Have heard rave reviews of the Falcon course and finally got to play it today. The condition of the course is good and the maintenance seems to lag other public courses, but not by much. Played 9 holes without a cart and was $35 which in my opinion is rather high. To be fair, the design of the course is Excellent and was enjoyable to hit balls. One a sour note, we were told on the 8th hole that we were slow and holding up the back but when we finally finished the 9 holes, I noticed that we played only 2:15 minutes, which is not slow by any standards.

The quality of the fairways, the greens and the sand pits is superb. Then to finish, the staff are very pleasant and friendly with all their customers! It is still surprising today how the "starters" and "marshalls" of too many golf clubs have the outdated mentality of speaking coldly with visitors who do not fit their golfer mold. My girlfriend is a beginner and she loves the sport, but likes the haughty side of golf much less. C'est encore surprenant aujourd'hui à quel point les "starters" et les "marshalls" de trop de clubs de golf ont la mentalité dépassée de parler froidement avec les visiteurs qui ne cadrent pas dans leur moule du golfeur. Ma copine est débutante et elle adore ce sport, mais aime beaucoup moins ce côté un peu hautain du golf. Bref, on recommande tous les deux le golf Falcon pour le terrain et pour leur personnel sympathique ????.

I can relate to John with regards to the aggressive attitude of the Marshalls. We were hounded on the front 9 for pace of play and actually kicked off after the 9. Our time was right near the 2 hour mark for 4 players (2 walkers & 1 car). Early morning fog made it impossible to track the ball to landing so it was a bit more challenging to locate the balls but we tore ahead in the car to find the balls for our walkers. At no time was the following group pressing on us. As we left each green the following group was in no position to even prepare for their approach shot. We were also accosted regarding divot replacement. Replaced when applicable but some shots "mark" the grass without leaving a replaceable divot. Anyhow, after being ejected, having a "discussion" with the Marshall, putting our clubs in the car, walking back to the starter/Marshall the group following us had not yet teed off on #9. I had other friends who played as a group of 3 with a round time of 4:30. Pretty much on par with a public course. The course is in nice shape, but it is expensive and with that kind of harassment, they have lost the privilege of receiving any more business from me.

I was in town on training and had the opportunity to play here a couple of times. Looks can be deceiving when you first drive into the parking lot. The course was in great shape for mid spring 2017 and there were a nice variety of holes with some water. The layout is perfect and the pace of play was quick, but not rushed. Staff were great and the range was good. I will return if in the area

Yes the marshalls are timing you, however golf is meant to be played not watched or give lessons. I decided to go try a different Golf course with some friends and Falcon came to mind since it was in the area. The course and landscape are truly impressive (lots of dunes) but the price is way too high. $87 each for a 18 holes (with cart) is way too expensive if you compare it to similar golf course. And the fact that everything was being renovated at the same time (building under heavy construction) I am not sure I would go back in the near future unless they reduce the cost. And its not just me, its my friends and other people we spoke to on the course that think the same. So overall, very nice, beautiful and challenging but WAY too expensive.

Yes, the course is in nice shape...but not worth the price! Lacking services and facilities that a upper scale course should furnish... - Old Power carts with ripped seats - No " beer cart" - Mens locker room has no towels or other extras. - Service was slow and non exsitant on the patio at the 19th hole . You have to get your own ! Plus, my foursome was harassed by the Marshalls because of one minor incendent. One of players created a small divot on a tee box and did not use the sand. We were told by one Marshall of this and we appologized and ensured that his will not happen again. Than we get approached by another a hole later and get a lecture on the same matter as if we were kids . I beleive we got the message the first time!!!! I was actually considering having my golf tourney at this course. My expereince was not positive one for this reason I will not consider this club to host our company tourney. Plus a friend of my who organizes a much larger tourney was considering this course...no more! Atlantide in Ile Perrot is way better and cost less !!!

Don't get a chance to play this gem of a Golf course often. However, when I do,WOW. It is always in impeccable shape. Never will you see better conditions. The layout the greens are always in amazing shape. The staff is friendly and even though the Marshalls are out there. Hey they are just making sure everything is running smoothly. How can you not want that. If you have never played the Falcon what are you waiting for.

Beautiful course and excellently maintained. Challenging holes. Blind shots at certain locations. They placed a bell to ring and let players behind know to hit at 1 hole but some don't ring it, not courteous. At another hole, there is a huge drop after the 150 marker but people behind don't know if they can hit or not. That one should be improved for safety.
