My first ever visit. Enjoyed my round even I didn't play that well. A bit of walk to the first tee. Short executive course. Friendly staff. Food was delivered to us by the marshal and my chicken wrap was very well prepared. Definitely will be back.

Given the experience I had today, I'm debating on ever coming back. I did speak to an owner or manager and she was very nice but she has to understand the experience we had today was brutal. I have been to over 15 courses this year and I've never had marshalls that bad. Also, I'd like to add a note here- if it is a cart path day only (which I get why), then you should let us know prior to paying for the cart. Having a cart SLOWS the game down when it is cart path only because the cart path is far away from the fairways. I managed to bogey one hole and was considered a "new" and "slow" golfer. I was told not to "chit chat and speed up". The marshall acted as if we were "messing around" but realistically we were pressured since she followed up several holes watching us swing, while the group behind us was 20 minutes behind. I literally felt like having a cart was a chore because I'd have to drive up the cart, walk down to my ball, then walk back up. The game sped up when they allowed us to use the cart on the grass, but it was their fault for not understanding. I felt there was some ignorance and profiling on the marshalls side. Again I respect the owner or whoever I spoke with, but based on the experience with the marshall, you have to average par on each hole, be older, or in some cases not be of colour. I'd personally like to come back but in no way do I feel welcome back. The reaction my friend has was justified based on what I witnessed and experienced. I just wish management would own up to this instead of playing the victim.

Was having such a nice day with 2 buddies , golfing at southside for the first time Until the golf marshall came around profiling us and harassing us. Pretty sad we couldnt enjoy the day , she would roll up on ONLY us in her cart and scream we couldnt do this,this or the other thing. We had to rush our shots with her sitting there chirping us, Telling us to take a penalty so we can move to the next hole. Meanwhile the group ahead of us are shooting 10+ each hole and the group behind us (group of 2) are nowhere near us but she insisted on rushing us and giving us such rude remarks. We took MAYBE 7-8 minutes per hole, yet people seemed to be taking longer.. (the group ahead of us on hole 1 took 15 minutes to sink them) so we just insisted on a full refund instead of dealing with her anymore. Eventually what I assume is the owner came out to talk to us and only enabled her employees actions. Then tried to give me the crocodile tears (please we arent a corporation) maybe hire someone who can give tips when she wants to harass people instead of demeaning and putting them down. We kept our mouths shut for 9 holes and we werent taking it after that. So much for catering to all skill levels. Keep my money I dont need the refund , im the fool for spending money there in the first place. terrible experience definitely wont be sending anyone that way. Also im not surprised to see other people are complaining about this person. Beautiful course way to ruin our day.

We had a lot of fun. Many of the greens had quite a bit of winter kill) and several sand traps weren't playable. I'm sure that once we get much needed rain, and the course gets chance to green up, it'll be on great shape!

Lucky if the golf cart attendent comes around once service is not the greatest... Not allowed to sing or have music while you are golfing according to managment. Club acts like a private golf course when they are not... never golfing here again.

Very fun course, driving range and putting green by the clubhouse make for the perfect warm up spot. Bartender was kind enough to lend us a cooler to keep our drinks cold though out our game. I don't get a chance to golf all the time, but having a couple of par 4s where I needed my drive made it a great course to get back into the swing of things.

Have been golfing here with the ladies fir a while now. We love the short 17 course...great condition...staff is amazing.. ordered drinks at the 9th hole and they found us middle-of-10th. Restraint food is amazing....what a great place for family golf.

Course layout is great, but conditions on a few fairways were rough(tough ground, some spots may as well be concrete), and the grounds crew being all over the course while shooting can be annoying.

What a gem, this little course is full of easier par 3s, and the lower par makes it a nice short and easier game. Incredibly well maintainted fairways and greens, and lots of fun water hazards all around. Beautiful course to golf on, reasonable price as well.

Mostly 3 par course, with a few par 4 or 4/5. Great for beginners! Only a few minutes past the south perimeter. Worth a visit if you're looking for an easier course.

love the course but find the costs just a tad expensive. played and paid for 9 holes with electric cart -- wanted to play an additional 9 -- would have been better off paying for 18 and quitting early if necessary -- but found out too late.. sad as I would think more monies could be generated if the 2nd 9 costs were a bit more 'fair' ??

I booked a tee time on Friday for 4:57 PM. The group in front of us went from being a four some to a two some because people didn't show up. The course marshall told us we would be paired with them - this was the first round of golf I was playing since a major car accident and I cannot hit drives off the tee box, I was just going to drop balls down the fairway and play. I have limited movements and didn't want to hold another group up and not play by the rules. The marshall insisted we would need to pair with the couple regardless of the matter. Not to mention - this is a pandemic and I was not comfortable pairing with somebody from outside my household. As a result, we requested a full refund and left. Disappointing experience - don't feel we could return after the lack of empathy and understanding by the marshall.

I have a problem with my hip and that is why I take a cart but when you have to stay on the path. And walk to your ball which could be 50 yards to your ball from the path defeats the purpose for me anyway. I need to play courses I can drive my cart to the ball.
