Hate to leave a review deducted in stars based on an employee but this time I have to. First I'll add that the facility itself is great, well priced. Ive been a long time goer here and been a member in the past of both peace portal and hazelmere courses. Now..... Karen in the office was maybe the quickest rude I've come across in someone working service. Upon the first words out of her mouth as we walked in, we were met with attitude. I felt 13 again in that everything myself and the 3 other 30 year olds I was with, were hawk eyed on, critiqued about, and pestered with. She was exactly what gives golf a bad name; Presumptuous, and looking to demonize anyone younger than oneself. The Asian couple that usually run this place are awesome. Karen deems a 1 star with her terrible customer service, quite honestly. But the regular couple are so sweet and friendly that they brought it up for me. I don't see many other people treating her with the patience and respect we were able to muster, so I sincerely hope she is gifted a hard dose of humility and respect for future customers of this otherwise lovely neighborhood driving range.

My wife and I really enjoy going to PAGC. Prices, facilities, golf balls, and service from Kevin and his wife are all outstanding. My wife goes five to six times a week, and as a fairly new golfer, she finds PAGC a welcoming and friendly place. Anyone interested in working on their iron/wood game should go and check out all that Kevin and his family has to offer.
