As you can read, its rating is really good, and it is founded on a very high number of reviews, so we can be quite sure that the score is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to set feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...

Great place to take the kids
We had a lot of fun! A great way for the kids to get their energy out when it's too cold to play outside
Nit too shabby, definitely worth a visit!
Fun place esp 4 bdays, there was plenty to do 4 the kids n parents
Took our family here on a long weekend to play. Some of the stuff was closed but there was a lot to do still. The trampoline park is pretty cool, a lot of the video games where outdated or broken and the ticket to prize ratio is absurd. The laser tag is probably the coolest part. The tickets are expensive to go here. It cost $20 per kid or adult. Most places let the parent in for free so that was a little disappointment. What makes this a 4 star instead of a 2 or 3 is the staff here. The staff are amazing. They upped my kids tickets for better prizes and let us do laser tag as a family. They were always courteous and helpful.
Much needed time there with my Son ❤❤❤
Lots of fun for the kids!
Went for a kid's BD party and was a lot of fun and the pizza is really good.
Our family had a great time at the Dunmore Dugout! We all took part in the high ropes course outside and the glow in the dark mini golf inside. It was an exceptionally hot that day so we needed to work to keep cool. We look forward to visiting again, someday, as there is a lot more to do that we didn't get a chance to try during our short visit.
Birthday packages are a little strange - not much savings by choosing the lesser options. But the facility (in September) was _absolutely perfect_ for a 9-yr old birthday party with 5 friends. The pizza is also pretty decent, so don't be afraid to eat here. The attendants we're all friendly and competent, and the facility has lots of fun things for all the kids.
Great place for small children under 14 :) lots do . and lots more to do in summer months
Horrible experience on their go karts. I took my teenaged daughter and her friend to try the go karts out while visiting Medicine Hat. The go karts are battery powered, not gas powered ones like we have been on many times before at much bigger go kart tracks. My daughter’s cart clearly had some issues. First the wheel was not turning well, which caused her to crash pretty hard on the first tight turn 30 seconds into the track. In most go karts we have driven before, that would not be a big deal, because they all have 3 point harnesses that hold you in place well. Not here. The karts at Dunmore Dugout have a simple single point shoulder belt which does not hold you very securely. So she ended up banging her knee and a few other spots pretty hard. She tried to keep going but the terrible steering wheel meant that she kept crashing at subsequent turns and getting stuck a few times. They had to stop us all to get her unstuck the first time. Then after about half of our 5 minute time, her car just died. She was stuck on a tight corner of the track which meant that her friend and I had to slow right down to get past her, which affected our racing as well. When I asked the staff what the problem was they said “the fuse must have died after she crashed.” You would think that if a fuse died on an electric kart, it would have stopped working when she crashed, not 2 minutes later. I told the staff I wanted a refund for her ticket as she did not get the full five minutes. They said they could put her back out in another kart. Not the rest of us, just her. By herself. If her friend and I wanted to go with her we would have to pay again. Really? Because go-karting alone would be such an awesome fun experience right? Plus she was clearly sore from the first crash and in no mood to go back out to drive around all by herself for 5 minutes. So we went to the front desk to ask for a refund. The lady at the desk said “they won’t do refunds.” (Those were her exact words, she was saying “they” as though she was speaking about someone else, or as if the decision was above her pay grade.) I asked who “they” were and who “she” was in relation to “they.” Was she an employee, or a manager? If she was not a manager then I wanted to speak to one. She said that she was a manager, but that “they won’t do refunds.” I asked her again to clarify who “they” were, if she was a manager, then why is she saying “they” instead of “we.” Does she mean that the owners don’t allow their managers to make sure their guests have a good experience? We went back and forth a bit on the refund policy, she insisted that because we did the activity we can’t get a refund. I insisted that we paid for 5 minutes of go karting, two of us got that, and one did not because her equipment stopped working half way into the time. I wasn’t asking for all three of us to be refunded, just the one who did not get what we paid for. They insisted that my daughter must not have known what she was doing and it was her fault. I told her that my daughter has been on bigger and faster go carts in several places at a younger age, and has never had an issue. Clearly their business policy is to keep saying NO until the customer gets frustrated and leaves, which is what I did as I was getting nowhere. Their business decision was to not refund me $12 despite not delivering what we paid for. So my customer decision is to tell everyone I know who lives in or visits Medicine Hat, and anyone who reads the online reviews, not to waste any money at Dunmore Dugout. The management and ownership seems to not not believe in reasonable customer service. Once they have your money, if anything goes wrong they will argue with you until you get frustrated and leave. Hopefully this review and word of mouth to my friends and family in the area will cost them at least $12 in lost revenue. If my review results in you deciding not to go to Dunmore Dugout, please give the review a Like so we can see how much their business decision costs them.
Reviewed the website and decided to bring the kids out to check it out. They wouldn’t let us play because apparently you can’t be under 2. It would be appreciated if that information was shared on the website before we came all the way out and upset the kids.
