Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Missed some of the creature comforts. Ice machine was broken on our floor. No breakfast offered although they had a Starbucks on-site that was nice. Staff was excellent and accommodating. They also had an on-site bar that was nice to enjoy in the evening. Overall nice stay. Protocols were in place although not adhered to or enforced. I'd like that policed better.

Our stay was ruined; we booked this hotel over the holidays specifically for the kids to use the pool during our stay. We even called before reservation and they said yes, it is fully functional. Soon as we checked in we asked to use the pool and was told it was under treatment and would be ready anything the next day, the next day we asked, was told to check in the afternoon, same story for all the 3 days we were there. We came to understand it had been closed (I guess due to the pool with a dirty ring review a few weeks before our stay), and obviously would be opening in a few more weeks. Why the lies? The front desk kept giving us stories just to pass us on to the next shift. Asked for the manger; wouldn’t be there until the next morning at 10am, of course there was “no manager” when we asked again the next day. Some of the front desk staff are also incompetent as they gave us wrong information that the bistro would be open on Dec. 26th evening and she was “sure” but came down to other for the kids and of course it wasn’t open. Asked for the manger’s email address, gave us the business card for the marketing manager, got an automatic response she would be out of office for the next week. And up to now, no response to our email. Basically, we were duped into paying for an amenity we didn’t use and could not even get a discount for that. Do yourself a favour and look at the neighbouring hotels (lots) which are just meters away, with much better service for your money.

This hotel is conveniently located near the 401 with lots of free parking. It has been under renovations for awhile but is looking good. Rooms are clean and there is a good supply with extended space. Quiet and good value for the money.

Staff was very good with check in/out, very friendly. Helped getting us a room for a get together meal. Rooms and hotel inside were in great shape and very comfortable. Our King room was a little small. Breakfast was very average and not worth the posted amount. The pool area was very hot and very loud.

Room was spacious, bed was comfy, room was clean.

Only had a 1 night stay but had no major problems with service or the facility. The elevator was a little slow and they did not have a complimentary continental breakfast which most places offer. Other than that the pool was okay and the rooms were tidy and cozy.

Disappointing, did not meet expectations for a Courtyard by Marriott property. Half the parking lot was flooded when I arrived. Not from a storm, just regular rain. There was nobody at the front desk when I entered so I couldn't check in. The elevator and stairwells had a strong marijuana smell. The Wifi disconnected every 5 minutes. Sound insulation is non-existent here. I could hear everything in the neighboring rooms and hallway. My room had two recycle bins and only one trash bin. A positive is that when I went to the front desk to complain about the noise from the neighboring room (bunch of rowdy guys throwing a late night party), they handled it professionally and got the noisy people to be quiet. Nevertheless I felt like I should have stayed at one of the neighboring hotels instead.

My stay at this hotel was so bad it was comical. The parking lot had three GIANT puddles hiding dangerous pot holes, and they started freezing and turning into insane slipping hazards when we were leaving. We called these “puddles” The Great Lakes they were so big. There was never anyone at the front desk, they seemed to be doing things elsewhere and there was no one at reception. The staff was poorly trained and everything took longer than it should. This is management’s fault and we tried to be understanding with the staff. Our first room smelled so strongly of cigarettes we walked into the room and turned around and walked back out. There were no equivalent rooms available that night so we were downgraded. No offers of compensation were made, they told us we booked through a third party provider and there was nothing they could do. The hotel was hosting a horde of small children that were allowed to run screaming through the halls of the hotel barefooted at 8 in the morning. You could hear them through the floors and elevator shafts. We asked on three different occasions if we could borrow an HDMI chord, because the hotel tv offered HDMI as a viewing option. Staff gave up after the third time and told us we couldn’t have a chord. We tried our luck at breakfast and were disappointed again. I asked for orange pekoe tea and received orange blossom tea. The milk curdled in it. Save yourselves the trouble and stay in a two star motel, you’ll have a much better time. I will not be staying in a Courtyard Marriott again.

I moved from another hotel after one dismal night. The Courtyard was welcoming and provided speed on check-in and out. The Bistro has a limited menu, but the food was good and the wine list, while small, was also good. My four nights there were comfortable and all staff were cordial and most helpful.

Clean, well appointed room. Nice big TV is a bonus. We found the bed to hard, but otherwise an excellent stay.

I booked and payed for my Aug stay in February, yet my credit card was charged again for my stay in August when I left the hotel. I called a number of times, I had spoken to a manager. She confirmed that she can see the double charge, I haven’t heard from hear. I guess it’s not her money! It has been days I left the hotel and despite numerous phone calls I wasn’t able to get my money back. Unbelievable. Additionally, I left behind two shirts and a pair of designer pants in the closet, in our hotel room. However, only my shirts were reported to be found. Again, unbelievable! Integrity is essential at a place like this. I wasn’t prepared for my $200 pants to be stolen. And I haven’t even received an apology from the manager. Again, not her loss. What a horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I will make sure to stay away in the future. Very bad experience.

Bad experienced! Not recommended! Dirty swimming pool, small room, no hair dryer, flooded shower room etc.

Stayed there 2 different times and both times housekeeping has stolen from us and claimed they couldnt find it when asked and no refund was made. Told it was our fault. Rooms are very clean and pool was warm. But will not be staying there again.

