Another lovely course in Manitoba that is well maintained. Oakwood doesn't present too many challenges for a golfer who can keep the ball in the fairway. I only hit driver twice; the majority of par 4s set up perfectly for a long iron off the tee and a short iron or wedge onto the green. The pace of play on the weekends is quite slow. 18 holes with a cart took me 4 hours and 24 minutes. I would go again.

Good golf course. Popular course in the area, so it is almost always busy. There are a few challenging holes, but also a lot of holes that are pretty wide open.

Great course worth the drive from town. Everything is very green and in pristine shape. Little shorter for a low handicap player, but the narrow fairways make for a good challenge.

Always an excellent course. Definitely the right people working it. The greens and fairways are in excellent shape. Best I've been on this year out of 6. The kitchen is excellent. Anything off the menu is great. Specials !!! Prices very reasonable. Available toilets on site, bar cart service on course ..super friendly staff. Full tournaments and catering available. Half hour east of city. Give it a try....you won't go wrong playing this course.????

Course was in very good shape. Was booked in with a group of 20 and this was our second option because Falcon Lake was closed due to water. We all enjoyed our experience. No beer cart lady, but the gal in the clubhouse made a run out to us on back 9. Would golf the course again.

Hidden gem only 35 mins outside of Winnipeg. Super reasonable prices especially if you enter their men's league on Tuesday or Thursday nights. Back 9 is more forgiving than the front. Great staff and very conducive for large corporate events or tournaments.

Course itself is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I gave it 1 star because of the older gentleman working at the proshop, he destroyed my experience with this course, incredibly rude and uninviting. We had a vroup of 5 men and everyone had the same comment after we payed and picked up our carts. The positive is the course and absolutely lovely lady working the restaurant who should habe been running the entire show in my opinion.

Some bad experiences with service here has lead to this rating. Often waiting for other groups from hole to hole. Overpriced all the time. Course is nice but overall not a positive vibe from me.

Bit of a hike outside the city. I recommend taking a cart - THIS IS A LOOOONG COURSE to walk. The course was very accommodating for 24 person golf tournament we had. Cart girl was nice and frequent. The clubhouse was nice as was our server. Not Manitoba's nicest golf course but it is worth the drive to check it out.

Great course, well maintained. My only complaint is it felt over booked. 4 of us finished 18 holes 3 hours and 15 minutes (we weren't slow) and we had golfers right in front and right on our tail the whole time.

Overall nice course greens are in great condition even during this drought season. Only complaint would be sometimes it feels like they try and cram to many groups on at a time and you end up playing a really long round because of it being backed up.

The greens.... Wow grounds keeper works hard to keep them great all season long literally from start to finish best greens. The speed it great. I prefer the back 9 but hey I got a lil slice so it works better for me. But it's a beautiful, very well kept place. Def recommend to play!
