Excellent hotel has plenty too see and do. Loved the pool/patio area. Children loved the court (basketball/hockey nets) the rooms were excellently done. Nice friendly staff. Had an excellent breakfast in the restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.

Never felt more like a low life at this hotel than ever. Felt like a cheap motel off a highway in the middle of nowhere.

An okay hotel for business and leisure. located centrally and easy to get to, it's a definite option upon visiting the city. Parking however is terrible, you need to valet for the most part. Dine-in options are so-so, however the city does have several options to choose from. From fast food, to dine-in, you can find almost anything you heart desires. The hotel staff, not so friendly, and pretty abrupt, I would ask for a change in staff. Asking for a dental kit after checking into the room, and was told, it's not something we wish you deliver to your room, you can come get it yourselves. The hotel is busy. The room smelled of mold, and I even complained about it, and was told that’s normal, it’s not mold, it’s the chlorine smell from the pool. I have traveled quite frequently for work, and have stayed at a variety of different properties, and thought this would be a good one, from the pictures and reviews, but it definitely disappointed. At this point, I don’t have a reason to stay back at this hotel unless the management makes corrective changes. Of positive note was the employee at the convenience stop in the hotel. Courteous, helpful, and super star.

Never a bad stay. The rates are fair, it's in the heart of downtown London, and it had the historic London Armouries around it. Awesome every time.

I mostly travel alone for business so I don’t care about privacy. However this was a trip with my wife, only twice in 15 years we have travelled without out children.

They did a beautiful job when they added the modern hotel on to the original Armouries building. The original hot tub has been closed for some reason, but they've added a new one that just doesn't flow into the pool anymore. Pool area is beautiful though. Breakfast buffet is decent, room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location downtown. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The food and drinks were great as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice place a bit confusing getting around with things closed due to covid and the upgrades going on a bit disappointed the pool was closed it was a very hot day and the room wasn't cooling down fast enough Rooms were clean staff was helpful it was nice for one night.

The quality of the amenities in the room were no where near the standards one would expect from an apparent 4 star hotel and one with such an expensive cost. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, the towels were thin and scratchy, the soaps provided were of a low quality, and the facial tissues and toilet paper provided were ones you would expect in a public restroom, thin and scratchy seemed to be a common theme amongst the towels and toiletries provided. These are all qualities one would assume of a $60 a night motel not of a 4 star hotel that I paid $134 before taxes to stay in. The lobby and building are quite nice however they seem to be a thin veil for sub par rooms, the experience was thoroughly underwhelming.
