You will see the opinions of real people who buy the services and products of Two Eagles Golf Course (Golf) near Kelowna (Canada).
Right now the firm has a score of 4.1 over 5 and this score has been calculated on 86 reviews.
As you can see it reaches an feddbacks average is quite positive, and it is based on a very high number of opinions, so we can think that the evaluation is quite accurate. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to give scores when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Golf corresponds to the category of Golf course.
While the course itself is mostly well-maintained and the facilities are fine, the customer service was some of the worst I've experienced. Despite booking by phone well in advance, we were initially denied entry in the morning due to being a 'stag'. I'm not sure what the concern was at 10 AM, but even after twisting the man's arm and reminding him about our reservation, he attempted to insist we had to play 18 holes in the morning. We had booked for 9 and there hadn't been any concern by phone during the booking. The entire time he talked to us, he had a look of disgust on his face as if we were just ruining his day. Immediately upon getting to the first hole at 9:58, awaiting our turn well behind the tee, another employee who happened to be playing barked at us for having our carts too close to theirs and demanded we back up. We obliged but the whole experience was already ruined. They prematurely judged us to be disruptive, when in reality we were not a rowdy bunch in any way, and we knew we might be slower with new golfers so we played best ball to avoid holding anyone up. This region is full of golfing options--I recommend this one be a last resort.
What a wonderful place to play a round of golf. I will for sure be coming back to play this course again.
Service was very good, and the food was excellent. We did not have a reservation, but they were able to seat us on the patio with a beautiful view of the course. A great experience!
First time golfing at Two Eagles and my partner and I loved it. Bookings were spaced well, the marshals were personable , and the course was in spectacular condition. Great place to work on your iron game and get the feel that so many of us lack. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Kelowna area.
In after golf $124 for 2 and a cart...no deals for locals. Patio 1/2 empty at 5 pm but told all reserved. Sat inside and watched not one person be seated. Left at 5 45 not happy.
Only have been to the driving range here so far, but the prices for the range were reasonable and it’s very well maintained. Really nice and big putting green as well. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because none of the driving range matts (that I saw) had built in tees or the ability to use a tee, so I could not use my driver.
Arrived for our tee time and there was a slight mix up, but the staff were friendly enough and got it all sorted out. We were only a little behind our scheduled tee time. We found the course short, but challenging. The greens are deceptively difficult and straying off the fairway can create unusually difficult shots. While staff does pander to the regulars (which is acceptable - were I a regular would want the same recognition) we did not feel snubbed or offended. Thank you - we'll be back!
They let you borrow clubs for the driving range for free... they just dont lend out drivers... which I understand cause I broke the last one I borrowed haha.
Great course - they have a clean, well kept course and a great menu at the restaurant.
Nice executive course with beautiful views! Club house is very nice as well. Worth a try
At a par 65 it's a rather short course. It plays more like an executive than it does a full course. Aside from that, course is well kept and the staff was friendly during my visit. I did notice a nice practice facility; a couple practice greens as well as a grass range along with mats. Just watch out for the marmots if you're driving a cart!
Always feel like we're treated well here, and the course is so much fun. Thanks for everything
Well kept, had a good time. Give it a shot.
Such a fun and beautiful course. Love the views. Staff are great. Make sure you stop in at 19 Okanagan Grill for great food and staff!
Great looking course. We were playing at a good pace and enjoying ourselves, until a "players assistance" person came up to us and told us to hurry up. The time after that was very unenjoyable. The people we played with were from out of town and that was their first experience. I'm a local and it was mine as well. Was really hungry but chose to dine elsewhere after how we were treated. Doubtfully will return.
Great unique little course! Great value and service!
Went here recently for a wedding recently and beyond impressed with the venue, service & atmosphere!
Hit golf balls at the recently opened driving range.
Great golf course
Very nice course. Great staff.
Best deal in the Kelowna area!
Not impressed with the availability of booking tee times.. impossible to get tee times here as all times before noon are always taken by members... I called the clubhouse and told 8 days advance booking so readied myself and when tried online at exactly the time 7:30 pm it said not ready yet, then at 7:31 pm it let me through only to say all tee times from 6-8am and 8-12am were all taken and booked now... In one minute that’s B.S. Members dont keep your business afloat it’s those that pay full price and we should be able to book early times just as well as the members do.. this needs to be looked into and corrected.
