Made my reservation for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 10). Chinook cove had no problem taking my $125 for nine holes even after seeing my children in person, then came and told us that we needed to "pick up the pace" even tho we had let every group play through since we began and had been more than happy to move over. I Would not recommend this course to anyone with kids as we have never been made to feel so unwelcome at a golf course before.

Nice little RV park with a 9 hole golf course attached, just north of Barriere on the Yellowhead Highway.

(I only golfed here) The golf course is in amazing shape. The greens are perfect and decently challenging. Fairways are defined and have stones at 100y, 150y, 200y. 1st cut is well groomed as well. Each hole has a different scenic view that will make you want to take a picture. The par 5s are reachable in 2 for anyone who hits decently long. With a couple drivable par 4s. Definitely grab a cart, walking this course would be a workout. The proshop offers a couple basic things which was expected for a rural golf and RV park. The food was great. We had the BLT with fries. And would definitely order again.

(Translated) We went for two days to play golf and the course is very beautiful. The personnel is very friendly. In the hotel you could buy the game for a lower price, although the course is not expensive. If I were to go through there again, I would stop in the country again. Si volviese a pasar por allí volvería a parar por el campo.

Well maintained, green, large rv sites, great food and service. The 9 hole golf has a few steep challenging holes but having the golf cart helps get around.

Not the "family friendly" course they advertise! We booked a tee-time for a family of 4 with 2 kids(ages 7 and 10). None of us are avid golfers but we have played. Before we finished the first hole, we had 2 groups of people behind us which we let through. We spent the majority of the time moving to the side to let people through as soon as they came up behind us. I dont know how many people they booked or how often but I can tell you we spent 70% of the time moving over. My son still almost got hit by someone teeing off right behind us. The golf course lady rolled up infront of one of us teeing off to let us know we couldn't take so long because people were behind us. We let every single person play and moved even if we were in the middle of playing. I do NOT recommend anyone going there with younger aged children. What a waste of money. If the kids cannot play, why bother making us pay for them? The greens are beautiful and well maintained

Small campground is well maintained with large sites. The only comment is that the sanitary building only has a single toilet and shower for the whole campsite, which can create some inconvenience.

Nice RV Park up on the hill overlooking the Golf Course and with nice views of Barrier. We stayed in the overflow as they were sold out but that even offered a picnic table and great views. The twilight golf was great fun and the course wasn't busy so we could take out time. The pricing was very reasonable.

What a nice playing course Chinook Cove is in Barriere! Played there today and really enjoyed the challenge level and scenic beauty and is def. one of the top 8 nine hole courses in the entire Okanagan/Kamloops area! Located just 50 mins north of Kamloops and is so worth that drive out to try! For early May too the greens were in tip top shape already! 4.5 out of 5! A definite put on your golf bucket list to play at least once come May to say late Sept! Oh and I made this incredible shot there today!

Stayed at the campground 3 times and played the course 10 times. We love both and will stay and play again with pleasure. And my son loves the course dog!
