Cette résidence pense aux profits et non à la dignité humaine de leurs clients en pertes d'autonomie. On doit courir après les préposés et les infirmières. À certains moments il y a qu'un infirmières pour plus d'un étage. Presque pas d'aide pour nourir les patients. Il dépose le plateau de repas devant le résidents et une heure plus tard, il repasse, ah bon le patients a pas faim, reparte avec le plateau, pourtant ces patients sont dans l'impossibilité de manger seul dû à leur condition. Voilà c'est quoi le CHSLD St-Lambert sur le golf !!!

So, nobody stays working. By far the worst work experience I have had. I do not recommend to anyone. At least you want to live modern slavery! (Original) Mauvaise expérience de travail. La chef cuisinière n'a aucune expérience dans ce domaine, elle est nulle. Par exemple, elle ne commande pas assez de marchandise (lait, légumes, fruits, pain, oeufs, etc.) et à cause de cela, on se retrouve à courrir partout dans la cuisine. Elle change les tâches d'un jour à l'autre avec aucune logique. Plus pire gestione de cuisine vu !!! Ça fait des promesses comme quoi le salaire va augmenter, mais rien. La convention collective est fini depuis 2017 et aucune augumentation de salaire depuis. Le patron retarde de négocier. Il y'a des promesses comme quoi ils donnent des postes permanents, mais ceci non plus n'arrive pas. Il manque constamment du personnel (plongeurs, cuisiniers, aide cuisiniers, aide alimentaire) car le salaire est extrêmement trop bas. Alors, personne ne reste travailler. De loin la pire expérience de travail que j'ai eu. Je ne recommande à personne. Au moins qu tu veux vivre d'esclavage moderne !
