My son who is start showing interest in golf wants to go field, my husband who was golfing for a while took him this golf course. I went along with them , the course is all par 3 course, price was fantastic and course were pretty good for beginners. Staffs were very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Best par 3 course in York Region. Super kid friendly with any age from 5 years old and up. Great value on a bucket of balls at 15 bucks 120 balls. I like bringing my kids here since no one complains but how fast they play or how much noise they make. It's a great starter course for anyone who wants to pick up the game and have no pressure.

Great course for beginner golfers. Short holes, very few traps, no dress code, great prices. Experienced golfers be warned, this course is a low yardage par 54, there are no marshals, and no one has any golf etiquette.

Nice driving range, real grass not plastic mat. Also they have short 18 hole course par 3's to work on your short game. In my opinion best par 3 course in York Region. Super kid friendly with any age from 5 years old and up. Great value on a bucket of balls at 15 bucks.

A solid par 3 for beginners to seasoned veterans looking to improve their iron game. We've gone to Carrick Macross every year for the past 3 summers, management and staff are polite, the pull carts could be upgraded but the holes are well maintained and clean. For the price, level of difficulty, accommodation and availability, I would definitely recommend visiting and going for an 18 round game.

The first weekend of Spring 2021 was gloriously sunny, especially Saturday, March 20, but not many courses are open at this time of year. Booking by phone was easy and pleasant with David at Carrickmacross. The parking lot was completely full when I arrived, it's compact. I used the range and played a round with friends. The range is all grass and full length, and the Pinnacle range balls are in good condition, so good stuff, but it got super busy. The course is simple, the planted trees are still young and small, there are no traps and you cross the small creek twice. The greens are not fast but were in decent condition with no bald spots. The pace of play was comfortable. $24 for a walking round was a good fun way to start playing golf this year!

Been coming here since I can remember, and I'll keep coming here until it shuts down or I die, whichever comes first. Range is long and wide with great targets, ground is a little uneven in spots but still soft. While the course is short, it's got lots of variation between the holes, especially on the front 9. Perfect for beginners, quick rounds, early season rust-shaking and late season cooldowns. Staff are always amazing, and the price can't be beat. No matter where I play, this will always be my favourite place.

If your starting out with the sport of golf this may be a good place to go. I find the course is not challenging but gives you the opportunity to feel your clubs and get a good swing going. For under $25 this might be the best bang for buck. Not usually a busy course and decently kept for a par 3. You can probably get a round in under 2.5 hours.

Been going here for years... Don't so much play their course, however, their driving range is hard to beat. Decent size with a grass hitting area. Tucked away on a side street provides a more quiet experience, as opposed to other larger locations.

Great short game course. It’s all par 3. No driver needed. The course is very well maintained. Very affordable for practicing before the bigger courses. They have a driving range too. Also the push carts work very well, you don’t need a motorized one

I like it because it's close and reasonably priced. I like par 3's too because I'm not a big hitter and I don't want to spend 4 hours golfing. The greens are good but slow and the fairways are ok but not great.

Great little par-3, 18 hole course. Golf carts and pull carts are available. The greens are well-kept and there are no water hazards. However, if you're a slicer, like me, bring lots of balls. The trees and tall grasses lining some of the fairways gobble them up! ????

Review is for the driving range: Large grass hitting area is a positive. Inside where you buy balls is something else… it looks like Caddyshack mixed with Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Would give higher stars but for the high price of a bucket the grass needs to be mown tight like a fairway. The hitting decks are like hitting out of the first cut of rough.

I used the driving range. Overpriced and very poorly maintained. I personally prefer ranges with grass, but this was like hitting off mud. Stay away or you will screw your swing up.

Very affordable driving range rates. At this range you use tees or hit straight off the grass, no rubber tees or mats. A great area with plenty of target greens and other markers. They have club rentals available as well. There is a course there too.

Been coming here consistently for some time now but will no longer be returning. Walked into the shop at 7:32pm tonight and was told they’re closed and refused to sell me a bucket of balls. On google they are open until 8pm and there were ma y staff there so i am unsure of why i was told to leave.

This is a really good golf course for beginners!! if your new into golf and want to play somewhere come here. People running it are also very nice and friendly :) Price is also very good for 18 holes!!

Driving range was alright, usually nice when you can hit off the grass or tees (no mats) but there wasn't much grass left where we set up. May have just been that area or a busy weekend. Fair pricing for the range. I did like the chipping and putting area which was nice and well maintained. Great course for short game practice and the perfect distance to walk.
