Camping sites were nice but close together. Host was very friendly and helpful. Felt safe and had an enjoyable stay. Got in two rounds of 9 and it was a nice course and the nineteenth hole was great for an evening drink.

Price per night is fantastic, tent sites are huge, the campground host is very hospitable and went out of her way to help us out. Food at the clubhouse is great and the golf course looks like it would be a lot of fun. The nearby trail network was also great. I took the kids for a short walk there and they enjoyed the connection with nature. We will definitely be back and I recommend you go there too.

Didn’t golf. Came for dinner and drinks. Cool atmosphere. Had a table on the patio. Decent view of the course and mountain side. If you go here. You must try the nachos, they were amazing. Also had an awesome Chicken with Brie and jam sandwich. Side note: the table that was seated a few down from us did an amazing thing, they paid for the whole tab. Words can’t express how cool that was. My turn now to pay it forward. Thanks again stranger????????????.

We had a good round here. The 9:00 shotgun start wasn’t ideal, and it was very busy at arrival time. For a newcomer it was a little chaotic but it is a nice course. The group in front of us was very slow but the staff dealt with it and apologized. We would go back for sure.

Went for dinner only - food was good, though they have a limited selection of beer. Service was excellent, but there was not great care taken for social distancing. Although tables were mostly separated, they are small and you cannot move between them without coming close to all patrons. Overall, people were packed in, considering current circumstances.

One of the nicest golf courses in the West Kootenay's! Awesome track but the greens can be tricky. All sloped so you want to be at the front of the green for putts.

We stayed in the RV park and we're visiting in the area. The campground hosts are super kind and welcoming. Very clean and quiet. Washroom and laundry facilities are fantastic, the showers are a loonie/7 minutes! Will stay here again.

RV park has power and water, no sewer. Golf course looked really nice. Course is nestled in a valley above Castlegar airport. We had lunch at the clubhouse - good fare. "Craft" beer offerings were limited to Rickards Red, and usual big beer mfrs, so had a cider instead.

Nicely maintained and beautiful! Had a lovely round and also enjoyed the driving range. Stopped in the pro shop and let one of my sons pick a hat and shirt since it was his birthday and the gentleman working there gave him a few "birthday extras" too.

We stayed a couple of nights last week at this lovely RV Park. The Hostess, Susan, was very welcoming and we had a nice spacious site - no sewer but a good price for the other services. We found everyone really friendly and that the bathrooms and showers were really clean. Loved golfing at the course (so prestine) and the food at the club house was very good! We loved what we ordered but all the dishes we saw happen looked amazing. It costs a little to find but it is worth it. Quality-price relation is excellent. I hope to return another time. I didn’t golf, but spent a week in the campground. I agree with others, Susan is friendly, hospitable and amazing! She’s also sure to enforce the quiet time at 10pm which I appreciated. It’s not her fault, but the sites are very small and have no privacy. I prefer campgrounds with no traffic and with a buffer of trees so I don’t need to see, hear, or trip on my neighbors. My last night, I literally had a slide out encroaching over my picnic table. It’s nobody’s fault, just something you need to be aware of if you like to have some space. There is also a good amount of traffic (most of it noisy and going too fast) because the road leads to the golf course. I almost forgot to mention that they have the cleanest washrooms I’ve seen anywhere. Spotless! I live nearby and only stayed in order to make room in my house for guests. I don’t need to return but I’m sure it’s perfect for others.

This is a nice spot and good rates. However when I asked the male Host where the Sani site was so I could dump he said they did not have 1 and that it says so on the website. It does not say anywhere that I could see that they have no onsite dump. It would be nice to say on the RV webpage that the nearest sani dump is in town about 10 k away. he could have been less rude,but the lady host was nice. Look for the Elk when you go for a walk. we saw 4

Such a great day golfing at Castlegar Golf Club with Lorne and Cara and then lunch at The Nineteenth Hole. So good! Great selection, really loved the lettuce wraps! Management at the club are generous and incredibly helpful. Staff are great. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay if your going to camp and golf. Gates close when the golf course closes around 10-11pm. Friendly camp host and lots of bugs at night attracted to the lights. Only power and electrical hookups bathroom with showers and laundry on site.

Reserved only one night at the end of July as we were on our way back to Vancouver Island and was greeted by a very pleasant host. As we arrived later in the day we asked if there might be anything available for another night. The next day Susan let us know early in the morning that she was able to accomodate us for another night in another site. We were very thankful for this. The sites were spacious enough for our unit and we were able to maintain social distancing in this era of Covid. Although there was no sewer service at the siteand we were self contained, the bathroom and shower areas were impeccable and we would definitely keep the park in mind for future camping trips.
