A nice course, well kept, greens were fast and mostly in great shape. Didnt particularly like the gravel cart paths as they kicked up a lit of dust. Clubhouse patio was nice looking over the 9th hole. Bernie in pro shop was nice. Server Victoria did a great job on the patio.

Great day of golf with friends. The greens are being repaired and you can see the location is in need of some love. However if you want an affordable day of golf and staff that are extremely friendly and helpful. This is the right spot. They had a hell of a deal on golf and a 3 course meal for $39. You seriously can't beat that. The 9th hole shoots right to the clubhouse so if your not that great (like me). Be careful!!! Not to much water to lose your balls in and I can say overall a fun enjoyable course to spend the day.

The general manager Rob is an awesome guy, I asked for golf passes for my BF's stag and doe back in March and he was able to help me out. As for golfing I don't personally know myself but I asked a few friends who have used this course and club house and I've heard nothing but this; Beautiful golf course, great staff, great food and friendly atmosphere. One of my friends said it was a gorgeous venue for a wedding she attended. On that note, I would highly recommend them!

Planned my boyfriends 30th birthday here with Rob and it was a success! Excellent space, food was great and there was ping pong and darts set up. We had the party in the bar area for a party of around 50 people. Would definitely recommend / plan another event here

Course is in very poor shape, patchy fairways thin rock hard roughs. Had a 120 Tee time on a Saturday and they had the sprinklers on in every fairway and an employee out flooding the greens with a hose in front of us. ON A SATURDAY.. woud not recommend

We recently stayed and played at this course. The staff and service are excellent! The course played well, few holes under construction in the back 9 but the greens and fairways are amazing. We stayed in the House on the first hole, we were a group of 8 guys for our annual Golf Tournament. Everyone was raving about the time we had, thank you to everyone at Beechwood, we'll be back!

I just had my wedding there on Saturday, and it went off without a problem at all!! Rob and his staff were more than willing to help us out, answer any questions we had, and meet up with us at any time. The food was fantastic, the venue was amazing, and everyone was just so great. If you're having a wedding and need a place to go, go here. You seriously will not be disappointed at all.

Beechwood is a fantastic place for a wedding! I’m an entertainer and have done several events at Beechwood and they’re always amazing! Rob and his staff are always welcoming and provide great service to everyone including the vendors! Specifically the wedding this past Saturday went very smooth. The staff is always cleaning and everyone felt safe. let’s talk about the food! I personally love the lasagna I’ve had at a past event and the stuffed mushrooms are a must! They have a talented chef. This is definitely a gem in Niagara Falls and you should really check it out as it’s a great wedding venue!

We did a wedding at Beechwood Gold and country club. The food was delicious, with many dinner options for guests. Dinner and appetizers were cooked to perfection. The venue was tailored to exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. The grounds were beautiful and venue very clean. We were very pleased with the overall service/hospitality and would recommend this venue to anyone interested in doing a wedding. Went here for bachelor party after playing battlefield the day before. This course was in rough shape with some very poor cart paths along with dangerous. There was multiple times where you drive your cart infront of a blind tee off with no warning. Be careful playing here and not worth the money compared to other options around. Also very tight parking with truck on a weekend.

Worst golf experience i have ever had. Do not come here on a Thursday. They 10 people on a tee box because there was a league going on. DO NOT book people if you are letting several groups of 10 play. Such a waste of time. Waiting 20-30 mins to tee off each hole. Whoever is doing the scheduling at this place needs to give their head a shake. Such a joke.

Beechwood is a very playable course for all skill levels. Keep it in the short stuff to score well and play conservative for the lower scores. Pin placements are fair and the tee boxes are in good shape. Overall, it is a great value course to visit while in the Niagara Region.

Some negative reviews on here, but the course was great overall. The fairways and greens were in great shape. The ground in the rough was very dry and hard the further from the fairway you got, but that's understandable as the summer has been a scorcher.

Beechwood is absolutely gorgeous! Myself and family have dined there multiple times, each time leaving so happy with our experience. The food is delicious (caprese pizza is my personal favourite) and the staff are always kind and attentive. We are even having our rehearsal dinner here in September! I'm not personally a golfer, but my dad frequents this course and enjoys it every time! I recommend to anyone ????

My wife and I booked the nine and dine special. Incredible value. The Lasagna was enough for me to have the rest for lunch. Great service and staff. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Looking forward to trying the pizza next time. The course was in great shape and we finished 9 holes in an hour and 45 mins. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was more than I could ever dream of....it came out absolutely perfect! All our guests kept complementing how beautiful everything came out. Star was awesome and my life saver throughout this journey. She coordinated every last detail until the moment my husband and I entered the reception hall. I let her know what I wanted (flowers, color scheme etc) and she made it all a reality for us. It was the best all inclusive wedding package I could have chosen. Star was also very attentive and flexible the few times I came to work details out in person and also flexible with what we wanted to include in our package. Beautiful wedding! I played Beechwood on Saturday and I have to say I had a great time. The course was all around well maintained. The service and amenities were fantastic. The one lad there, Mathias was really helpful and made the experience even better. He made sure we were taken care of throughout the round. I also have to say the marshals and staff were all very welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend this course and I will happily return.

