Kingswood Golf and Country Club is a fantastic way to spend the afternoon. 18 holes offering each their own challenge, beautiful fairways topped with exquisite greens and wonderful beer cart ladies. Kingswood is a golf club you absolutely need to check out! If you're hungry, they also offer delicious food options.

Terrible tee time managing. Waited for two groups at every hole only to be asked by the Marshall on 11th hole to speed it up....Which we did, so we ended up waiting again on the next couple of holes... Took 5 hours to do 14 holes and we just left after..

Course is good, club house staff is very amature, beer cart girl was good, bar tenders very very weak. All in all a very disgraceful staff at the clubhouse / bar. One star is way too generous.

Frequently play this course and always enjoy the tough but fun track. The newly renevated clubhouse is great for both golfers and non-golfers to enjoy a drink and some good food.

It is an absolute shame how poor shape this course is in. It has dwindled over the years to the point of basically being unplayable. Greens are so poorly maintained and resemble the surface of the moon. Fairways are also non-existent and have become one with the fields surrounding it. How bad is it when your tee breaks going into the ground? Friends who at here say something, they won't go back. At this pace it may not exist in a few years. What a shame as the staff are great and the restraunt is beautiful. Food lacks but that can be changed. Here is hoping Kingswood is saved as we need courses to stay.

Not sure what has happened to this course but was always a favourite until our visit this week. Our first time out there this year and the course in horrible shape. We have played multiple other courses in the province and they are all in excellent shape. Every green is brutal including one being a temp green. Every tee box you are teeing off on mud. It was very disappointing and we won't be returning anytime soon.

Went for a dinner and tournament for a company function and was blown away. The serving staff are the sweetest bunch of ladies ive met in a long time and the food was delicious. I will definately be recommending

Excellent and challenging course layout. Nice new golf carts. Greens need a bit of TLC but they were mostly consistent and quick. Nice track.

Kingswood is a challenging par 71. Some of the par 4 offer tempting shots at the green, while others require a definite use of placement golf. Greens are excellent and offer just the right amount of challenge. You will enjoy how this course zig zags and moves around the LaSalle river.

healthy way every day

Some pretty parts to course and relatively cheap after 3pm but it is not geared to golfers who walk the course. Never been on a course where the 9th hole doesn't finish at the clubhouse. It seems like you dont encourage people to play 9 holes. Or encourage people to walk and we like to walk a course. No signs to say how to even get back to clubhouse from 9th hole until you are almost back and we are fit but were sweating by the time we found our way back to our truck. We had to walk across golfers on the 10th hole as well to get back to the clubhouse because we didn't know how to get there and the scorecard map was not that helpful. The new housing development looks nice but asuming the 6th and 7th hole were moved to accommodate the new development and again the walk to them is way too far if you don't have a cart and you hold up those behind you who are using a cart.

Had a blast playing early in the season before 'second winter'. The whole crew at Kingswood is always accommodating. We've played numerous tournaments there and it's always first class. Go see Pete 'The Treat' for lessons. Great guy and even better golfer.

Like most post this hear, agree this course used to be great. Terrible shape this year. Couldnt tell if the fairways were even cut, and greens were in really rough shape… not going back after being charged what i was for that rough of shape. Ownership better turn it out around quick!

The pace of play is super slow at this golf course,no marshal driving around to check the pace of play, had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes to tee off at every hole. Clubhouse is really good though!!!

The old part of the front 9 is nice and well manicured, holes 6 and 7 however are in the new development area and are a) a very long walk away and b) very plain and not in keep with the rest of the course. We only wanted to play 9 holes and the walk back from the 9th to the parking lot was a) a very long way and b) not signposted at all. If you like to walk and play 9 holes Kingswood isn't a great choice........

Played Kingswood on August 18 for the first time in over 20 years, and I was thoroughly impressed with the routing changes for the holes and the condition of the course. Trees have really matured and grown to make many of the holes play a lot tighter. Great day! Highly recommend coming to Kingswood! ????????

Excellent golf course, easily one of my favorites in the province. Very interesting and challenging course layout, with lots of variety. A bit pricier but I felt it was well worth it. Just outside the perimeter, and course was in very good condition, especially considering the dry summer we have had. Only complaint was I wish the course were more conducive to walking, but that's a minor gripe. I would gladly return to this course anytime, and plan to once more before winter. Thank you!

