I was there after 2 pm and very disappointed about the service experience today. I booked a tee time for 3:50 pm and got 5:30 pm instead. I felt not welcome at all!

Dreadful service. We waited 1/2 an hour watching the 2 waitresses and they finally took our drink order bit after a further 15 minutes, we left. We were there for lunch. They only had 1 other table.

Fantastic Robert Trent Jones Sr golf layout. Not overly long but great mix of holes with great bunkering work recently done. A must play when in Kamloops. It wasn't a really windy day but if it does I can see it even more challenging. The conditions where perfect, firm yet greens held for early August. A BIG room for improvement was no beverage carts seen and no quick food at the turn. I noticed members brought their own food.

Located alongside the South Thompson river and adjacent to the Kentucky-style South Thompson Inn, Rivershore is a well-maintained and deceptively challenging course. Laid out in two nine-hole loops by the great Robert Trent Jones Sr, the course is bounded by rugged, sagebrush-covered hills to the north and the wide South Thompson river to the south.

Went into restaurant today and I could not tell you how the food was because we could not get service, it was a special lunch so we ended up going to Denys down the road, sad because your restaurant is beautiful with great views and the grounds look amazing

Course is in great condition and the staff are very friendly. Track is nice and the greens roll well. Why not a better rating you ask? The bunkers ( of which there are many) has more rocks than sand. It is closer to small pebbles than sand. The finish on my (and my playing partners) new sand wedge took a bad beating and removed a lot of finish. Wasn't impressed by this at all. Otherwise this was really quite a nice track. Not likely to play until this is rectified unfortunately though..

We have played this course yearly for 25+ years. We have never seen it in such poor shape, from sparse tee boxes to dandelions in greenside bunkers to fairways with large patches of dirt where grass used to be. The greens looked like they had been unevenly scalped and didn't have a consistent speed. In past years Rivershore was one of the best conditioned and groomed courses around the Kamloops area. It is truly a shame to see it so rundown.

The Tues deal was of good value! Thanks for getting us on at 8 am sharp today after our big fail getting into Kamloops from Kelowna today cause of the hwy closure into Kamloops cause of that accident. We were to play at Bighorn at 8 am shotgun start and had to cancel that! The course plays nicely and is a good challenge. One suggestion would be to see more wood signage to next holes etc and to have clubhouse open before 11 am to get coffee, muffins etc. We played our round in an incredible 3 hrs and 5 mins grand total!

July 29th 2017 @ 9 AM 4 of 8 women who let us know they were resident/members were rude and so nasty to us we ended up quitting on the 6th hole. We got our money back so thanks to the employee for that but we will never go back there. Obviously if you are a resident/member you get to be nasty to the other folks who do not pay yearly fees. Eaglepoint is a very respectful and we will continue to support this business. Advice for Rivershore you should speak to the 8 females that golf every Saturday, they told us that is what they do, about respect and sharing the course. The employee knew who we were talking about so what does that tell you.
