Worst time I've had on a golf course.. Do not look for a relaxing day golfing at this course. If you are looking for a good run with a golf club in your hand while a marshal tells you how to play the game, head here, I believe they are going for more of a boot camp/golf course motif. Not all bad though, if you're not a paying customer you can enjoy the view from the road it's quite nice.

Where to begin. Gorgeous course, but horrible staff. Played 18 a few weeks ago and there were 9 temp greens. After my round I asked for a rain check and was met with complete arrogance from the young man working in the club house. I could go into detail, but I"m sure you can imagine how it went. Beyond that the bar staff was quite snobbish. Your course is in Nepean Ottawa, not along the California coast. I even went as far as emailing the manager, no response, nothing. It's no wonder this course is struggling to make ends meet. Embarrassing to say the least.

I'm only going to comment on the restaurant in the golf club, as we live nearby and had stopped in one night to check it out. I have never played on the golf course. The beer was ok and the tacos I ordered were fairly cheap. The tacos were just alright, so I am glad that I didn't pay a lot for them. The kitchen is run by Aramark, who run the food operations for big venues like TD place and others...in my opinion, these are places that you don't go to for the food, as it is highly processed and prepared for the masses. I will not be returning, and am disappointed that the Stonebridge community that I live in has voted for a levy to purchase the club, which is likely to be a money pit.

Decent track, no range. Run by kids in the shop and gruppy olde men as marshals. Club house completley closed expect for pro shop. Play it once a year, that's it. There are better choices

This course used to be good, but now its falling apart. I've been playing for 4 years, this year was awful. Played 25 times, and literally I had 2 rounds with great conditions - at least acceptable conditions for the green fee. Greens/fairways were punched far too much this year, fairways/greens were in bad shape othewise, it was not up to par. Played last weekend, fairways looked like a $20 course, next day I played Equinelle - those was perfect...And agree with other reviews, most staff are snobby, "some" marshals think its a world class course and its a privledge to play there, wont be playing next year unless I have to - as I live 1 min away :s

Made a tee time for myself and my 2 sons to play at stonebridge as they are playing in a junior tournament there later this week. I told them that my 11 year old daughter would be accomanpaning us too. She would not be golfing, but needed to come with us and we have done this before at numerous golf clubs across Canada and the U.S. WE were told that she must pay a green fee for the priviledge of walking the course with us or she cannot come. Unfortunatley, we could not do this and as a result could not go. I think as a father this is a really dumb policy! there would have been 3 paying players and she would be coming along for a pleasant walk. We had also intended to stay for food afterwards.

Played a work tournament here last week and was not disappointed. An excellent course with lots of challenging holes and very well maintained. The clubhouse food was excellent as well. Would absolutely play here again.

Always a great course. Much more of a target golf course (at least from the white/gold). Fun greens. Tight pin locations and lots of bunkers. Great challenge and a short drive from downtown.

Really big golf club, but many of the holes are similar and repetitive. Decent range of difficulty, recommended for beginners/intermediate golfers. Really good for recreational players.

A step up from the country courses in Ottawa. Never in as good shape as the price would suggest, though. The other high end public courses in Ottawa, like eQuinelle, the Marshes, Loch March are much better value, and they have practice facilities and much nicer clubhouses.

Do yourself a favor and PLAY THIS COURSE! Excellent conditions, challenging layout but not so challenging that you want to pull your hair out, top notch friendly staff. Very good price point for the golf you're getting. Extremely repeatable experience!

Was not happy with our experience July 23rd the starter was rude and the pro shop was as well. We were unable to pay for our own rounds so one person had to pay 400$ and arrange payments among ourselves. Course is in great shape though

Golf course is great... their policy on covid is poor.... show up a man short due to someone feeling ill and you have to pay for the 4th anyways .... encouraging a potentially ill person to still show up is despicable in these times

Nice place for a round of golf. Lots of places to let go with a long drive, other opportunities to dodge a lake and you get to see in the backyards of a nice subdivision while your doing it. I had a good time.

Course is in good shape early in the year, but we walked into the restaurant after and the guy behind the bar went to chat with the other employee in the pro shop and the other server was chatting on the patio the whole time so after 10 min of waiting we left. The guy behind the bar definitely saw us too

Staff doesn't care about you. The marshals don't care about anything just don't want to be bothered. Rate of play in never enforced. Almost 6 hours to complete the 18. Plus I always enjoy the goose crap in the fall. Golfed this course with some buddies for the past 6 years and I regret giving them money after a round every time.

I went with family to enjoy easter brunch at the house club. The place was fully booked. The food was finished or about to finish at 1250 and the staff were not in mood to replace the empty trays. When i asked the manager to replace the trays with new food so our company could enjoy the brunch he replied and I quote " nothing is wrong if I am short one or two food trays I think I am doing fine" . This is good example of what not to do as manager when a customer complains about lack of food or service. I found the answer to be an arrogant and irresponsible for manager. Very unfortunate.i don't think they deserve to have my hard earned money. Service and respect they go hand in hand.

the course was lovely. The only complaint is that they charged for a no show in our foursome. The individual missed because of a family crisis. This is the only course that I know that does that.