Nice course with a great club house. I went here on a Sunday with a large group and was surprised how quickly they kept things moving. The beverage cart was very accommodating with special requests that kept everyone happy. There are a number of scenic holes if you have a chance to stop and take some pictures.

Worst golfing experience of the year, complete waste of time and money.....an absolute cow pasture. Range balls, carts, and course in hideous condition.

we tried this course last year. it was the worst round ever. so backed up . no Marshall. Members picking and choosing what holes to play. then we got kicked off for women's night. Christie said try again. heso we did, we didn't even take the free round offer. we gave Kingswood a fair chance. AND here we are on the 8th hole. 3RD group waiting to tee off. Now a few groups called to asked Marshall for help. They did come out . gave us the talk that it's a 4.5 hour course. Time isn't the issue. the issue is the flow of the game. 3 separate groups waiting to tee off isn't good golf. Hopefully Marshall will pair other 2 some groups up, stop training sessions on PEAK HOURS.

Golfed twilight this past Friday. Course was poorly managed, as it took us 50 mins to golf 1st and 2nd hole. They had a 5-some of ladies ahead of us, who clearly had no golf etiquette at all. Course was in very poor condition, very dry. One of the Green’s had a large area of sod patches that were dry and dead, impossible to putt out of. We had to walk off at the 14th, as it was getting too dark to play. Frustrating game to say the least.

Good golf course when the course is in good shape but the last couple of years have been not so great. From the limited tee times during the week to all the greens being burnt and damaged it was not ideal. Good course if you're in the area but unfortunately not in the best of shape.

The staff is nice and the course is generally in good shape. Unfortunately, they book tee off times so packed together that it took 4 hours to play 9 holes. Also, their rain check policy is a joke, bordering on thievery. Only book this course if you have an entire day to play and it is guaranteed to be sunny for the whole day.

The course is in embarrassing shape. Covid restrictions for the first part of the session should have given them plenty of time time prepare. They don't seem to know what watering is and the greens are a disgrace. What was once a great local course is now a great waste of your money, spend it on a track that knows how to groom and cut a green. Sad shape.

Service was very slow, probably because extra staff was not brought in to accommodate our large Mustang car group of over 30 people. Some of our group had finished eating while others had not yet started. Kingswood management knew our group was coming. This should not have happened.

Greens and Tee boxes were in Horrible shape. Most Greens were very badly Burnt. One green had dead sod pieces all over another had a square piece of sand in the middle of the green. Will never go back. I can't believe they are charging full price. I'd avoid until they get there act together. course can be nice if taken care of.

Course was in horrible shape. Fairways were extremely dry with burnt patches and a couple of areas with no grass. The greens were so dry that the grass was dead and on one green the sod was detaching from the ground. With the course in this kind of condition it is unacceptable that they are still charging full price for green fees.

Went after a big rain and the course was still beautiful. Pretty spread out so walking is out. Good restaurant too, coupons come with the score card.

Whole golf course was in terrible shape. I understand this year was pretty dry but we had to play with sprinkers on, on the fairway and on the green. We were putting with water being sprayed on us. Course was in terrible shape. There are way better options for the price elsewhere.

I used to really like this course. It's challenging and fun. Sadly over the years it's gone downhill. We had a foursome tee off mid morning today; there wasn't anyone in the clubhouse (for coffee, drink or food purchases), the gentleman working the pro shop was doing his best, but didn't give me cart keys or a scorecard without being reminded of them, and they were out of pencils??... No one was making sure tee times were being abided by, we didn't see a beer cart until the 11th hole, and the snack shack was closed. We had fun, but the course is in rough shape and very understaffed.

Golfed just over a week ago. Used to be a favorite course, but the course is in terrible shape. Greens are in rough shape and inconsistent (including one temp green). Hard to put a tee in tee boxes because they are so hard with very little grass. Used to golf there once a week, but won't be golfing there for a while. I realize it's been a tough year but other courses are much better. As I said, used to be one of my favorite courses, but not sure what happened.