Fun little course in my hometown. Been playing here since it was called Vintage Hills. Fantastic green complexes, and it is always in really good shape. Unfortunately they overbook it like crazy, and have no interest in enforcing slow play problems, often causing 4+ hour rounds on an executive course. Also the possibly the worst driving range in the history of golf, but but their lack of competition on the westside means they have no motivation to change that. At least that is the only reason I can think of for allowing paying customers to hit off what feels like concrete with a 1/16 inch carpet of bad synthetic turf.
Neil and his team were Amazing! We had the opportunity to hold ActionEdge's GrowthCLUB - 90 Day planning event at this beautiful Venue in West Kelowna. Our Clients joined us for a day of growth and direction and we got that and so much more. The food was awesome, the portions were huge and the cheescake to die for. The team was engaged and ensured all our needs were met and then some. Thank you!!...I didnt even have time to take picture of the food before everyone dug in, but I did catch the extra detail...One more thing over and above from this great group - check out our very own menu in the pics that were made for us.
Challenging and well managed We love it !!!!!!!
Came here for a work function. Got offered a whole water buffalo cooked to perfection. Not sure why they assumed id be down for that but i did enjoy it. And it was cooked great. Only complaint i have is that i would have preferred a fresh antelope. Anyways would eat here again guy fieri approved.
great course, just a par 65,but you still have to play golf. I had a great time, and the place is beautiful. a big thanks to the staff for getting me on the last minute. keep up the great work.
DO NOT GOLF HERE - 2 years in a row a brutal experience! We had back to back foursome's for 18 holes (Sat July 31st) starting at 5:05 pm and confirmed by telephone 4 hours n advance that they rented power carts. When we arrived they said we only have time for 9 holes and the power carts had to be returned by 8:45. We questioned them about that and they said this is a new rule just introduced. So we discussed it with them and agreed we'd pay for 9 and at the turn if there was still enough daylight and it was early enough we would pay for the back nine and do as many as possible prior to 8:45 then return the carts. The Pro shop guys said yup no problem that works fine and so when we returned after nine holes at 6:55pm (its an executive course) we thought great lets keep going so I went in to pay for 8more people at 9 holes each aka $320 and the lady at the pro shop said nope 6:45 was the cut off for Carts... I told her that we had gone out at 5:05...she said doesn't matter...I told her that the guy earlier told us that was totally fine and she said I didn't hear that....any ways....she absolutely refused to let us continue...with more than enough time to finish or even return the carts at 8:45 which we were told we could do when we went out. We had a similar awful situation last year. We will never go back....they are grumpy and make unreasonable decisions....even though we enjoy the course itself there are may other choices out there.where the people are pleasant. Hugh
Played on opening day and wow kudos to maintenance team...conditions were great! Thank you
Nice course and layout but Marshall and other golfers were very unfriendly. A bit expensive with cart. Course refunded our fees because of Marshall and other golfers bad behaviour. If you're over 70 and cranky, this is the course for you.
We ordered cajuan chicken burger. It was so great. Emily, our waitress, was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!!
In the golf course. 19th hole. There's no signage outside.
I have played this course about ten times. I cannot begin to express how pleased I have been with Two Eagles. The pro shop staff are super. The course has always been in great shape. The food in the restaurant is great and the service is exceptional (I have worked in the customer service my entire life so, when I say exceptional, you must know that means EXCEPTIONAL). I have played ladies nights a few times and I might argue this is one of the best ladies nights I have played in the province!! The food is great, the ladies that attend are very friendly and the prizes are excellent. Thanks Two Eagles staff. Keep up the good work!!!
We recently needed a small private venue for an intimate gathering and not only did Neil at 2 Eagles respond quickly, he was flexible, asking the chef to accommodate menu requests. His prompt reaction made a stressful situation much easier and I'm so grateful to the attention we received. The actual event went without a hitch; all our needs were met, service was wonderful and the food was devoured!
