Great place to bring the family. The restaurant called the boathouse is amazing the new chef and his team really take pride in the dishes that come out of the kitchen. All the staff is friendly and the resort is always clean.

Friendly staff, but the breakfast for $15 was nothing to write home about. I guess you are paying for the beautiful view. But when 4 people order their eggs "over easy" and they are all pretty much well done, that's disappointing.

Played golf there. Nice course. A few holes I didn't think were particularly fair if you hadn't played them before (surprises when you got up the hills). All in all, just beautiful, peaceful. I'd definitely go back to play it again.

There are a lot of activities here. Obviously weather permitting. It was very windy yesterday but the woods cut out the wind so that we had a pleasant walk on snow shoes supplied by the resort. They are working hard to groom a skating rink but again the weather did not cooperate so in 10 minutes we were in Gravenhurst swimming (YMCA) in the morning and back in the afternoon for skating at the community centre. I am waiting to be able to go cross country skiing, as this should be a lovely activity on this property.

I can only speak to the golf course but the course is fantastic. Top notch practice facility. Unique holes carved out of the Muskoka landscape. Lots and of exposed rock and private holes, really pretty. Can be buggy though, wear pants. Pro shop and locker rooms are average. You come for the course.

Showed up for a 7:50 tee time, course was in great shape. Had a great time until the very end. We stopped to play the 19th hole and grab a drink, immediately we were told that they had a cart shortage and requesting that we give up ours. We just wanted to relax and didn't feel like unloading all of our stuff, so 10 minutes go by and a employee in starts giving us lip about how we should return our cart. For a top rated golf course and 155 dollars a round you would think this wouldn't be a issue, also they had a shortage of practice balls. Operations are clearly not run very well, if they could improve their service this would be a great place to play.
