Pretty course...friendly, family like staff. Great day!
This is an irons course, where you will likely keep your driver in your bag for the majority of the round. It was a bit soggy when we played, and the pace of play was quite slow (5 hours). I would give it a second try further into the season.
Nice course, Worth a bit driving.
Great course, but food and beverages very expensive.
I really like this course, challenging holes for all levels of golfers.
Nice course with a great relaxed set-up. The greens are pretty tough with alot of tough pin placements. Adds a good challenge to the course. 4 stars because they let just about everyone on the course
Very interesting golf course
Great course
Course is picturesque and challenging. Generally well maintained. Greens seemed to be bit thick but lots of rain the week I played. Best of all are the staff. Helpful and friendly. Go out of their wY to assist.
Nice course nice staff!
very satisfying and enjoyable
I really enjoyed playing here. This was a lot of fun. I absolutely recommend this golf course. The course is on the shorter end of things, but that just meana they have been creative with shaping the course. A good challenge and a lot of fun thinking about the proper approach, rather than just pulling out the Driver and 3 wood at every opportunity. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Prices were very good and I will definitely be going back again when they open again next year.
Great little course with a nice mix or some challenging and then easier holes. Course is in great shape and super staff and amenities!
Not a bad course, some holes are challenging, more so the back nine than the front. But worth the money, well maintained.
Amazing value
Golf course is really nice and challenging. The staff is friendly and the hot dogs were really good.
Fun place to golf. Great Pizza Too.
Great staffs good foods and the pace was perfectly spaced out,the only downfall is the greens not as great as other courses but for the price made it worth it.
Now here’s a fun course to play, a little challenging with blind shots that left me pleasantly surprised. Just hit it straight!????????♀️The company made it most fun!!! Never did see a turtle!???? @ Turtle Creek Golf Club
Very friendly and helpful staff. Course in great shape
Nice little course for the price. Great views and challenging layout and pins. Could use better up keep but overall good course!
It's a decent course when on a discount is a decent price. Rarely have a complaint with the overall course and there are a few challenging holes for even good golfers.
Nice course. Good location.
It fun course staff is really nice
Nice
Great course for a beginner, challenging, but not so much where you would get frustrated.
The level of difficulty for my first time playing made this course fun and intriguing. I going to have to return to see if I can do better next time.
This course is a great course for beginners to advanced golfers alike.
I have played here a few times, and it is one tough track. Not an ideal course for a long ball hitter. Your going to have to use all your clubs in the bag as this course has many different holes. The course is in good shape and you can't beat the price and the service. Enjoy the round.
My boyfriend and I golfed this course last summer with a travelzoo voucher. We loved this course! Got a little turned around trying to find the next hole sometimes but we will definitely be back again this year.
Beautiful course, extremely polite staff, met the owners son great guy extremely pleasant helped us with a few quick questions and staff was very accommodating to providing a 9 hole pass since the weather was poor.
Love it! Challenging course! Lots of water and real turtles too!
Greens have seen better days. Pace of play was horrific, oddly The Marshall came around at 815pm when we were on hole 15 to hurry up and get back to the club house. It didn't get dark for another hour. Cheap fees but the course was in bad shape from what I used to remember.
Really good course. Friendly staff. Greens are challenging. Definitely will go back.
A nice looking course. Can play 9 which is short and easy on the front. The back 9 is way harder with longer yardage and water hazards. Typical golf course barbecue food which is good. Not that expensive $38 for 9 or $56 for 18 riding. Only negative - Can get backed up sometimes and the marshal/starter are never at their post or driving around enforcing pace of play
Some of the holes were not well kept or you were obscured because of geese. Staff were lovely though and I like the setup.
Nice course. Great for the novice and mediocre golfer...like me. Service was good. Only down side is that there is no beer cart. They will give you a mini Cooper and ice to store your beverages in though.
Turtle Creek is a great course. It is well maintained and very challenging. You have to think for each shot that you make.
Grab a course tip book at beginning of round for those who have never played. I found one in my cart but was 2016. Very helpful. Not sure if they have a them for 2017. Yardage was between a par 3 course and regular 18 hole course. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Alot of blind shots with dog legs and rolling hills that also go sideways do your ball will kick. As most people say it is tight. I went when it was not busy so no fear about getting hit however if it was busy " four" will be the word of the day. Bring lots of balls as I read from one poster. Some tee shots you have to carry 210 to make it. Even the white tees had one or two difficult tee offs that you had quite a bit to carry to clear. My dad just went to the red tees for those. Greens are small and tricky. This course you have to bring your "a" short game. Great staff . I would not pay full price but got a great deal online. 13 th hole is my favourite on the course.
Extremely picturesque. But the holes are lined up awkwardly. Front 9 is much easier then the back. I wouldn't suggest for beginners. As for the hospitality area, staff was not easily accessible at the clubhouse nor did we see a drink carts during our round.
Good food
Very dangerous. Tees too close to greens and unprotected.
Great course! Fast greens a great challenge! Well maintained bunkers as well definently fresh sand !