Went to the haunted maze. It was amazing. Great sets, great actors.
Lots of activities indoor and outdoor. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly and helpful.
Great place for your kids birthday and great pizza.
Helpful attendents
Great place to let your kids burn off some energy. A large selection of things to do.
Came to Dunmore Dugouts as a family to spend the afternoon. It is clean, doesn't smell, we didn't eat but the food looks decent. However staff was more interested in chewing their gum then explaining to customers what there was to do inside and outside so we could make a good choice for our family. Staff spoke so fast you could not follow, hear or understand and didn't make any eye contact with customers. Questions about different activites were ignored. Highly doubt we will ever come back. All in all not a great experience and I would not recommend the facility to anyone. Staff needs more training in customer service and needs to know what activities there are to do because based on our experience the staff has no idea what they are doing. If your child is over 8 do not get the indoor pass as there is very little indoor they will.he allowed to do. This was never explained to us, we discovered that during our very disappointing afternoon. $26 for two hours of sitting and doing nothing as our son was too old to do the majority of the inside activities.
Kids had awesome time, will go back
This a nice place to celebrate kids birthday parties or just to have fun. They have a mini golf course.
We came as a family for the indoor play area on a cold day. We live 1.5 hrs away and it looked like a great place to take our children. Our 4 and 5 year old had a blast! I was super bummed there is literally no where for a 13m old to even sit though! He wasn't allowed on the trampolines or the soft play area because paying parents can't go in with their children on the jungle gym, and he was too young himself. We had to hold him for two hours when all he wanted was to crawl around but there was no space for young toddlers. Even a designated corner with padded floors and some balls or a baby slide would've been great. But he couldn't even crawl on the floor around the tables from older children running full speed between the activity areas. Great place for children 3 and over for sure. Just not 1 to 2 year old toddlers.
So much fun! The mommy and me time is great and both my 2 year old and 4 year old love it. I love that their coin rides and games are reasonable, not $2 per ride like alot of places. Staff is super patient and friendly. I have only been in the winter so far, can't wait to try it out in the summer!
Great place during the week especially for kids 5 and under as they have a 10 play all day deal with an additional 5 per child , has wall to wall trampolines and great tunnels ,mazes etc... indoors they also have a ton of other stuff like bumper cars racetracks, batting cages ,rock climbing to name only a few !for the older kids previously mentioned!pizza is AMAZING but food prices are high and you cannot bring food in
Every time I've been here, a lot of games/machines are out of order, or the machines eat the coins. Staff are reluctant and generally unapproachable.
great place for birthday parties!!
Good place to take kids, be prepared to part with your cash though.
First time visiting and will most deffinatly be back when my baby is older. Lots to do. Well ran establishment
The wrist bands are $22+tax and does not include all indoor attractions. This place is not for the budget conscious individual. ☹ The bumper cars are an additional $4/person, and their new indoor glow golf attraction is an additional $7/person. To account for the additional costs, I would highly recommend going on a Tuesday when they offer 2 for 1 wristbands from 4-8pm. Other than the cost, Dunmore Dugout have great staff, great attractions, and awesome food.????
Great experience, wonderful staff and very accommodating to a large group!
Love this place. Great time with family
Great for kids if all ages, even adults that are young at heart!
There is some fun to be had here.
Fun
Not too bad, a bit on the pricey side. Good activities for the kids.
Great place to take the grandkids or kids for a birthday party a bit exspensive after a bit but fun
Such a fun place to take the family. Always somthing for every age. Good prices as well.
My Son loves it here, the trampolines are his fave ✊????????
Quite pricy for what you get. Were going to be charges $15 for 7 whole minutes of fun...yeah not happening. Even getting tokens for the arcade is quite pricy. Fun place otherwise.
DUNMORE DUGOUT: If anyone is considering taking the kids to the Dunmore Dugout, I'd like to talk about our recent experience in hopes that it will help you decide. I don't normally do this sort of thing but felt I should share our experience, in this case. A friend and I took our kids the other day after reviewing the website - it looked like lots of fun! When we arrived we were told that NONE of the outdoor activities would be available to us (1. closed due to lack of people coming in and 2. they had a baseball team coming in to use the batting cages). So...no batting cages, no rope climbing, no go-karts, no maze, no bouncy castles...nothing outside whatsoever. We were told that we could purchase wrist bands for the indoor activities only - I suggested that perhaps they could give us a bit of a break on the price, seeing as how we had driven all the way from Brooks to enjoy the entire facility (there was nothing on the website to suggest half of it would be closed). They refused. Since we had come all that way, we didn't want to disappoint the kids so decided to stay and let them play. For about $25 per child for 2 hours, the kids were allowed to jump on the trampoline, do laser tag and the climbing wall. The soft play centre is only for kids 8 and under, btw. And the bumper cars cost an extra $5 or so per child - so when 3 of the kids went on the bumper cars and the 4th hadn't paid to do that, I asked if they would just let her go on (important to note that we were the ONLY people there) - and we were refused. They wanted extra money. And when the kids wanted to play the indoor mini-golf, we were refused - unless we paid $7 extra per child - even though we were the ONLY people there. I actually asked to speak to the manager/owner and was informed that I WAS speaking to one of the owners. I simply couldn't believe that they wouldn't make some concessions for us, having driven all that way only to find half of the facility closed to the public. And that fact was not published on their website either. I suppose that if I owned the business, I would think it a good idea to make people happy if they actually show up to play and spend money - that they might tell their friends how much fun it was, how great the service was...Need to also mention that the kids were bored very quickly - we didn't stay for the full 2 hours - all in all, a very pricey and unfortunate experience.
