First time to play here as we are just visiting this place for a short getaway from the city with the whole family. Really nice course, although its only 9 holes but challenging. Layout is variety with both uphill & downhill approach to green not to mention a water hazard and a narrow opening at par 3 hole #6. If we are going to stay here again sometime in the future, I will definitely play here again!

We showed up and was super backed up. 3 groups waiting of the first tee with no distancing in place. 12 people standing together right beside 4 people on the patio. No-one wearing masks indoors in pay area (customers and workers alike) etc. Course seemed to be decent for the price.

Don't let this smaller course fool you. It's challenging at all times. Tricky lies, tricky greens. Well-maintained and a great place to take friends and family when at the cottage.

The 9 hole golf course is fun to play, but set your expectations low on the golf course. But it is longer than an executive par three. I up the challenge by just playing with just 4 different clubs. The greens are small and furry. That is typical for this area of Ontario. The service has improved tremendously with new owners. If you want to just knock it around with some buds or your kids it is worth it. Can get done in an hour twenty.

A great 9 hole course for people who want to walk . If you use your golf now app you can usually find great deals after 1pm or 2 PM for next to nothing.

It was a great, quick, clean, well groomed course that is perfect to escape the cottage. Friendly service. Some of the back greens were a bit rough, but I saw the patch work ongoing. Even after a entire day of rain we were allow to drive the carts on the course and to avoid roped off areas

Course is in lousy shape. Fairways are like cement and some are brutally rough. Some holes are like playing in a quarry. The owner is arrogant and rude. Spend 2 bucks more and go to Western Trent for a more challenging course, a significantly better maintained facility, and better personnel.

Good value for the money. Nice difficult greens. Fairways a bit dry but expect that in cottage country. 8 is an uphill par 3 that measures 185 but plays 225 easy. About a 50 foot elevation change. Go driver.

Good course for price - slow play on a Saturday unfortunately led having to leave and not finishing my round. Glad I prepaid as I noticed no masks were being enforced for customers and some employees.

The owner of this golf course is disrespectful and rude. Had a terrible experience. There were people who let other groups play through so we played 3 holes in 85 minutes before we left. Such a waste of a day and no apology or compensation. No one was wearing masks inside the club house and they were not following ANY COVID-19 regulations. No masks, no Marshall making sure everyone playing knew the rules. Awful experience.

They charged me $11 to ride in the cart with my husband. I told them I wasn't golfing but they said I still had to pay to ride in the cart. I did that all the time with the old owners and was never charged. If this is how the new owners are going to treat their customers, we're happy to go elsewhere.
