men’s club, due to the single rider covid protocol. Management may need to rethink their advice to guests in advance of their round. We were also given a hard time by some of your men’s club members as they voiced their opinions on the situation. We were truly disappointed with our first “out of quarantine” experience and would have hoped for a more positive interaction with humans and your business.

This is the old town of Oliver it was here in the 1800. It had a hotel and town. Today you can still visit the Old town sight. Breathtaking views. Drive up past Fairview Golf course and it is on the top of the hill

It is unfortunate that I must give this review but our normally fantastic day of golf has been ruined by an employee named Ron. It was our first golf outing during the pandemic and we were more than willing to fulfill all the requirements to keep everyone safe. Our foursome were given one golf cart each and we started our round. As we were approaching the 18th green, we hear a loud screaming from your employee Ron saying that we were one hour late over our round. I asked my friend what time it was and we realized our round had taken 4 hours and 20 minutes. We had no players behind us, no players in front of us and did not see a Marshall at anytime during our round. When we told Ron our round was 4:20, he rudely and un politely said it should have been 3:30 and that there was another foursome waiting for our carts. I have never played 18 holes at any course in Canada or USA where 18 holes must be completed in 3:30. His rudeness and unprofessional attitude will make me reconsider recommending and coming to play at Fairview. I trust you will take this issue very seriously. Claudio Update. The manager acknowledged the employees fault, apologized and gave us a free round of golf ????

Best golf course in the south Okanagan

norbert kleiber

Nice view, grass was yellow, no ball washers, crew was mowing but not cutting any grass, bunkers weren’t freshly raked, greens were fluffy, on an April 4th, we paid almost full price $116 for green fees and a half cart, mostly members playing, they could of lowered the price a little more, high balled, nothing about the experience seemed “peak” season, to pay full, course should of been tournament quality

Amazing place. Great value. Great staff. Immaculate shape. Can be a challenging, yet fun course, from the back tees. Aggressive players are rewarded here.

Played August 26, 2019. Course is immaculate. If you are in the area it's a definite must play.

Great course. It's in terrific shape. Greens are true, with good speed. Lots of elevation changes make this a challenging course from the back two tees. We enjoyed our day at Fairview Mountain, and will be returning.

Hands down one of the best facilities the okanagan has to offer from top flight staff inside as well as a top flight golf course, spectacular views and even better times, its a must play if you love golf or just want to play and have a good time, which is what golf essentialy is about, and also what fairview stands by.

Not a great experience. The golf shop staff were NOT welcoming. The course was NOT in good condition and the mid round food services were unprepared. An overrated and grossly over priced golf course. Not worth the drive. Too bad.????????

Had a wonderful time playing on Sunday! Friendly staff and fast greens! Hint! Everything breaks towards the valley! Doesn’t matter if it looks like it doesn’t… it does

Course was in okay condition. Course hole info was not always accurate. Cost versus other local courses will keep me away in the future.

This is probably the best course in all of the Okanagan Valley, we played on Aug 3rd. Course in unreal nice condition, lush, greens very fast and perfect. Rarely could you even find a ball mark that was not repaired properly. Such a magestic piece of land that was crafted into a picturesque course that fits perfectly. Very undulating and in some cases extreme elevation changes, yet totally fair. Fantastic views of the valley. A bit windy day we were lucky to have the course almost to ourselves. We had sandwiches at nice at the snack shack, they were made from scratch with whatever we wanted on them, excellent gourmet bread, at $9.50 a bit pricey for a sangie but worth it. We had drinks and a light dinner after, our waitress was a bit of an air head as she forgot a few things but all in all still good. Power cart is pretty much required to play this course as there are some severe uphill places that would catch you off guard in a hot day even if your in great shape. Good practice facilities including driving range, balls were free/included in the price, 2 putting greens, chipping and bunker areas. They really have it together at this course. Great price too for the quality of course. We drove from Kelowna, will be going back 1 more time this year as its worth the drive. Local knowledge would improve your score each time. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