Very nice course, especially for the price, you can find great online deals for the course, if you live within an hour or so it's worth the drive for the price, challenging course, good times had by all.
Nice little 18 hole rural course. Wish Google would map it for my gps
Great hidden gem outside Milton and great value
Fun course to play. Could be managed a little better as there was a lineup of 3 groups on the 13th hole with no marshall in sight to speed up play. Some greens were in good shape while others were in pretty rough shape (hole 17 or 18 has a chunk missing out of the green right beside where a cup was just moved from?) Our group counted 20+ divots on multiple greens - some of which looked rather old.
Nice little golf course, in a quiet spot. Tough greens, tight fairways and landing spots
Great course with unique and challenging holes. Does a great job with Covid restrictions. Had beers, and their sausage and hamburger(it was great)
Challenging golf course. Enjoyed the round.
great service and a Beautiful location to enjoy a day of golfing.
Beautiful course, very forgiving if your a newbie
Holy cow this was very challenging the greens were so hard and so fun good course
Great course! Its a MUST play in the area.
I love this golf course! It’s so fun and challenging with big green slopes and many penalty areas. Course is well maintained. Best hotdogs ever????!!! I’m definitely going to come back. I expect to see a turtle on my next visit.
Front 9 nice. Back 9 more challenging. Lots of variation. Lots of shade. Friendly.
hard course tight fairways. Lost 7 balls. on a couple holes could not reach the fairway from blue tees with a 260 yrd drive. Crazy
Nice course, good value, staff were friendly.
Wasn't really a fan of this course's layout. Many greens were too close to the following hole's tees, making it unsafe. Also, there were a lot of short driveable par 4s. If you wanted to play them as driveable, you'd have to wait for the previous group to finish on the green and that backed things up a lot. Took us 5.5 hours to finish a round and there weren't any marshals to keep groups on pace.
First time here, really enjoyed it. Friendly staff. Well maintained course. Some very challenging holes for sure. Will return.
Tough course, worth it if you can get a deal. 13th hike is beautiful and offers great risk reward.
Where do I start. Way too many blind shots. We almost got hit 4 times by people teeing off without ensuring we had cleared. No refreshment carts. Turtle is apropos here. The pace of play is turtle like. 5 hours for the round. No marshalls anywhere. I’m giving this place 2 stars. 1 because hey I was golfing. 1 more for the weather. We paid $34 each with UnderPar. Otherwise I would have given it a 1.
Liked it. Fairly difficult. Pretty setting.
Great course. Shorter but quite narrow which offers a unique challenge. Well maintained and excellent shape. Was a fun course to play would definitely go back
Pretty nice course. Great up keep and prompt service.
Love playing this course. Always a favourite of mine. Unfortunately my rating for Turtle Creek is about the carts situation & running of the place in general. They don’t have very many carts as there’s always a wait upon arrival to get one. Have showed up on multiple occasions, including today. Where I decided not to golf because the back up was 30mins long to tee off. Had a 5pm tee off. The group of 2 at 4:30pm still were waiting for a cart to be available and the tee. This has happened on many occasions when I’ve gone The Marshall isn’t keeping the the players on pace. There was a huge delay on the back 9 from talking to a few guys who were waiting to tee off on 10. Turtle Creek is a great course. But they NEED more organization. Wouldn’t hurt to invest in a few extra carts so that delays are kept to a minimum.
I liked it. Tight but still fun. Can lose some balls because there is alot of water. But fun. No turtles though.
Challenging but fair layout. Reasonable condition but greens were smallish and quite slow when we played. Perhaps a little tight with tee boxes too close to fairways on some holes.
Very reasonable price in May. Lot's of blind shots and bring lots of balls.

Dog track
Great property, staff...course needs some TLC...fun to play, makes you think about club selection...
Fairly short but can be very challenging. Narrow fairways, small undulating greens, lots of water, and strategically placed trees to block your shots (: All in all it is lots of fun to play for very low fees.
Tough course ????????????????❤ fantastic setup???????????????????????????????????????????????? Highly recommend ????♂️
Great course. Small greens. Challenging.
Gorgeous full sized course, bring your A game as the back nine is very unforgiving.
Nice place. Will be back again
With Covid proticals in place, we had a very enjoyable day with 18 holes. Food and beverages available at the turn. Limited power carts unavailable. Sand traps not groomed and no takes, so move ball out and play from the side. Cups are short depth so balls can be easily removed. Turf in reasonable shape for most greens and fairways.
Great course
Grt golf course ! Love playing here.
Nice, challenging, well groomed but fairly busy track. Fun and enjoyable afternoon, except for the yahoos behind us who yelled at us to hurry up and kept hitting balls at us. I think one of them may be missing a ball:).
Can’t say this for all courses but what a great, accommodating staff they have there and a very well maintained course! It’s certainly not too forgiving but that doesn’t take away from the fun. Keeps me coming back!