Ive played nearly every course in Niagara this season and played Beechwood for the 3rd time this year, yesterday. This is by far the WORST pace of play I have ever seen in my life. Im not exaggerating when I say Its a 6 hour round minimum every time. The only course where there are constantly 3 full groups backed up on one tee box. We teed off at 1:30 and were only able to get 9 holes in before dark at 5:15. Waste of time and money (extremely overpriced for its condition to begin with at $70 LOL). A true embarrassment to the game of golf. I will never play here again.

Course is in terrible shape. Wonky layout hard to find some of the holes. Most tee blocks almost bare dirt and bone dry. Fairways are hard as cement with very little grass. The greens are very poorly maintained covered in pot marks, dead patchesales easy putts bounce like a ping pong ball. Good long drives punished by the hard fairways because of the slope usually ends up off the fairway. Low hydro wire cross some of the holes. Really can't say anything good about the course. The kitchen was closed because of a wedding so didn't get a chance to try the food but the bartender and server are super friendly. If your a serious golfer it's not worth the travel or the money. Definitely not going back.

Booked an 18 for 6pm on a weekday for 2 golfers with a cart. Great rate and tough course but we only managed to play 12 because it was their league night (wasn’t told about this) and the course was full. Don’t offer twilight deals if you know the course is over booked. Seems like a money grab to me. Don’t go here on a Thursday night!

Have had a great experience everytime this year. Great course, open and plays fast. Greens are well positioned and offer a challenge if you want to "go for it" The staff is great and friendly. Watching the changes around the club house from week to week is a bonus. You can tell they are putting the dedication to the course and player experience! Highly suggest you go for and round and stay for some food on the patio!

To call it a farmers field, would be an insult to farmers fields everywhere. The bunkers were full of weeds, there was more ground under repair then a construction site and the greens were beat to hell. The staff however, were friendly and the pace of play was good. I understand the heat and sun with no rain doesn't help. But as someone who plays a few rounds a week, this was easily the worst course conditions I've seen.

The staff and food is great here. Friendly and helpful. Thus, the 2 stars. Unfortunately, the golf course is very poorly maintained. Built on an old farm, it resembles a cow pasture. Most of the course was a brown dead grassy mess with so many divots, it looked like a raccoon was digging for grubs. The tee boxes colours didn't match what the score card said so it was a guessing game on how far away the hole was. AND....this has never happened on any course I've been on before....They put the sprinklers on in midday right the the middle of the fairway. We were getting wet trying to hit our ball. Like I said the staff and food is great but not so much the golf course.

Beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding with the golf course as a backdrop. The barn where the dinner and reception were held is tastefully rustic. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Over all a great experience and would recommend to anyone thinking of having their wedding or event held here.

Staff was very nice. Course layout was good with lots of mature trees and some rolling hills. Maintenance could have been better especially the bunkers. I could tell that this course had been drying out over the summer but the fairways are coming nicely. I really enjoyed holes 3, 4 and 5. On the back 9 I like the 11th, 12th, and 16th (even though the drive was blind). Green of the 18 had a big swale in the middle of it. I loved it!

The Staff and food were top notch. But we came for the golf and we were very disappointed. The course was laid out nicely. But the course was very poorly maintained. And we will not be returning due to this.

Enzo was extremely helpful with providing me with the right information. I loved the course and the food and beverages that were provided. I would definitely recommend coming to this course!

I have been golfing for years and that was the worst golfing experience I’ve ever been through. I went with another experienced golfer and 2 of our friends who were new to the sport. The staff continuously harassed us although we kept well up to the pace of play. He came up to us on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd hole, even after we let a party pass us on the 1st. At the 3rd hole, after talking to us 3 times, he said “just 2 of you play and the other 2 ride around in the golf carts all day”. Of course I expressed my concern and told him that I’ve never seen staff act like he has on the golf course and he didn’t bother us for the rest of the day. Utter shameful of the staff to ruin my friends’ golfing experience like that. Additionally, the golf course itself was subpar and not up to standards of other courses in the region. Will never be going back, and I would not recommend the golf course to my worst enemy.

Had a great experience at the course last weekend and got to meet some great staff such as Mathias in the pro shop who helped to give me some great tips on how to play the course!!! This was my first time getting out to play this season and I’m so happy it was at Beechwood as the course looked to be in amazing shape!! Thank you Beechwood! ????????

The course is not in the greatest shape, it's just ok. I was finding rocks off the side of the fairways and patches of grass missing in many areas. It looks like they allow carts out no matter the condition of the course. Layout is ok, I've have definitely played better

Course is in good condition, Layout is very weird lots of blind shots, the marshal was a heavier guy with a mustache and he was very annoying he approached us to pick up the pace even though we weren't playing slow and kept hovering around us circling for 3-4 holes which put everyone in a bad mood and threw us off our game. We had a foursome and we finished the round in 4 hrs 5 mins, I had a golf watch with a timer. Overall decent conditioners but very annoying staff

MARK ISHERWOOD

This course has a great layout and is easy to walk or ride. There are five separate tee blocks to accomodate all levels of players. Large patio off the clubhouse for dining and great views of the approach shots from the player hitting into a challenging par 3 ninth hole. There are a few trees that need to be taken down, however, the greens and variety of hole layouts make it worthwhile. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this course for all level of golfers.
