Nice course but it would've been nice if the very rude brunette behind the bar wore a mask like we were expected to and in the age of Covid, why would we be sharing condiments????? Kudos to the rest of the staff though. No need to return. If you like driving a golf cart you will like this course. Lots of driving.

I felt their COVID precautions were great at no time did I feel crowded, rushed or lacked any information or guidance on how to follow their guidelines. Lots of hand sanitizer and facilities were clean. They have a metal plate covering the cup, your ball drops down about an inch and it makes a cool “ding” noise. The course is a fun layout and the conditions were great. The greens were top dressed the day we played, they rolled slow but smooth. I really enjoyed the black sand! Pro shop and food and beverage staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d play golf here again!

One of the best golf courses in the Kawartha lakes area ! 4 tee blocks for varying skill levels, beautifully cut fairways with some of the nicest greens in the area, Beautiful black sand bunkers, but beware the greens are tough and fast, but roll very true. This has been my favourite since I've moved up here and for good reason !

This is a great course that is nestled right in cottage country. The course is challenging to all levels of golfers, but also fair to beginners and once a year golfers. The layout offers a diverse selection of holes with lots of water, forest, and fescue to keep you honest and force you to consider the consequence's of your next shot. The beer cart comes around early and often to keep you well hydrated. I would recommend the Quarry to anyone looking for golf in the Kawartha's. Definitely a hidden gem.

Tricky front 9 with a forgiving back 9 makes for an interesting score card between the group everytime. Played all the courses in the Kawarthas and this is one I have golfed at the most great condition friendly staff and fun holes. Amazing course suitable for any skill level with the variety of tees available change the course completely depending where you choose

I've been playing The Quarry multiple times a year since its opened and its great to see the course maturing. There is plenty of challenge for all skill levels. There is still no practice facilities, but it looks like that is poised to change in the near future with new developments visible as you enter the course.

Was her for a wedding in Oct. Due to Covid 19 and the number of guests the wedding was held outside under a tent. So I am not able to really tell you what the inside venue would have been like. The setting was nice it is a golf course after all. There is a nice gazebo and water attraction just behind the main building. The food we had for the venue was ok. I did not have much interaction with any of the staff so I can't really say much about them. The ones I did talk to were nice.

Great track friendly in the pro shop... wasn’t to pleased with how the Marshall treated our group. We were on pace the entire round never had a group waiting behind us and the Marshall was telling us to hurry up over 3 different holes with absolutely no groups on site. Pretty rude guy. Makes me question going back but other then that great course!

I call and booked a tee time for 2 people to 9 holes late in the day played a great game had fun till the next morning I noticed I was charged for 18 holes so double the price called first thing the next day assuming it was an accident was told to drive over an hour to get there just so they could tell me I can't prove I only played 9 holes so I'm not getting my money back.

Never going back here owners and management think they are doing you a favour letting you play on their course extremely rude. I would come because it is a nice course but I have had enough of the ownership holding us up every hole because they didn’t have the green ready for the day so every hole we have to wait while they cut the new hole and then I confront the owner about it and he yells at me saying we are going to fast. Today was the final straw we booked for four of us to go golfing and we arrive and two members of our party couldn’t make it last minute because the weather wasn’t looking promising. The manager gives us trouble saying we should have called and told them they weren’t coming they could have sold those spots. We didn’t know until last minute and also idk if they realize there is a pandemic right now I don’t want to be golfing with other people.

Brunch at the clubhouse took a long while to arrive and was just average. Space is large and open single room with sports TV playing in each corner. Good for groups

I had the opportunity to capture a couple weddings at this location. Not only is the venue gorgeous and unique for your special day, but the staff are extremely friendly accommodating and beyond helpful. One of the days was rainy, and they were right there with umbrellas helping out!

Great course. This is one if the few courses I’ve played that actually takes care if their course. Greens are perfect, fairways are groomed and holes are challenging. I also love how they use fine sand in their bunkers and not gravel like other courses I’ve played have. The prices are fair and the owner is super welcoming. I recommend playing here and hitting their patio for some good food and a cold one!

This weekend I had the pleasure of having breakfast and golfing at the quarry golf club. In my opinion it is one of the best courses around, especially for the price. Kevin and the staff are super friendly and helpful, the food and service is great in the restaurant and pro shop, and the greens and tee boxes are something I’d usually expect on a private course. You really can’t do better in the area in my opinion.

Course was in great shape and the greens were running fast. My only problem was the bunkers which really don't have 'sand' in them (more like hard pan). So wasted a few strokes trying to extract myself from those things. All in all had a good round and a nice cold beer on the patio afterward.

You won't find a better cared for golf course in this area, for that matter, in many areas. If you are not in great shape, don't plan on walking this course, not a criticism, and part of what makes it so scenic, and a little tough, but fair. It's a little costly in golf balls if your 9 iron doesn't go as far as you pretend it does. The course is well kept, great course, club house, dining room, food, and of course, a lot of very nice people that keep it all such a pleasant experience. Oh yes, very reasonable price. Thank you Quarry. PS. They have 4 new Golf Simulators, so no reason to hang up the clubs in November any more.

I played with an avid golfer who frequents high end coarses and he loved it. Also best breakfast ive ever had in my life. Thank you quarry for a great round.

Beautiful and very well-maintained course. Unfortunately have had a couple negative experiences relating to customer service and booking this season but we were satisfied with the way the owner handled our concerns. As a side note, they have a minimum four-player policy during peak hours and will pair you with other players at their discretion if you do not meet this requirement. We found this to be a little unclear on the site.
