I want to thank you for your excellent service. Last Thursday morning (11am) I ordered online a set of Taylormade sims max OS irons. I received them the next day!!! I know I am in mtl. but even then I find this to be very impressive! The clubs were exactly what I ordered. I would order again in a heart beat.
I ordered an m2 3 wood and it delivered very quickly and was exactly what I ordered with no surprises. Then I took it to the range and the first shot the face cracked, very unfortunate and frustrating. I sent an email to golf avenue and had an instant response from Samuel. After our correspondence I had a new one coming my way and the broken one back to golf avenue. Your customer service is amazing and Samuel was so pleasant and very attentive responding to my emails almost instantly. Ordered a set of irons and a driver on a Wednesday night, they were shipped out Thursday morning and delivered Friday afternoon. The irons were in the exact shape as described and the driver was in almost perfect condition. Would highly recommend this company!
Super easy to search and locate the golf club your looking to purchase. I bought a Cobra f8+ driver brand new after searching several places for the right color, shaft and price. Golf Avenue was by far the quickest and easiest to find just that. The used clubs have very detailed information that informs you of the quality beforehand with detailed pictures. My brand new deiver still in original packaging was only $229. Compared to elsewhere with the exact club style I was looking for seemed to be difficult to find but Golf Avenue made it a breeze.

Great site to find new & used clubs at a competitive price. I purchased a brand new TITLEIST 917F2 3 wood and it arrived promptly and in the condition expected. I was so happy with the purchase that I later bought a TITLEIST 917F2 7 wood. Same result. Currently waiting on new Cobra King F8 irons that were offered $200+ cheaper than everywhere else (although they do not include the Cobra Connect). Clearly they have earned my trust. Love this site & they haven't failed me yet!

Really surprised with the store. Wasn't expecting alot but they exceeded my expectations. Bought a new taylormade driver which said it wouldn't come with the tool or cover and came with both. Even new it was $50 cheaper than golf town. Took a week to get to BC but amazing company. Highly recommend them!

Bought a "Good condition" Callaway driver and it showed up in fantastic shape, could have been considered Very Good if not almost like new. Also bought my wife a brand new Cobra driver for half what other places were selling it for (just didn't have a factory cobra grip, who cares). Free over $50 is awesome and the service is always quick and friendly as well. Will be buying some wedges from them as soon as I have some fun money.

I ordered a couple of clubs from them and they were delivered in better condition than I expected. There was a shipping issue on the Canada Post side, I emailed Golf Avenue and they got it dealt with that day. Great selection, great prices, and most importantly great customer service!
I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a single golf club. Apparently it is stuck in shipping although I've received other items from the same shipping company in a normal time frame. If you live in the US you may want to consider other online stores.

I ordered the Taylormade Tour Radar Cap on sale. It has an amazing price and superb quality. Fast and reliable shipping as well. You can’t go wrong with this price that’s why I bought 3. It has the same quality that you can get from Golf Town or Golf Galaxy that cost more money.
Thought they were great, until I needed to return a club... (which is sort of important when you can't physically look at/feel/try the used golf clubs) Even though their homepage advertises "30-day trial" and "Free Shipping", if you return the order (in whole or partially), they not only bill you to ship the return, they also deduct the cost of the initial shipping charge they waved. Even worse... they created the label for me while chatting with them about the product and did not bother to tell me there would be a fee for the return. Long story short, I bought a $135 tx incl. club to try once and it cost me $30 + the indoor range session. I could have easily just gone to Golf Town, tried a bunch of demos/liquidation pieces and chose what would be best for me.
I ordered wedges from golfavenue.ca a month ago, and was so impressed that I just ordered a set of irons. The photos of the products give you a good idea of what you're getting, and in both my cases, I felt that the wedges and irons were in better condition than advertised!! I had a really good experience buying some used clubs from them. I bought a Taylormade Driver and some Callaway irons. I think what makes this site unique is that they take pictures of all their clubs so you know exactly what you are getting. Shipping took a while, but it was worth it.
Ordered club online, paid extra for fast shipping, received club and no adjustment tool. I called Golf Avenue CS, the rep told me I had to buy the tool, the listing did not include a tool. If I had known that I would have paid extra for the tool which, should be included with the driver anyway. Very misleading listing. You want me to pay for the tool plus shipping now. This is not the way to win over first time customers. Again very misleading!

