I've been going there since I moved to Kamloops when I was 8 (11yrs ago) and I've never had a bad experience there. The staff are always friendly, the games are great, they have some really great larger prizes, and there is always something new making its way through the door. Parties are really affordable, accessible, and easy there, too. Will continue going there as long as I can!

The Fun Factor hosted a team building event for 15 grown adults this weekend. It was a blast. Some were skeptical but by the time we finished laser tag, bowling and more arcade games than we could do in one visit, everyone was sold that it’s still ok to be a grown up and have that much fun! We’ll be back.

This is a perfect place for first dates, get-togethers l, family meets, and basically everything else involving people. Really hard to dislike anything about it, except that it's VERY expensive. The games can also occasionally change a little more than I would want, replacing great classics with mediocre new additions. Besides those two minor issues, this is still a great place to hang out and waste a few hours.

Everytime we go to fun factor its always a joy. Playing mega man 2 on the arcade is a blast. The spongebob squarepants card collecting machine gets everyone addicted. The prices are better if you refill your fun cards online, but they are fair otherwise.

This is a super fun place. The lazer tag is always changing and expanding. The equipment doesn't fault and there is a multitude of game modes. The minigolf is a great option for families and work/ school groups. The games are hardly ever broken down and there is always something new. They have a card system so you can save your points and credits without having to hold onto a bunch of stuff. My only concern would be that when its busy, its sometimes hard to move around all the people, but the staff are always ready to offer assistance.

We are new to Thompson Okanagan, and we are so proud to say that this years birthday party for our son was phenomenal! Biggest hit of all his parties ( he’s had some pretty good ones!) Thank you to Megan who facilitated our group! She was helpful and kind with great leadership for the children. Everything went smooth. This was the first year I did not have to stress!! Thanks again! We are coming back today because my son loved it so much!

Fun Factor is such an amazing local arcade on the Shore qith lots of modern games and different activitys like bowling, lazer mazes, lazer tag and bumper cars. I came here with some friends and had so much fun playing the pusher and arcade like games as they are my favorites. One thing I wish they offered was some kind on food on site and not just chips and candy for tickets. Over all, between friendly staff and lots of fun 5/5.

Really not up to date on covid Rules and lack of concern for customer safety was a bit alarming as there were 30 people all mask now required only enforced today going forward but good time fun time was happy to hear that all surfaces are wiped down every hour

Really a fun place to spend an hour or more. It's not too expensive for the fun you can havr and really a good place to hangout with group of 4+ people. Had fun with basketball game and air hockey. Light speed game was fun too. Pacman was really good for the group to play together. Hit to reach good points game is something which nobody wins. Throw ball on clown was relatively easy but not so easy to beat the best score.

My family has been going to Fun Factor for quite a few years now! We go at least 2 times a month for a family fun night and I’m not sure who loves it more, my kids or myself. Perfect for date night too! The birthday package is amazing, we’ve done two birthdays here so far and they were more than reasonably priced. I’ve also done adult birthdays with laser tag that were great. The staff go above and beyond with their kindness and client servicing! Super impressed with the Covid cleaning and protocols as keeping a play focused place is not easy. I also appreciate the updating of games and attractions, since we go there so often it’s nice that there’s new things every other time we go!

This is the best Arcade and fun centre in town. Has some new machines, and a decent Lazer Tag area. The 3D golf is ok, but fairly cramped. They could use a lot of newer arcade games and more games for tots.

It seems like a lot of the new games cost a lot of coins and don't give tokens. However, it's still a lot of fun and a great way to kill time.

So they are renovating and put some stuff outside and a sign says free .They have a bin outside so I have a look cause my wife and I do abstract art and some guy comes out and says excuse me that is our garbage my wife says ok he's just looking and he beaks off I'm calling the cops . What a joke phone them and say what SOMEONE IS IN OUR GARBAGE CAN grow up buddy

Came here with a group of friends over the weekend and had a blast! Never too old for the arcade! We were greeted by Abi, who was very polite and explained everything about the process. She was always there at a moments notice if there was an issue with a game or to help setup the bowling or laser tag. She really made our experience that much better! We will definitely be coming back!

We went to Fun Factor a few nights ago and had a blast. I haven't been since I was a young kid and the renos in there are awesome. Abi was an amazing employee who seriously made our experience 10000x better. She was passionate about working there, professional and SO FUN! We will definitely be back because of her. We were also helped by Ethan at the counter and he was very patient. GREAT STAFF fun factor. Cant wait to come back.

Good place to bring your kids, last couple of times multiple redemption games were just eating my credits and not functioning, which was a little frustrating.

Arcade like games. 20 dollars gets 95 credits on a new card and 100 on a recharge. Each game is 2-4 credits. There a maybe 20 games that give out tickets that you can redeem a gift with. A maybe 10 arcade shoot or racing games. Good place for a few hours, really small we went through the games in less then an hour. Some games had issues with equipment but the staff always fixed them. Friendly staff, the ticket prizes where ok for small amount. Was not a very busy place.

A friend and I dropped by here during the weekend. One of the employees named Abdullah who is also our classmate from school suggested we visit the place. I can't remember the last time I've been to an arcade but we had an amazing time reliving our childhood here. The laser tag was my favorite! Can't thank Abdullah enough for showing us a good time. Definitely looking forward to coming back here.

Good system for checking in / waiting in line, and the kids liked the cards instead of tickets. Lots of racing/screen games and a decent amount of activity games. One of my kids loved it, one was kind of meh - not many games interested her. The bumper cars and laser tag had a long wait so we didn't have time to do those. A decent way to spend an hour while we waited to check into our hotel. Spent $50 for 2 kids and they got a couple dinky prizes with their leftover points. We'll come back again but they'll spend their own money next time ;)

Best arcade in kamloops now. This place has everything Ruckers has & is added bumper cars & mini bowling. The only downside I think is that they now need more space to grow than the current facility & outdoor attractions.

We went there for the first time for my daughters birthday, just her and her two siblings. Wasn't really sure what to expect with the new covid protocols. But the staff were phenomenal, I saw them cleaning regularly, high energy and took the time to explain how the attractions and games work. Lots of fun, everyone had such a great time

We just had our son's party at Fun Factor and they did such a great job! The staff were so helpful and organized which is appreciated when you have a group of sugar filled kiddos. They helped us to have a fun party that went so smoothly. They really think of everything so that the parents can enjoy the party too! Ive been coming here for years. Its definitely changed over the years but is still a great place for families. I preferred the old pool hall side and a tonne of pinball and arcade games vs the new version but I'm old. 100% great business run be great local people.

The mini golf is super fun, great detail in the environment, make sure you wear glow-in-the-dark-friendly (whites and bright neons if you have them) clothes!! The games are fun and the only thing this place is lacking is food, but it has lots of fun!

It was nice for my child to have some "normal" fun. We spent $30, wasted an hour and got to have a good time. The staff was constantly cleaning and there was lots of room to keep distance. I'm glad they're open. The card swipe system keeps track of tokens and tickets, although not quite as fun as the old fashioned paper tickets.

This arcade brings in new fun games frequently and It hits nostalgia on all levels and makes me feel young again. The staff was friendly and I at least come here twice a year. Like others say, some of machines are frequently out of order, I hope they improve that.

The team building even Andy help set up was a very powerful experience. We phoned in for our hockey team and he was very excited and when we showed up we were greeted with great kindness and joy. This even helped us bond very well as a team and we all had an amazing night. It was an amazing experience for us all would recommend it to anybody.