Glow-in-the-dark Mini golf was fun
It's way too spread out too many things for kids to get lost in
My kids love this place and they never get tired going here even if it’s 2.5 hrs drive from us
Its lots of fun for the the whole family
I was not satisfied with the go carts for what I paid
Place was great !! We were a team of 13 out of town hockey players plus siblings and parents and they were happy to have us unannounced!! Girls had a great time !
Very expensive and not everything was open
I had my sons birthday there and it was not a good experience. AC only near entrance. The indoor area was extremely hot uncomfortable. $2 for each bottle if KIRKLAND water! I feel like the prices are way too confusing. We ended up paying $27 per child and that didnt include bumper cars.... go karts... or rope course. In my opinion the prices are way too expensive for the 2 hr experience you recieve. I paid 10 dollars more for a wristband at stampede with actual rides. I will not be coming back.
lady was fantastic, she helped us out, explained things to us, everything we wanted was made available accept the doughnuts ;) Lots to do here, for all ages, clean bathrooms, lots of choices for prizes, lady was good with our Grandchildren. It seemed relatively clean. Lots of signage. Would have liked to bring the babies bottle in but it stipulated absolutely NO food or drinks from outside. I bought her apple juice, it worked.
Great place to wear out the kids.
Really enjoyed the climbing wall! I like the flat rate for 2 hours. Great way to entertain my kiddos in the cold. Looking forward to exploring the outside in the summer
It's expensive, but the kids liked it
Awesome 2 for 1 Tuesday had a blast
Finn loved it
Good value . Lots of fun . A little understaffed and facilities in need of some maintenance
It was okay, but considering the prices, it's not a place i will ever take the kids again. There is no single fee for doing everything... 10 bucks per person for all 5 of the activities we did, then 20 bucks per person at the arcade left my wallet feeling a lot lighter ($490 + $14 drinks = $504) with my group of 7, and we were only there for a few hours! Almost too much variety, as fitting it all has made it feel small and makes it a bit crowded at times. The rock climbing wall was fun for everyone and the play structure and trampoline areas were a hit with the kids. The arcade upstairs was hot beyond the point of being uncomfortable and many of the games were either out of order or failed to give any tickets when played. Don't even bother with the battery powered go-karts, as the attendant has full control of the speed and performance of the kart, which made the already small and annoying layout of the track very frustrating. The karts may as well be on a fixed rail, as the attendant will slow you down at the turns, govern your speed or even stop you completely, using his own (obviously inexperienced) judgement on how you should be driving the kart. The mandatory full faced balaclava under the helmet is rediculous on an already scorching summer day, especially considering the karts are battery powered and the fact that you couldn't crash and burn in these Karts even if you tried. The age/weight limits of the activities are a bit strange, as the kids could be too young for bumper cars, yet too old for the play structure, leaving the activities limited for them. Rest rooms are hidden away and are hard to find for the kids. The long hallways, turns and many open and unattended rooms gives a sketchy vibe and leaves parents feeling uneasy if they don't wait right outside the door. The kids were smiling and had some fun, which for me, is always money well spent. But after a few hours I was very anxious to leave. As short-lived and expensive as it was, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
Great place for eveyone
Kids had a blast ! Friendly environment and staff.
It's a little on the pricey side $21 gets you a wristband for 2 hours which doesn't include everything. I think it was $27 for the inside and outside wristbands but that still excluded the batting cages, go-karts, arcade and bumper cars. We spent $54 for 2 kids for 2 hours. The kids said the games and prizes are better at Ruckers (more bang for your buck). It would be great if they had a licensed patio/area where adults could sit together and enjoy a beverage while waiting for the kids to play for 2 hours....bring a book :)
My kids love this place!
Oh it's a great place for families with children
Kids had great fun here. But, I was a little disgruntled by being told off for going into the plastic play area to help my 2 year old down as he was hurt. I was told I should have called a member off stuff, fair enough but if my child is crying because he's hurt I'm going in there to get him.
Nice place to entertain the kids .
Great place for a birthday party. Lots of activities for the kids. The birthday host was friendly and helpful.