Very bad experience, I have stayed in multiple hotels but service by employees at this property was worst. Nobody clean rooms even after taking appointments a 2 day earlier, I experienced very bad customer service at front desk as well. It seems like they don’t care their guests. It was not welcoming at all. On my first day, I noticed that phone line is not working and lamp was also not working, nobody takes care of that, I had to fixed by my self. Maintenance guy was very nice. he fixed broken door on first day, he was very kind, other than that no reason to spend money on this property specifically.

Also when I stayed there on the weekend the hotel flooded I was told that I couldn’t have clean towel or sheets because of no staff. I understand it’s covid and staff is short but how can you operate a hotel with no clean sheets or towels?

Great hotel just off the 401 in London. Nice rooms and amenities. Restaurant nice but the menu offering is limited. Starbucks in the lobby is a nice touch. Don't think they have room service available.

We stayed this past weekend and our room smelled of smoke, which was nauseating. We booked times to use the pool and they messed up 2 of the 3 times, giving our slots to other guests. The pool was freezing (65-70F) and the parking lot was flooded in multiple spots which meant some mornings you woke up and you had to walk through 3-4 inches of water to get to your vehicle. All in all a terrible experience!

Staff was slow. Rooms were really noisy. Lobby was even noisier and really crowded.

my room was very comfortable and clean. the furnishes were up to date and the pillows and bed were really comfy. also wanted to mention a really cool and cozy couch for watching tv. I stayed one night and had a convenient and pleasant stay as it was close to the highway. at night, when I got thirsty, I had to go downstairs to purchase a $2.85 water bottle from the front desk since there was no vending machines or water bottles in the fridge. in the morning, I went downstairs to get a cup of coffee, had to wait awhile since no one was there and then they gave me the wrong change. However, overall the staff are really friendly and it was still a really nice stay!

No continental breakfast, maid service or even garbage collection in your room. We lived with 3 days of garbage in our room. Desk staff were untrained with no supervision. Check out on Sunday was over an hour. Unexceptionable¡

Large room, clean and tidy, good general upkeep, but my room did not lock, the door is slightly off alignment. Maintenance guy came and fix in a few minutes. Also the ice machine don't have ice, didn't can front desk again. Most likely not fully staffed during the pandemic, so minor inconvenience is forgiveable.

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. Staff was competent and professional. None of the floors have vending machines, and the floor we stayed on had a broken ice machine. Rooms were excellent and spacious. Very modern and classy. The hotel only has a bistro for food and drinks. They serve Starbucks Coffee, but aside from that the selection is nominal.

Parking lot was extremely icy. One kid slipped while trying to get into the hotel. The hotel felt understaffed due to the full capacity which meant slower servo at the front desk and breakfast. We stayed here during COVID and many of the hotel amenities were temporarily closed, so I can't comment on those other than to say the brrakfast/eating area is nice and big. Starbucks served in the lobby. Woot! The rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy. Beds were super comfortable. Conveniently located too.

Room was clean but very disappointed with the size of the bed and service. I let them know upon reservation I had a family of 6, therefore needed the 2 queen bed suite. The beds are definitely not queen sized and the sofa bed fits only one person. When I went down and asked front desk, he was adamant that the beds are queen sized. I asked for a cot to help accommodate us better. He said they could not provide one. I asked for extra towels and pillows, was told I could not be promised extra pillows but they would look for it. Front desk did not seem attentive or wanting to make things more comfortable for us, which is what made things unpleasant. Would not recommend for families, even though they say 6 can fit. The room and hotel was clean and in good order, so for that I'll give it 3 stars.

The food was great the rooms were what we needed for the bridal and grooms parties. the guy at the front desk wanted to double check that our room had been cleaned, he said he was pretty sure but in the computer it was still coming up pas dirty. he doubled checked and had us checked in in no time. I'm glad he didn't just assume and give us the keys sending us to a dirty room. The house cleaners were amazing bring us extra linens ect. and once we left thee one room to do thee final stuff pictures ect in the last room we had late check out the house cleaner brought a phone cord and something else we forgot to our other room instead of just throwing in on hr cart for lost and found. they were all friendly and super helpful

Hotel and room was clean and covid19 precautions were adhered too but no towels and had to call for this. Hairdryer missing from the room and did without as didn't notice till the morning. No water in fridge and had pay $3/bottle. Lobby under construction and unappealing when you walk in. Room cost reasonable.

Clean, with a comfortable bed, in a good location. BUT, it was NOISY! Across the hall was a closet which apparently housed some equipment, and it was loud all day and all night. Typical of many hotel room doors, they slam themselves shut unless the guest is considerate and closes it himself/herself, gently. There were inconsiderate guests all around us. We had escaped to London for three nights because our home air conditioner had died and a heatwave was imminent. The hotel A/C works well, but was so loud there would be no sleep if it was allowed to operate automatically all night, coming on and turning off as required to cool the room. We ran it until the room was COLD before Turning it off and going to bed. After three or so hours, the room was too hot again. (The temperature back home was 10 degrees hotter than in London.). On top of that, there was a little league baseball championship this weekend....ten-year-olds running up and down the halls without supervision of their chaperones. The hotel would have been smart and kind to have assigned all the baseball groups to one end of the hotel, and all the adult guests to the opposite end. We are Marriott Platinum members, and stay at Marriott properties all over and never had such a bad experience. The noise by itself was enough to earn a two-star score.
