Terrible customer service. Went today and was waiting in line. The man working at the front desk came up to us and asked if we were renting clubs (we only had 3 between the two of us, my boyfriend and I). We said no we are sharing. The guy then proceeds to only point to the sign of rules, not even verbally acknowledge that apparently we can't share clubs for some unknown reason. We just say we're going to go somewhere else. The guy then proceeds to follow us outside the front desk building and yell at us to talk to the District of West Van.

Nice scenery, nice pace and extremely beginner friendly. This place is good to take people new to golf. However, if you’re looking to have some full swings with your clubs this is not the place to do it.

Played here one late summer evening. The course is well maintained, the views are spectacular and the course was so quiet that my partner and I could take our time playing and catching up.

Wonderful pitch and put with nice views of the ocean and Vancouver in the background. Would be even more romantic / family friendly without the drunk teenagers... Great place to wind up the week

I voted it 5 stars for sheer fun! It's been 20 years I'm sure since I hit a golf ball! Luckily the holes are max around 100 yards. Good place to practise, and such a nice spot by the water. Free parking, great washrooms, friendly staff. When we went on a sunny weekday, it was full and so a little pressure to keep up the pace, but everyone was nice about it. Watch out for ducks!

While the course is beautiful and well kept, it's cramped and dangerous. It was a beautiful Saturday so the course was packed. There was a line up 7 groups deep at the first tee and that congestion followed us the entire round. Our group nearly was hit by balls 4 times throughout our round. I didn't see any marshals on the course keeping any order and there was little to no social distancing in effect during our round. Beautiful course, but sketchy when busy.

The golf course is beautiful but the man working there needs an attitude adjustment. Showed up at 6pm for some quick golf before closing at 7 - we were rudely accosted as to how we got in the door which was open. We noticed a sign that said last tee time 6:00...it was 6:03 when I looked at my phone and we were rudely turned away and told they actually close at 6 when it says 7 on their website. The attitude towards us was unbelievable, we were just excited to play some golf and were not expecting to be treated this way.

Fancy a quick par 3? Nice spot to bring the mates and cruise through. Try sneak a drink on to make it even more fun. Lots of parking round on the back road. Most people probably don't know it's there.

I usually enjoy practicing my pitching and putting at Ambleside Par 3, the greens are in good shape except for a few holes that have divots/marks on the putting green.

Great experience during recent couple rounds... greens are tough but well groomed and it really helped my short game after being out of the game for a few years. Beautiful location to play as single or with friends/family.

Gorgeous Par 3 right beside the ocean - and typically one of the less busy Pitch n Putt courses in the area. It's well looked after, parking is free, and there's great views of the dog park & ocean from the 7th hole.

Great value, fun afternoon! Beware of ducks! This little course is a great way to practice your short game. Greens could be improved, some of them were in pretty rough shape. Definitely will return.

what a cool place. Longest hole is 100 but most are 50-80. can hit 18 in less then 2 hours. great scenery

Beautiful course, one star taken off because it can be packed and hitting people is very possible, almost got hit a couple times the other day, but overall very nice experience.

Beautiful par 3. It's not usually too busy if you arrive in the early morning (and the parking is much easier). Quick 2 hours of play if you time it right.

I loved playing my first golf of 2020 at Ambleside pitch & putt. The course was in excellent condition and the greens were cut nice. the overall experience of taking in the fresh air amid the trees and warmth of summer made me feel almost privileged. I loved the time spent doing what I like a lot on such a beautiful day.

I couldn't believe the lady behind the desk. Immediately rude to us after mask mandates have been lifted and would not give us any accommodations or help and then ridiculed our parents as we left!! Not what I expected from this establishment. It used to be a great place but its clear all of this employees manners and common decency has went out the door since the pandemic. Apparently it was okay for us to put our shirt over our nose but only if we stepped outside and came back in!! What has this city come too?!

Fun pitch and putt. Scenic views of the Lions Gate Bridge and the ocean. Better rates on weekdays. Don't expect normal green conditions or smooth fairways. Typical pitch and putt conditions.

Overall great. Holes range from around 40 to 100 yards, most being around 70 yards. Challenging terrain in the form of numerous trees and bumps. Many players here have a friendly and playful vibe. Only disadvantage is wait time to get into the course can get very long during peak times.
