Can't believe I didn't find out about this sooner! You can literally play just about any sport: golf, baseball, football, hunting. Simplex also run league nights for golf. Bar in the establishment and very reasonable prices.

Extremely kind and welcoming people. My son has Autism with a Developmental delay and was accepted with open arms. Even asked to come back. Which brings tears to our eyes considering he's been rejected from almost every special needs program in Kelowna. I strongly suggest this place for sports and physical activity. Fantastic people, opening their doors with no judgement to all with diversabilities. Thank you so much. Colt had a blast.

While it took 20-30 mins to become accustomed to the electronic golf, I did come out feeling very confident in its consistency and ability to help improve my game. I look forward to many hours of perfecting my swing and even some nights here with the fellas for a few beers.

Showed up 10 min early to get on the machines right at 6. We got Delayed 10 min because the place was busy and staff has to sanitize equipment. (which is understandable) Somehow we suffer the cost of the 10 min lost. Trackman is 60-65 dollars an hr. 10 min is 10 dollars. Im paying 10 dollars for not getting to use that 10 min. Simply unacceptable. Owner needs to realize that when she is busy, time slots need to be staggered so the customers don't suffer this time and money loss. Doing so they will have enough time to settle up the previous customer, clean and get organized. The world doesn't work on IOU's. Can't offer me 10 extra min next time when you don't know how busy you will be.

By the time we actually started playing it wasn't until about 5:20 (we booked our time from 5:00-7:00 and explained we weren't sure whether we were doing 2 hours or not, which she was totally fine with). We decided upon an hour around 6:00 and assumed that our time would end at 6:20. The lady was extremely irritated that we thought we would have an entire hour of actual playing time. When I mentioned that we had only been playing for 40 minutes she responded extremely sharp and snappy. She stood right behind us for the last 20 minutes and was very unimpressed that we were using the time we had paid for. Very unfortunate.. maybe she should have let us known that she started the time as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Not to mention there are 7 simulator screens and us two were literally the only people in the entire building (not even a mouse). It's a shame.. the building is amazing, technology is sweet, love the concept however, maybe some actual "friendly" staff who don't get mad at people for utilizing the service they have paid for would be a smart call on the business front. PS, this is the first review I have ever left in my entire life. My buddy and I are pretty darn chill, however, just a little sad that we couldn't crush anymore drives because of mean lady :(

Great sim golfing experience, the machines are accurate (except for driver distance) and the booths are set up nicely for a group to hangout and golf. Both the lady at the front and the young guy setting up machines/serving were very friendly and accommodating. Also very impressed with their drink prices. Will definitely be back.

First time here with my eight year old today and it was a great experience! We played soccer, hockey, lacrosse, basketball, and soccer. All tones of fun! Even tried some zombie dodgeball and had a Wild West shootout. We will be back! Staff super friendly and the games all looked great! Licensed if that makes a difference for the thirsty dads out there! Would rather watch my eight year taking shots on the net than the Leafs this year!

Rita & her team hosted our Christmas staff party. Everyone had a great time. Excellent accommodations & not one complaint. Rita allowed us to hire a caterer (Good Stuff Catering) & rent their huge event room for our full turkey dinner. There was a putting green in the room also so we had a contest after dinner. They are licenced & stocked a huge selection for all. We'll be back! Treat your team to this venue. So many options. Thanks Rita.

Our family was just there last night and we had a fantastic time! Had originally booked an hour only but we were able to extend our fun into another hour. Staff even stayed late since our 2nd hour ended past closing....they went above and beyond to ensure our family had a good time. Entire place very clean and staff incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.
