Great place! Jim is very nice and the prices are great! $10 tax in for a large bucket and $5 for a small one! be aware is it CASH ONLY but that shouldn't be an issue at these prices. Also buy 4 buckets get the 5th free! Nicely maintained turf and grass tees. This is now my go to practice spot in the KW area!

Great place! Quiet, quaint, and well equipped. COVID measures are also well in place! Jim and the other gentleman are extremely friendly and welcoming as well! Makes you feel like family. Highly recommend coming here!

Man at the counter was the most passive aggressive man I’ve ever talked to. Asking for an extra club was like insulting his youngest child. Would never come back. Honestly have no idea how this establishment stays in business if this is how it's run.

Hate to be redundant but, like almost everyone else has mention, Jim and his facilities are awesome. Free water and free tees. Excellent service. 2 grass zones and one turf. Prices are quite reasonable. Couldn't ask.for more.

Visited recently and was impressed. Service is friendly and facility is very good. Cash only is not a problem for me as I know that is a way to keep prices down and it is passed on to the customer in this case. The only issue I had was the lack of washroom facilities.

Never got to try it because they decided in the 21st century it would be a good idea to only accept cash. After driving 20 min to get here - with just my debit card - that pissed me off enough to not try again.

I assume the owner (gentleman with ponytail) was very kind and accommodating, he told us how it worked and helped us with the machine to dispense the golf balls. It's a decent sized range with maybe 15-20 spots. It's very well priced at $10 (cash or $12 debit) for $100 balls, you can't not try it and only $4 to rent a club as well.

Cant even give him one star. Went there with my family, we got a few buckets, then headed out. Wondered where the clubs were? I went back and asked if they have clubs. The owner was flat out rude to me and my nephew saying that should have been my first question, not my last!! I didbt even know how to react at this point...clearly we walked in with no clubs in han . He should have meantioned to us. He then the second time yelled at us saying the same thing as ws walked out. Completely disgusting!!!!

Excellent price and I layout is pretty nice, different sections and some privacy. Will definitely be going here from now on. Only cons are the condition of the tees, the one I used was pretty damaged. Other than that, definitely the best driving range in the area

A hidden gem with spots in sun and shade, mat and grass. Just respect the mat areas and don't use the grass.

Visited Jim's driving range on my way from Stratford to Toronto last summer, and I can't say enough good things about it. The price was right, and you could hit in the shade or in the sun, and off mats or off turf. Jim was the ultimate host. He was friendly, and offered us free water and tees. It felt like I was visiting the home of someone who loved people and loved golf. If you're looking to hit a bucket, and Jim's is well worth the detour.

Owner Jim is extremely rude to people on the phone and in person. Charges $2 extra to use debit. Grass range not open, mats are average and too skinny with the fixed tees to hit woods off. Better options around.

Best range in Waterloo region hands down. I took my 5yr old son there to split a large bucket, and Jim gave us a small bucket for free so he had his own to hit! Plenty of targets and markers to aim at. Covered tees are great for family's to stay out of the sun. And the grass tees are well maintained as well. Awesome experience. I'll be going to this range exclusively.

Great place to practice. Grass tees are not open due to COVID but if you get there early you should have no problem getting a tee.

This is the place I do all my practice at. Great facility, friendly staff, and reasonable rates. Wether you’re learning to play the great game, or refining your 100 yard flop shot, this is a great outdoor facility. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Good driving range. Lots of tee of spots available. The guy at the front desk seemed nice. Small basket of balls (45 to 50 balls) only cost me $5. Several flags to aim for (about 10) and distance signs up to 250 yards.

A great customer service experience. Jim's is a really good choice for driving balls. No grass tees but a choice of mats to hit from. Clean and well taken care of. You can tell they take pride in their business and it shows. It's the only driving range I will visit going forward in Kitchener Wateloo.

I have used this range since it opened. It was run very well until recently. This year they failed to add some new range balls. I used to hit the new balls and a few of the older balls that were in reasonable shape. I was there last week and was very disappointed in the condition of the balls.

Great time here. Lots of spaces for group to come and drive together. Cheap to get a bucket of balls, and you can rent clubs for $2 cash or $3 by debit. Stalls are clean and the staff is friendly.

Best range in KW, all of the hitting mats are well maintained and rubber tees are at an ideal height, plus an excellent surface to hit irons off of. Staff are very friendly and the prices are great. The new elevated hitting mats add additional tee boxes to the range and a new angle to pick targets from. I love this place and will keep supporting them as long as I live in the region.

Came here to hit a few balls. The cost of a large was very reasonable at $10 for 100+ golf balls. The guy even offered me a free water and tees. There are a sufficient number of sheltered areas and non-sheltered so take your pick.
