Generally I enjoy the course, but I don't always love the way it is managed. New or old. I tried to book an available tee time on the telephone today and was told it was an extra $5 or $10 per person for me to do it on the phone. When I asked why the lady (very polite and helpful) told me "We only have one computer, so it gets tied up if we take bookings". I have 3 old laptops that would do the job fine folks... a free round of golf and I will give you one. Sorry.... $40 extra to book a foursome online? Booked at Silver Lakes for tomorrow.

Course is in awesome shape right now, huge fan. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. The carts are the best in the area, comfy seats, sanitized and the ball/club washers are an amazing feature to ensure you have a great round. Keep those awesome twilight and food deals coming guys, you’re doing a great job in 2020! We will be back weekly, if not more!

Beautiful course, wasn't too crowded when we went. Some of the tee blocks were beat up but not surprised as it is the end of the season. First time golfing this course but would definitely return.

Second time I have played there. Sunday morning start so the course was booked solid. 4 1/2 hours so not so bad. Course was in great shape and the greens were running hard and fast.

I have always had a positive experience at the Wolf. Their staff have been exceptionally friendly and the course is always in excellent shape. It's about a 45 minute drive for me but always willing to make the trek to play a great course.

Layout of the golf course isn't all that exciting. But the course is very well kept, really good value after 1pm. Brand new golf carts, very comfortable w/built in GPS. Awesome food and drinks.

Not a bad course. Played 18 holes and didn’t see the cart girl once, it was almost like she was avoiding people. After the 9th hole, I ordered a poutine in which they said they would drive it out me. After 18 with no poutine, the staff member argued as if I was lying about ordering, paying and not receiving my food. Proper management would improve this course drastically.

This review is for the Wolf Run Golf Club restaurant patio. Patio has a great view of the course, service is friendly, food is pretty good. We tried the pizza, wings and jalapeño poppers. Not a fan of the pizza, but everything else was very good. The menu also offers various sandwiches, fish n chips and burgers. Great place to go after a round of golf. Sit back, relax, have a drink, enjoy the view and some wings!

I got poison ivy on hole 4 and their is more on hole 12. They have staff who sound off on local customers because according to Wayne, 'Its just Shirley'. I followed Chef Ron over to Lindsay Golf Club for two reasons. 1/ The man can cook 2/ Lindsay GC has no poison ivy or rink e dink holes.

Great track. From Peterborough, iit's a great meeting the middle course with my buddies from Durham Region. A good mix of open and guarded holes on a mildly challenging layout. Greens got beat up a couple years ago with the ice storm, but everything as come around now and looks great. My favourite course for your casual Sunday round. Carts here are super nice with ultra padded seats, ball washers on the side, and divot mix even though I walk most of the time because it is a great layout to walk. Great prices and staff aswell, can't say enough good things. Love it here.

Nice course. Great condition. Thought carts were cleaned between users.....we got a cart that wasnt cleand at all, so a little disappointed. Good thing we had wipes. Carts had thick padded seats. Great pace, absolutely no waiting at the tee blocks & we finished in 4 hours! Tons of mosquitoes in the bushes. Bug spray didnt help & I was eaten alive.

Enjoyed the course and was affordable considering what the covid 19 has created with most courses packed and more expensive than the norm. They are very cordial and paying attention to distance spacing. The course was enjoyable and fun to play. They have done well keeping the course in good condition considering how dry it is. Definitely a very worthwhile course to play. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Aaron and I got married at wolf run on October 6th 2018 it was planned to be an outdoor wedding but due to the weather we got moved to the outdoor wedding tent and the staff did an amazing job setting up that area for us on such short notice. Barb and her staff members were amazing they all went above and beyond. The food was phenomenal and again they all went above and beyond with the food and were even able to accommodate our vegan family members. Aaron and I are so blessed to have had our perfect day at wolf run and to share it with Barb. We can not thank the staff enough at wolf run!!! Anouther huge thank-you to Barb. Both my husband and I reccomend any one who is planning a wedding to go to wolf run and ask for Barb you will not be disappointed!!!

