Excellent customer service!!! Purchased a pair of golf shoes from Golf Vault. A couple of the cleat holders came loose. Golf Vault took care of everything with the manufacturer and immediately gave me a replacement pair without me having to wait for them to come from the manufacturer.

Super fast shipping. Great, Quick responses by email. They also stock some previous year (new) clubs which many places don't, so a great option for a discount on quality gear. Also felt it was important to review after seeing a guy give them 1 star for applying their clearly stated policies of not paying for return shipping (where the customer screwed up). Give me a break.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a Footjoy wind jacket. The wrong size was delivered. I tried to return it and was unable. Do NOT buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products. Not correct. I was a customer a little over a year ago. You are correct that I am not a current customer and based on your horrible service and your refusal to stand behind your product, I will never be your customer again. I just want to make sure that no one else enters into a business relationship with your company without knowing that you cannot be trusted.

When Ontario finally opened back up, I booked a time to get fitted for a new driver to help my slice. Their golf pro, Jack, was super helpful and helped me understand what the data the TrackMan showed meant, what numbers to aim for, and he gave me tips to improve my swing. With the improvements to my swing and the combination of driver head and shaft, he not only helped fix my slice consistently, but it even added some extra yardage! When I ordered the driver, everything was backed up until mid-Aug/Sept, but they were able to make some adjustments to a driver they had in stock to match the specs I was fitted for, and it's ready just a week later! Super happy with my experience, and I'll definitely be shopping with Golf Vault for any future golf needs!

Would not recommend shopping here. My wife bought me a set of clubs here for my birthday and got the wrong ones so we wanted to return them. They would not refund the return shipping cost. This was our first time shopping here and will be the last time. I wrote them a request to see if they would make an exception and Brent from customer service just simply said no. Granted, this is their policy not to provide return shipping from the US but I hoped they can make an exception. It’s a shame too, my wife, my 2 sons and I all golf and will spend thousands of dollars on golf gear. It just won’t go to this business. Most competitive golf suppliers offer free and easy returns so I believe my request was not unreasonable. Just left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Golf Vault and their team are hands down provide best customer service, have amazing prices, and extremely speedy shipping. They offer rewards(even on your birthday) to put towards purchases. They also will respond to any email you have an help in anyway the possibly can. Just this week my shoes I ordered from them started to break, within hours there was a new set sent to my house, amazing customer service .
