I ordered a good amount of discs from ACE Runners and they all came in great condition except for 2 discs. Weirdly, two white discs got stained orange via the orange discs they were packaged next to. Not really anyone’s fault regarding that - think it was a good learning experience for both of us about packing white discs specifically. Anyhow, I contacted customer service about those two discs and they were incredibly responsive. Once I provided proof of the aesthetic damage, they immediately sent me two replacements - which proves that they value their customers. I practically never leave business reviews, but it’s worth my time to thank them for making things right. Appreciate the well priced discs and the great customer service! Thanks!

UPDATE 2: SOoo this IS a brick and mortar store, I came in, got lots of helpful info on the discs that i bought. Sales person treated me like a real person and didnt put the typical FAKE PLEASER you see in a lot of retail. Changed my 4 Star to 5 now.. Lets hope you guys can open full time in the near future! UPDATE. So this isnt brick and mortar store, but that being said, their online store is great and the staff is super friendly. no issues whatsoever. Keep up the great job! Don't drive here thinking you will be going to a shop. It's just some silly pick up location.. not useful at all, especially for beginners who would like to get info and such.

Top notch customer service! When placing an order, I failed to notice that my auto-fill shipping address was incorrect (big whoops). I immediately emailed the service department to inform them of the miscue. It was a Saturday morning so I was expecting a reply by Monday; I was shocked when service got back to me later that morning. I got a prompt reply stating that they had rectified my mistake. Outstanding stuff. I just played my first round with the discs and I could not be happier. Would recommend, and will purchase from Ace Runners again!

Great website. Every disc is individually photographed. Once checked out I received every disc within two days. Great customer service as well. I ordered at 10pm and they literally sent me an email at 10:10pm and said they couldn't find one of the discs in there warehouse and asked me which one I would like to replace it with. I couldn't believe they were packing my order that late at night literally minutes after my initial order. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great friendly service at the pickup location. The web site is extensive and prices are reasonable. From the time ordered to pickup date was quick. This location is a little out of the way but it's worth the trip. The store has a big selection and the staff really know the discs. They also had "seconds" (with no effect on how it will fly) at discount, if you are constantly dumping your disc in water hazards. They also have bags, branded shirts, practice holes, markers, etc. A fun store to visit! Will definitely be back.

Ordered 4 discs late Wednesday and by Monday morning they arrived in Pittsburgh Pa, with normal tracked shipping. Crazy fast and packed safely in a box so they don't get bent. Discs were exactly as pictured. Will certainly be giving them repeat business. Good stuff.