Ordered a set of KIng Cobra Iron and Driver/fairway clubs. The condition that I received them in was not the condition advertised. I did contact on several occasions with no response. Having purchased from Golf Avenue on a couple times, needless to say I was disappointed. Hopefully this was just an oversight ,and not regular customer service. Since this posting Customer service has contacted me and went above and beyond to rectify the grievance with regard to my club conditions. Sometimes an oversight can occur . I still recommend to friends looking for a good deal to look at Golf Avenue. I have changed my review from neutral to positive.

I ordered a Cobra F8 Driver from Golf Avenue and realized I ordered one with the wrong grip. I emailed them and used their Facebook Messenger option and they responded within hours. They gladly made sure I was going to be shipped the exact product I intended to buy and were very friendly. Their prices are also very fair. Please read all 3 paragraphs on return policy. There is no situation where 100 refund for satisfaction guaranteed applys to them. I do not recommend buying any New clubs from them even if it may be 15-20 dollars cheaper at other places. They charge $20 for you to send it back, 25% re-stocking fee along with it. Go with a trusted retailer or online site.

I was ready to make a purchase on a new driver from them and noticed on their website that they claimed lowest prices, guaranteed. I was able to find one cheaper online and called them twice and spoke to two different people. The first said that they would email me back within a few minutes, which they never did, and the second said that they would have to contact me the following day when all I needed to know was if they would price match. I knew it was a long shot and I doubted that they would be able to, but I thought it was worth a shot. I went to the website the next morning and the club I was interested in had sold. I called them back and spoke to someone that said they would not have been able to price match in the first place, which is all I needed to hear. So instead of purchasing the club I wanted, I had to settle for another one due to their incompetence. Extremely dissatisfied.

I ordered a driver last Friday and paid for Express shipping and still haven't received it. Was told it would be shipped today and I would get the tracking number via email, never did. Called them and customer service was friendly but if it isn't shipped tomorrow like I have been told I am never using them again especially since I paid for Express shipping..

Very disappointed in the customer service from Golf Avenue. I traded my old clubs in and purchased clubs from them on 6/12. I called customer service because I wanted to ensure I would receive by Saturday 6/15. I asked if I needed to pay for express shipping. I was told that because I live on the east coast as long as your order is in by 2 pm it will ship out same day and standard shipping is 1 to 2 business days. The gentleman on the phone said express won’t be necessary. My order was in at 9am on 6/12 and it turns out I will not be receiving my clubs until 6/18. I had no problem paying for express and if I had, this most likely could have been avoided. I listened to customer service because I figured they knew what they were talking about. Put a damper on my Father’s Day weekend. I was going to play this weekend and now I am without clubs. Oh and when I traded my clubs in they received them within 3 days of me sending them. Mailed them on 6/10 in the morning and we’re received on 6/12 in the afternoon.
I traded-in a some clubs a couple weeks ago, after they were verified it took a whole week to receive my payment. Not 24 to 48 hours. I called numerous times and got multiple excuses.
I sent a driver and a set of irons for trade in. They were received November 28 at noon. Monday after nothing had changed on my account I did a online chat with customer service. They told me because of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday they was a delay which I understood completely. I also explained that I printed 2 labels but only use one as I was able to fit all in one box. So everyday I chatted with customer service about the trade in and everytime the same story they say tomorrow. I told customer service about the 1 package instead of 2 two different times because they were still waiting on the second. Finally tonight I spoke to a live person and the first thing I said was there is only package not two and he says ok let me check. He comes back and says the delay is because we are waiting on the other package well I lost my %#€* at that point and was irate with him as much as I dislike being that way. Not sure if customer service reps don’t note accounts or what but we will see what tomorrow holds but I’m very frustrated because every club I’ve hoped to buy slips away everyday