Couple bits of feedback 1. Your policy about booking singles. I wanted to play the morning and when I initially called I find it difficult to believe that there wasn't a twosome you could have added me to....but no. You have me call the day of, and you book me in the middle of a 10 foursome birthday party. My group only played 9 so at 10th tee I was a single stuck behind 8 partying foursomes. So I had to walk off. I had to tell you this happened and without much care you offer a raincheck for 9....except I live in Alberta 2. Marshals. We didn't see any until the 11 th tee. The pace of play is very inconsistent, the course is noisy, and people don't rake the bunkers 3. Snack shack staff were wonderful and the prices reasonable. That is how you get the second star I think the course itself is beautiful, but the above completely took me off my game and left me very disappointed.
great course! most definitely a challenge. amazing food!
This course is not for newbies. It is filled with chochi regulars whom apparently the staff only care about. If you are a first timer here prepare to get treated like garbage. We will never play here again, what a joke. I have never been harrased by golf staff at another course. We were followed the entire time being told to hurry up, finding out the people behind us were members, who gives a ****? Apparently two old ladies can run the course not the staff. Disgusting.
Been coming too this course and enjoying it for years, but its basically become private. Almost impossible to get tee times here anymore. Was Online ready to book 8 days in advance, and within 1 minute after public bookings were open, every last time was taken by members. Pretty brutal.
Only allowing people with a tee time to use the range. Irritating if looking to just unwind for an hour.
Greedy greedy course. Two days in a row tried to book a foursome for 9 holes. Not one tee time had been booked and could book ANY tee time from 8am and EVERY 8 minutes thereafter, IF you were playing 18 holes. Even though we had a foursome, and even tried for 2! The earliest the will give if you are playing 9 holes is 3:06 in the afternoon. I watched and waited until the afternoon before and tee times still had not been booked for the next morning for 18 holes. I called the pro shop and was told "Well, we run at over 95% capacity and we wont have a problem filling that spot with a party playing 18 holes so it is not available for your foursome for 9. Went to another course and will do the same next week because we are experiencing the same thing at Two Eagles this week as well. Too many courses in the Okanagan. My children have got me gift cards and passes to this course for Christmas every year for many years, but I now will request a different course for my gifts.
Super nice staff and well kept for a very reasonable price!
A little shorter than a full length course, longer than an executive. They keep it in great shape, and a have a wonderful patio!
The ambiance cannot be beaten, with the golf course view and the lake in the background. Food excellent. Prices reasonable.
Great course
No drinking water stations on the course. For the reason alone it gets 1 star. This is a serious issue during summer golf.
The course is always in great condition. The greens are usually very consistent but tricky. In some cases diabolical. The course is short at just over 5000 yards but challenging for all skill levels. Some of the houses around the course could be a little farther away. The staff that I have dealt with are competent and friendly and the food in the restaurant is excellent! Also the customer service is really good. There was a particularly challenging time for local golf courses about three years ago when there was significant flooding all through the area. Two Eagles brought in around three or four times the normal staff to guide players around the changes to the course necessitated by the heavy rains just days before. They did a great job!
Had lunch on the patio! Amazing food and the view is so beautiful!
This course will not take your reservation if you only have time for 9 holes. Does not make me feel valued as a paying customer. Who knows, I might drop quite a bit in the pro shop and restaurant. Why turn away the business? They said the times were wide open, two days ahead.
The golfing was fabulous! Disappointed in the restaurant hosts. We were left waiting while they were on 2 phone calls. Then others guests arrived and were tended to before us.
love this place
Course was in great shape. Restaurant was great also.
Excellent executive golf course which plays a lot tougher than expected. Great professional reception by pro shop staff and great food.
worst course in the Kelowna area. full course prices for a mickey mouse half finished course. no sand in the traps. greens rock hard after tree days of rain. fairways crossing each other . no descriptions of holes ,player books or even a drawing on the card. players assistance sat around while the group in front of us was a hole and a half behind. tees and green too close to each other. go elsewhere you will be a lot happier.
Fantastic course! Only lost one ball lol, it's hard because there are so many houses that you don't want to hit, and if your ball goes over the fence is considered lost so don't go over the home owners fence, nice people working in the pro shop, amazing restaurant and the power carts are zippy!! So many gofers hopping around especially at the driving range! I will be back it was a great expirence. I read a lot of reviews before going here and I was a little nervous because there are so many not so great ones but we had a great time!
Best men's night in the Okanagan Valley
