Nice staff, nice and comfortablr place to live but the air conditioner is a bit loud at night and many people are smoking outside the building

Disappointed for the price. For $312 the room was small and needing general maintenance. Example...weatherstripping and uncovered holes in the walls for cables etc. Room was clean and comfortable but for pet friendly it should not have carpeting.. Carpet was stained and overall ambience was lacking.

I personally enjoyed my stay at the Super 8 in Kelowna. Everything was modest but pleasant. My room had a microwave and mini fridge, although the fridge did stay a bit too cold and froze some items. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower head did have a decent amount of hard water buildup, that could be removed. They were very accommodating of my puppy and didn't charge an outrageous fee per night, only $12.00. Staff was very friendly when I arrived and throughout my stay. I felt comfortable going inside to get breakfast and ice. I liked that there was four different juice options and fresh coffee with real cream for you in the morning. And even though Covid made breakfast challenging they did make an effort to give you something, which was appreciated. I would stay again.

Stayed there with my family for 2 nights. The room has a distinctly unpleasant smell, the toilet is always clogged and difficult to flush. The air conditioner is too noisy it feels like we are sleeping on a ferry. The carpet is really dirty that the bottom of our feet is covered with dirt. There is dust in every corner and it looks like the room has not been cleaned for quite a while. We appreciate the microwave in the room however a few more pillows would be nice. The basic breakfast is good but has small servings. A few staff were a bit rude and doesn't even greet the guests it feels like we are invisible to their eyes. Despite this experience, we still give thanks to those staff who made us feel welcome.

Good basic no frills motel. Had a reasonable TV with a good selection of SD channels. Coffee maker in the room. Parking for bobtail in the lot. Tractor/Trailer on the street. No city restrictions on overnight street parking (not like anti truck Delta).

On Friday night we were evacuated from Fintry due to the wildfires and had to find a place to stay in Kelowna as quick as possible. Found this hotel for me and my family. We booked 5 rooms and were charged $350 per night….which was ridiculous! We were in state of emergency and feel we were taken advantage of. Not happy about this situation! Talked to the front desk to ask why the rate was so high, the explanation was “ Not our problem, you should’ve canceled if this wasn’t good for you.” Very unfair when you are looking for shelter after being evacuated.

If you're just looking for a clean bed to sleep on, this'll definitely fit the bill. The rooms are definitely dated and had some quirks, but nothing that would affect quality of sleep. There were a few harmless bugs in the room as well. The air conditioning unit is pretty loud, which I think is a bonus because the white noise drowns out the highway. The breakfast had hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, apples, bananas, mini muffins, pancakes, waffles, bagels, toast and yogurt. It's self-serve, but they don't allow you to take any food back to your room. They do have to-go cups for your coffee though. Overall most of the staff was great. They were very understanding when we came in looking for a room at 8am after being up all night moving.

Stayed here. Got a room with two beds. My son woke up with red spots all over his body. Upon further inspection, they were bite marks. So we check the bed and sure enough there were bed bugs in the bed he was sleeping in. Brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and she wouldn't do anything about it. I even showed her the pictures and still nothing. Do not recommend staying here. Unclean rooms and poor staff.

Perfectly adequate for what I was looking for which was a clean comfortable bed and room. Quiet too which was a plus. The only enhancements would be less harsh (bright white in bathroom and overall) lights. Also, a boiling pot would be useful for tea. Breakfast was ok but don't expect a full meal just enough to get your day going. Staff both housekeeping and front desk was friendly enough. So, I'll give it 5 stars even tho it's not a 5 star accomodation of course. Oh, and location is good near good restaurants along 97 north of town with convenenient parking etc.

I stayed for 2 nights and it's not the greatest place but the room was clean a bit small but clean. pools small hot tub is really small it's an older place and for the price I paid it's way overpriced. if you just need a clean place to sleep the night it's fine. the staff was friendly and there's free coffee cereal and muffins in the morning. the rooms aren't big enough for 2 parents and 2 kids.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the property in general and the beds were very comfortable!
