I’m not a huge “reviewer” usually prefer to reach out directly to discuss issues or concerns that might have come up during an experience, with that in mind rather than go ahead and write a review, I figured I’d reach out directly to Muskoka Bay first to see what they had to say, after 3 weeks of nothing, a follow up, confirmation through Instagram that I had the correct email, an acknowledgement that an email was sent, but still no response to the original email, I figured it was time for a review.
Course it self, great! 5 star, a must play for any avid golfer ( If you can find a way to avoid management and marshalls)
Starter, beverage cart and restaurant staff, 5 star as well.
Management and Marshall’s on the course, worst I have ever experienced, we were the unfortunate group that got paired in front of one of the Muskoka Bay big wigs, (how do I know? They told/warned us on The first tee) and let’s just say it was one of the worst on course experiences I have ever been a part of. I have been golfing for over 25 years, played courses throughout North America, $50 courses, $300 courses, Private, Public you name it and have never been treated so poorly.
It really was a shame as I have been fortunate enough to play MB several times, the other members of the group I was with had never played it before, pretty poor first experience.
Update... 2 months have gone by, still haven't had anyone address this concern... customer service at its finest.
