Terrible experience: Went for the first time Monday Jan 17th and when exiting I asked if there was space Thursday for the same week at 7PM. The guy told me no but there was space at 8pm. So I booked it for 2 people 2 hours on a sim. When getting there tonight the lady told me there was no such reservation under my name (and the place was full). As if it was my fault and i must have been imagining that I ever made a reservation. While I can understand that mistakes could be made, her level of customer service was absolutely terrible. Instead of taking responsibility and saying they made a mistake.. she tells me to wait an hour and I can play a 9pm. Sorry I’m can’t wait here doing nothing for an hour. She then told me if I WANT TO PLAY THAT BADLY THEN PICK A SCREEN AND PUSH THEM OFF SO I CAN PLAY. That’s the customer service you’re offered. Good way to lose a client.

In the end, we were charged 3 hours: 2 hours of driving + 1 hour corresponding to 10 minutes of explanation and 5 minutes of testing. It's expensive the welcome intro. For the rest, the room is new and beautiful. hardly anyone at the moment. We feel good there. Too bad, experience a little spoiled by this final. So remember to watch your arrival time and not spend a few minutes. A little regret to have left a nice tip before understanding the price. Our dearest 18 of the whole year ... Jusqu'au moment de payer :-( On a réservé pour 2 heures pour faire 18 trous. Arrivé un peu en avance (15 minutes), je suis accueilli avec explication du fonctionnement et quelques coups d'essais. Au final, on s'est fait charger 3 heures : 2 heures de parcours + 1 heure correspondant au 10 minutes d'explication et 5 minutes d'essais. Ça fait cher l'intro de bienvenue. Pour le reste, la salle est neuve et belle. presque personne pour le moment. On s'y sent bien. Dommage, expérience un peu gachée par ce final. Donc pensez à surveiller votre heure d'arrivée et debordez pas une de quelques minutes. Un peu de regret d'avoir laissé un beau tips avant d'avoir compris le tarif. Notre plus cher 18 de toute l'année...

I've been a member of Le Golf Club (Dorion) for several years. The owners and staff are very welcoming, creating a wonderful guest experience. They invest the time to explain the technology and are always there if you need guidance or a quick tip. I've visited the new Montreal facility before it opened and was truly impressed. I'm looking forward to inviting a group of friends and playing 'The Old Course' at St. Andrews. Golf, Friends, Drinks and sports on TV, what a winning formula!

This was my first experience playing on a golf simulator and it was awesome. They have simulators there to play a round of 18 or you can also book to practice your swings with the Trackman golf simulator. The people there were very helpful. I’ve already book another session, can’t wait to play there again!
