The guys that work in this place do a great job. I'm in and out, no muss no fuss, usually under 15 minutes. They top up my liquids, check my tires, wash my windows, check my lights change my oil... They know their work. It's a good place to go for an oil change.

I had been a loyal customer to this Jiffy Lube location since I got my car in September of 2017. Two days ago, my CEL was on, and I went to Jiffy Lube thinking it was just in need of an oil change. I had read on the Jiffy Lube Canada website that they provide engine diagnostics, and it isn’t clear that Jiffy Lube in Ontario operate under another website. Jiffy Lube changed my oil without running diagnostics (because they don’t have ANY licenced mechanics on staff!) and as a result, I need to get my oil changed again after 2 days because my mechanic informed me that I had a faulty coil which allowed the fuel injector to deposit gas into my oil. Jiffy Lube in North Bay should NEVER have changed my oil, and should have sent me to my mechanic to diagnose the issue. This Jiffy Lube only wants your money. They don’t care if they potentially screw up your engine permanently! Don’t take your car to Jiffy Lube North Bay!!!

As a young female, you always fear being taken advantage of in a place like this. I have heard so many horror stories, that I almost always go into a mechanical situation defensively! The staff at Jiffy Lube are exceptional! They have always explained everything they are doing, why a particular thing is RECOMMENDED (but you're never pressured to just DO IT NOW!), and they always go above and beyond. I have never had a bad experience at this location and will continue to give them my service as long as I am living in North Bay!

We had our oil changed on our 2006 Buick Allure. I usually do this myself but on Feb 8 2020 it was too COLD. They did a FANTASTIC JOB. The cost was reasonable. The staff were excellent. If you need your oil changed this is the place to go in North Bay!

Jiffy Lube was my go to place to get my oil and fluids done, but when I went in the winter they told me I had a leak in my axel seals. I was so paranoid that I refused to drive on the highway with if from then on out. I just brought my car to the garage and they told me that everything was fine with the seals and that I have nothing to worry about. Jiffy Lube employees are NOT mechanics. and they shouldn't be giving advice to people about mechanical problems.

Very courteous and Professional Service ! Honest and extremely knowledgeable on what your vehicle needs? And will not do unnecessary work. This I found after asking for a oil flush? They checked it and very politely asked why I had requested this service? I explained I had been told it was good to have this done on a vehicle with high mileage. Technician replied' that may be the case if it has not been maintained properly but mine had and it didn't need to be done. Fantastic service . Recommendations? Without a doubt. I was here about 1-2 hours ago and it was my first time ever at a Jiffy Lube. PROS: - the two lads servicing my car were great and extremely professional & polite - my oil got replaced and I wasn't being pressured to buy anything I didn't need - I cannot emphasize how great the work was and how customer focused these two lads were CONS: - the one guy (with the ginger beard) who was not servicing my car and had nothing to do with my time there could not keep his unnecessary comments to himself (I get it, you're bored out of your mind but hey there's always other jobs) - this 1 star review is only for that one guy who had too ruin it for the other 2 hardworking lads who were actually doing their job and knew how to speak with a customer - I hope management get through to this guy or I promise you he will leave a lot more customers disappointed when leaving The people who actually serviced my vehicle were phenomenal and I would say they are the model employee (maybe next time others can follow their lead).

OK with the oil change but broke a bolt on my skid plate using the air impact gun and then told me it happens all the time and they couldn't fix it. So why didn't they use the breaker bar on it like u did on the rest that never broke. Pretty much told me not there problem that it broke and it would be fine without it. So why then did Toyota put it on there if it's fine without it. Not the first place I'd recommend for a oil change.