I sent 4 boxes of clubs for trade in to Golf Avenue. Some clubs were rejected for various reasons. I requested they send back to me what they did not want to credit me for. They sent part of them back and kept some. The ones they sent back were so badly damaged (due to the fact they did not pack them properly with packing material or padding that the clubs were damaged beyond being able to re sell them on my own. I have had a terrible experience with them and will never do business with Golf Avenue again. Take a look at what they did to my woods. I sent them to G.A with headcovers, they returned them to me without any protection.
Ordered my clubs Tuesday morning, and were delivered by Thursday at 1pm via FedEx. Was a bit apprehensive thinking Canada Post would take a bit of time but when i saw Fedex, I basically tracked the irons to my front door. Came packaged great, and exactly what I expected. Will be using this company quite a bit more.
Awesome company. Ordered a stiff flex driver, tested it on the course and noticed it was not fit for me. Contacted their customer service department and they arranged for an easy return. Then had the opportunity of buying the same driver but with a regular flex and it will now stay in my bag for a long time. Great service, very professional but more importantly, very friendly staff!
Shipping delays awfully long. Package got lost. Had to wait for 8 buisness days for the refund, the whole process took well over a month. No kind of compensation was offered to me. Customer service was just okay. Also they're prices are jacked up, you can buy the same club for lower prices and in better condition. Just shop around. Buyers be aware, take your money elsewhere.

Sadly, I have had to change my 5 star review to a 3 star after an error with my order. A 6 iron was delivered to my home address instead of the 9 iron that I purchased. The solution to this oversight (that was made by Golf Avenue) was highly subpar (pun intended). Also the two customer service reps I spoke with didn't seems that surprised or seem to care that this happened which makes me wonder if this occurs on a regular basis Aside from the incident above the used clubs that were sent to me came in excellent condition. The online chat is easy to use and the sales reps are helpful and know their products.
Received my wire transfer today , it was processed quickly and was happy to get my $ for the trade. The part I didn't like was the wire transfer - having to put in my debit card # and password online didn't give me a good feeling. The site couldn't process that and I had to give banking info from the bottom of a cheque. Things worked ok with Plooto and I hope it's secure. Golfavenue has my Creditcard info and a credit to the card would have been better ( on my nerves ). Beside that everything went flawlessly.

I originally ordered a m3 5-wood that broke on me and Golf Avenue completely understood and shipped me the same club but in even better condition free of charge and it came in one day! Unbelievable! If somethings not right, they'll make it right! Well done.
They are based in Canada not in the USA. So if you get what you want at the price you wants, meets your requirements, fits perfectly etc then great. But if it doesnt and you have to return it then you will have to pay for return back to Canada. They DO NOT provide free returns which means I will not use them again and will stick with US based golf discounters who provide free returns. Added a star because they do make things easy to return and their customer service did reach out to me to add that a number of US companies also don’t offer free returns. But doesn’t change the fact that some do offer free returns and for clothes, I would still prefer free returns.

I signed up for the discount for first order. Applied the code, it wasn't valid. I stilled order the M6, 4 hybrid. The lowest rating it had was 8.5. Club arrived and it looks like someone was hitting stones with it. I'm in process of trying to return it.

I ordered a whole set of irons and hybrids online. The price was amazing and the condition is incredible!! Like new. A couple weeks later I ordered the matching bag at another great price. Everything came within the week I ordered it and zero problems. I will continue to buy golf stuff from here.

I purchased a cobra f9 driver right before the shelter in place happened here in California. So I was not able to go out and practice for months now. When the ranges and courses where finally opened, I was able to try the club. Unfortunately I wanted to return the club for a refund but since the 30 days had past because of the in shelter then I have written a number of emails seeing if there could be an extension date for the return with full refund. They have not answered or attempted to respond. They are happy when you buy but don't show much information or interest when things aren't right. I will keep trying to contact them for some resolution

Very disappointed with their customer service and practice. Received my order yesterday and was not happy with it so contacted customer service to return it right away. They wouldn't accept returns since "golf bags are final sale". You need to let the buyers aware in advance of any final sale purchases and your return policies.
