Course is in excellent shape. Has many challenges to keep you alert. Dining room pizza is good. Deep fried wings and onion rings overcooked.

Have been a member for a few years , but lately the dining room staff is getting a F- from me and the rest of my curling team. On two occasions now after our curling game we have gone into the Squirrel and Birdie for drinks and something to eat after our game and both times we have had to wait over 30 minutes after ordering to get our our order , which both times had parts of the order missing. This is ridiculous to have to wait that long to be served and then once you get it ,it is missing parts of the order.Very unexceptable when we are paying members and we get treated like this . Guess we will go somewhere else after our game to eat. And will be reconsidering our team membership next year. Very unimpressed by the service.

Restaurant: We went here for Paint Night, and I order the Chicken Fingers. Although they looked good, large and plump, the tasted like fish. I assume the deep fry the chicken fingers in the same oil. It not only tasted like fish but has a strong smell of fish too.

Came for golf with my parents. Quaint restaurant and bar inside. Food was good and fairly priced, decent service. Very friendly staff. A lot of things made In house, homey style comfort/pub food. Very impressed

What an incredible venue! The reception area is perfectly quaint for an intimate feeling yet more than enough room for your family and friends. The grounds are gorgeous and our guides were amazing as we ran around in the trees. lol Thank you so much for having me and I look forward to working with you again!!

One of the few golf clubs in the city that is semi private. You can also golf all winter indoors with the enclosed Sim Shack. They are awesome!

Rossmere was easy to get an ideal tee time. The greens are in good shape and the pathways are clear and level to walk on. They are following COVID rules to the best of my knowledge. As of this date there was construction on a few of the holes. First time golfing there and looking forward to coming back.

The course is well maintained and really enjoyed the golf game. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for our dinning experience last night. We sat on the patio, it wasn’t busy, two of us ordered the steak sandwich which was terrible, one of the worst cuts of beef I’ve ever had, the vegetables were over cooked and not edible and the cut up seasoned potatoes were marginal. I think the health inspector needs to visit this kitchen.

This is my favourite place for lunch with a friend or two. The location is a short walk for me. The service is friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and nutritious and inexpensive and generous proportions. You also have a view out the huge windows of the golfers which can sometimes be funny and surprising such as a golf bag and cart moving all by itself.

Food quality and service have declined considerably this curling season while the prices have increased a fair bit. Wrinkled, soiled linens on the tables, hour long waits for food, bones in multiple chicken wraps, poor to non existent coffee and water service, inability to serve food to a table of guests at the same time, and lots of incorrect food orders being brought to the tables. Their 'solution' to our ongoing issues is to provide an extremely limited lunch menu for the curlers only! The curlers who dine regularly when the dining room would otherwise be empty! The curlers who are forced to purchase food cards! This place needs a management makeover. Seriously ... do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!!

DO NOT order the philly cheese steak pizza. The single most revolting thing I've ever eaten. A bare crust with burnt pieces of beef jerky covered in bottled cheese sauce. Absolutely disgusting.

Rossmere is a fantastic, beautiful, and elegant location for any wedding or event! Although the pandemic did not allow us to have our wedding here, Brenda (events coordinator) was endlessly helpful in helping us plan what we would have needed in order for our special day to be as great as possible including having multiple meetings to discuss food and drink options and preferences, and ceremony and reception layouts and arrangements. We ended up using photography, floral, and decorations from companies recommended to us by Brenda that all do weddings at Rossmere and all were fantastic, so booking here will not leave you disappointed! 10/10 experience!