Terrible experience. Extremely RUDE & DEMEANING staff!! Took my family there father's day. Was confronted by a staff member about having my child with me not even 5 minutes after arrival. I then went to 1st hole to wait to tee off and he approached me again (when no other staff was around) telling me I was wrong to have my children with us and that he has a family and would never put his children in danger as I was. Excuse me?!? I have golfed with my 4 children since they were toddlers & NEVER was questioned. Most course employees think its great that a family enjoys time together. My husband has 8 guys he golfs with on a regular basis there and he won't EVER golf there again! Lost a good amount of business from us and everyone we know! On the ONLY good note... The marshal and the refreshments lady were super nice????

Me any many guests decided to head to wolfrun for the 'last' wing night of the season. We were not happy we did. We sat down and made ourselves comfortable waiting for a server. We instantly noticed there was a incredibly small amount of staff, at this point I want to first say. The staff on site were wonderful. Keeping positive and working hard. Its the managers we were not satisfied with. They were severely understaffed as we found out the new managers were not in attendance for a planned incredibly busy night, the manager who should have been there leading workers and assisting them were no where to be seen. We sat down and waited quiet some time to even get our orders taken. We then waited over a hour for our food to arrive. Some of our guests at our table actually cancelled their orders and left due to the wait. What incredibly angered our table was that a table the came in 45 minutes after us was served before us. Everything was in disarray and I cannot believe the managers who pitched the 'last' wing night to drum up business didn't even stay to help their staff when there was so little and so many people.

It's Great Golf coarse plenty of risk rewards when hitting a great Golf that said its a very punishing coarse when miss hitting shots. Fairways Bunkers and Greens all in great shape. Careful putting greens very fast.

1. The grass is not managed properly; both the fairway and the green are very dry, even though we started in the morning. The green in almost every hole was 'yellow' and bumpy. The grass in the fairway and rough were half lifted, you could actually pull a big chunk of them without any effort. 2. They don't manage the time between the groups. They have par 5 in the first hole, and they just let the next group to start when the group in front hits their second shot. We were sandwiched between two groups very closely entire round, which they were also sandwiched by number of other groups. We decided to take a break after the 9th hole, as we were very stressed with this (and had to go to the washroom). We just let the group behind us, who were only 3 minutes behind, to go ahead of us. Then the Marshall started to yell at us. He literally said 'you can't take a break in middle of the round and cut in front of other people' We got the ticket on sale, and overall it was very cheap and stressful experience. First time I felt in 20ish golf courses I visited.

This once wonderful course is in poor shape, especially the greens, which are very bumpy and some almost without grass. Still has potential, but not removing several trees after cutting them down made a bad impression, and the traps were very hard packed. Enjoyed the company, the course not so much

Green in great shape, the fairways in great shape with the rough being a little long but still playable. The tees sucked need work along with cart path tons of pot holes. Over all worth the money and drive.

Pace of play painfully slow. Was 2 hours and 20 minutes in, waiting on the ninth tee, and the marshall told us there was nothing he could do (there was nobody in front of the slow group in front of us). Greens were okay, definitely beat up, I don't think many people repair divots there. Fairly short course at only 6200 yards, won't be back.

An excellent course and an absolute steal for the money. Past years had some quality issues but I can definitely see the difference this season as the fairways, greens and rough are in great shape. A couple greens were struggling in May but just kept getting better over the season. Looking forward to next year as the improvements continue. One of the top courses I enjoy playing for half the price of the others.

I enjoyed the track, but seemed a bit overpriced with many tee boxes and hazards in poor shape (been a hard summer to be fair). Many extremely tight tee chutes to challenge. Great staff and food brings them up to 4.

Had the chance to play this gem early season for the first time. I was very impressed with the course in April. The course was surprisingly green and well cut. Greens and fairways were firm and quick. Looking online I thought the course was going to be quite narrow but was pleasingly surprised with open fairways and lots of opportunities for driver. Can't wait to come back and play a round mid summer! Thanks wolf run !

First time playing here since the junior years (10+ Years ago) and boy have things changed… the clubhouse is renovated and looks great. The balcony is nice and open and welcoming enough to enjoy a pint afterwards- and the course, as always- is great. I’m excited to return!

First time at the course since it changed ownership and although upgrades were plenty, the Covid 19 Protocols were terrible. There is no social distancing inside the Pro Shop as well as an older male and what appeared to be his two young sons walked into the pro-shop unchallenged with no masks on and one person to the room The golf cart we had was absolutely filthy, covered in dust and dirt and hadnt seen sanitizer. Its a great course and I have been going to it for almost 20 years yet they are really lacking on Covid Proticols
