TEE boxes are horrible, fairways are pretty much dirt and the rough is like your neighbours lawn who’s been away for 3 weeks. They also let way too many people on, there was 2-3 groups waiting at every tee box. Overall terrible course.

(Translated) The why of this one star. Well it would be a nice little urban course but the poor condition of the ground, a lack of water due to the broken pump, on three occasions (supposed). So the ground was as hard as asphalt, driveways burnt and full of weeds. And do this "rusher" between the two nines while we were still waiting behind the forsome that preceded us and this to be said about this hurry because there is a tournament. The greens were still rolling well but were sometimes tricked out, luckily they put the flags in the right places. 4 green fee clients seem like we are not important enough. If at least they would have offered a discount before leaving like many normal terrains. Well it was my first time and it will be the last. And I would definitely not recommend it, unfortunately????. It is fortunate that in Lanaudière, we do not have this kind of land. (Original) Le pourquoi de ce une étoile. Et bien ce serait un beau petit parcours urbain mais le piètre état du terrain, un manque d'eau du à la pompe brisée, à trois reprises(supposé). Alors le terrain était dur comme de l'asphalte, allées brûlé et plein de mauvais herbes. Et ce faire "rusher" entre les deux neufs alors que nous attendions toujours en arrière du forsome qui nous précèdait et ce faire dire de ce dépècher parce qu'il y a un tournoi. Les greens roulaient quand même bien mais était parfois maganés, une chance qu'ils mettaient les drapeaux aux bons endroits. 4 clients "green fees" ça l'air que nous sommes pas assez important. Si au moins ils auraient offert une réduction avant de partir comme plusieurs terrains normaux. Bon c'était ma première fois et ce sera la dernière. Et je le recommanderait surtout pas, malheureusement????. Une chance que dans Lanaudière, nous n'avons pas ce genre de terrain.

BE CAREFUL if booking on behalf of a group here (Chronogolf)!! You will be charged if anyone backs out! I have golfed Tecumseh numerous times without a problem. In fact, I really like to play this course. Last week, I booked a round via Chronogolf on behalf of me and two others. Unfortunately, due to emergency circumstances, the two people backed out at the last second on the morning of our tee time - about an hour before. I still went to the course by myself and played 18. They added me to a group of three who was teeing off before me. No problem! Then.. I see on my CC statement - without being told in the ProShop - that I was charged $85 extra dollars (see screenshot) on top of my green fee ($34.49) for the two people who backed out. The charge was also more than 2 green fees?! I understand that last second cancellations are frustrating for the course, I really do. I thought that having played Tecumseh easily 20 times over the last two years that there would be some understanding. Nope. I called the ProShop and he gave me the number of the GM. Upon speaking with the GM, he questioned how many times I've actually played the course, argued with me, and told me to collect money from the people who backed out. To his credit, he eventually (and verrry reluctantly) offered rain checks, but on principle I couldn't accept after the way the conversation went. Again, I acknowledge the frustration of last second cancellations on the course's part & also recognize there are policies. As someone who golfs regularly in groups, people bailing at the last second unfortunately happens from time to time. If this was something that happened more than once on my account with Tecumseh, then I completely get it 100%. This was a "first-time offence" and I (literally) paid for it. Will never play there again, too bad because it was a regular spot for me. TLDR: Don't suggest booking online in groups! Through Chronogolf they have your CC on file and if somebody backs out you will be charged (without telling you).

The tee offs are in terrible shape, the fairways are hard and not very well kept, weeds make it hard to find your ball in the fairway and almost impossible in the ruff. Sorry but certainly not worth 66$

Honestly even for the price it’s a waste of money and time. They do not take care of the course whatsoever it seems. The majority of shots even from the fairways are almost unhitable. You’re either on dirt that’s like concrete, or some sort of fluffy weed. It hasn’t rained in multiple days here and there was 5” of water in the #8 fairway, there was even a duck in it. Spend 5-10$ more and go anywhere else.

If only we had received a refund or a discount for another part ... but unfortunately not. What an awful experience! To feel almost harassed by a staff member who was constantly watching us go thru the court (hiding like we couldn't see him). My friend was a little bit rusty as she hadn't golfed in a couple years and I am still new to the sport. We both knew we would be a little more slow but we wanted to do this activity together as golf was one of the first activities open in the reopening plan with COVID-19 and communicated with the people behind us so they felt free to pass us if they catched up. To be told ''this is not a learning time'' as my friend was giving me tips to better myself in this sport. The staff member in question was making us feel like we were SO behind even tho we would often catch up with the people in front of us and waited a couple times.This was all around a very unpleasant time and we will never be stepping foot again on this golf course. Thank you to some of the staff who were very polite with us but unfortunately some of the other staff members behaviour has totally ruined this experience for us.

Very bumpy fairway. When riding a cart, it's like riding on horse back. Watch your head . Greens are long and need some cutting. Tee box lacks of grass. Beside the location, there is better option on Gatineau/Aylmer side