Played there yesterday. The course staff were extremely gracious. We got a cart right away and they also had a big tent for people to get out of the sun or take shelter from the rain. Full of comfy Muskoka chairs and clean. The course is challenging and pretty. Well kept. Will def play it again. Worth the drive to Turtle Creek if you are in Toronto.
Great shape and very scenic. Easier course to play but fairly priced.
This course needs more maintenance and watering! Fairways and greens were so dry that even if you land soft your ball will bounce into surrounding tall grasses and you will lose them. Challenging greens but will much better if they weren't dry AF. Would not play here again.
This is a thinking golfer's course. You can't just grip it and rip it and be artful with your approach shots, tough greens! Very fun!
Have been to Turtle Creek three times - two of those times there were sizeable concerns. One instance the staff didn’t have enough carts for golfers, groups were upset, some turned around and headed home without golfing. The back 9 was crammed with golfers, very slow pace. Next instance was an issue with the Marshall. Our group had some drinks of our own on the course. Marshall told us off, we apologized and respectfully agreed to buy from the course. At the turn we learned that the Marshall radioed ahead and told the staff not to sell us any alcohol. This was for a buddy’s birthday. Course is nice enough and quite challenging, but there often seem to be issues.
Great golf course
Great rates and course to play most times of year
Good quality public course. Well maintained and reasonably priced.
Turtle Creek. I didnt see a single one while I waz there
3/5 rating based on course only. Establishment were good to deal with. I like the course in general but lots of holes are annoying. However the back is just not right for most. 3 out of first 4 holes requires a drive that carries a minimum 210 yards from the back tees. Most recreational golfers cannot do this. I can hit my 4 iron 210 but my driver is awful and has trouble carrying this. I ended up playing the carry in 2 shots. Hitting from back tees to the hidden white tee box and carry from there. For me this was easier. Also tee box should be raised if you leave the grass/weed in front so high. Hole 13 I think, you have about 8 yards of clearance max to get the drive airborne or get dragged down by the 4 feet high plants. Overall I still enjoyed the course and staff was very polite and homey. Feels like family run, but no beverage cart at all. We played 2 rounds under 6hrs and no cart came around. Not a big deal for us but some might not like it. Course is hard first time around, 2nd time much easier with course knowledge. Greens ran decently fast even while raining.
Target golf, not long. Greens were baked (still green but hard and fast) when we played in early July.
Right off the highway, very good condition course, decent prices. Watch out for tricky holes and greens that aren't visible, we almost hit the group Infront of us several time...oops. You can also enjoy lunch and lose some money at Mohawk Casino right down the road!
Great place for a game
Worth the money. Very tight fairways and close together. Small greens. Better hit straight and land greens. Fun play, unique, but won't return.
Very well groomed course. Challenging greens, very fast today. We will definitely be back and get redemption on hole 13.
awesome day.
good course. need more management but good overall.
Golfing at Turtle Creek will be a delight for golfers who like shot making challenges. Dog legs, well treed, white sand, small greens. Well watered and maintained throughout the course. Nice patio. Worth the drive.
Group in in front played a fire hour round and were 2 or more holes behind pace, there was absolutely no marshal keeping any type of pace of play. Waited at every tee block but you pay for what you get. Course was in decent shape. Thankfully had a coupon and didn’t pay the full green fees. Definitely not worth it for the regular price.
A very pretty course. But not laid out very well if you were walking. And charging $40 for a couple to use a cart seems a little excessive. The 10th hole seems just poor design since you have to hit 180+ yards over swamp. Some of the other holes were very fun
Nice course. Very small club house.
Staff are rude and very unfriendly. Greens were in ok shape but pretty bumpy.
The best !!!
Good price. No.marshall so nobody complains. The golfers have solve own problem..
Love Turtle Creek Golf Course. And your food is delicious too. See ya soon again.
MY friends and I golf here frequently. This course is an amazingly great value for money. The green fee is very reasonable. It's a difficult course and because of all the trees you really have very little chance of playing errant drives. It's a course for accurate players. Which I am not.lol. My favorite hole is number 6 it's a dog leg left from an elevated tee. It's beautiful driving through a forest to get there. That is easily the biggest feature of Turtle Creek that I like most. The trees every where you really feel like your in a national park not just a golf course. Another hole I like is hole number 13 it's green is on a spit of land that's really hard to navigate. there's also a cute bridge to get to the green. The staff are always very friendly.
Lots of blind shots, no distance markers yet and super fast greens. Sneeze and your ball will shoot past the hole! Nonetheless a nice, walkable course in the country.
Fairways and greens wewere brutal in August
Great lil course
Not good for a starting golfer.
Very difficult course if you play the wrong tees
beautiful course
What it lacks in length it makes up for in tight fairways and fast greens. Staff are friendly.
Great staff and lovely course all for a good rate.
nice track..greens roll good..but small and sloped..good price..some nice picturesc holes..saw some turtles even!!
This course is a hidden gem located west of the GTA. Excellent green fee rates, best value for the money. This course is in great shape, plays to all levels of golfers, it is a little short but has a great layout with some long and challenging holes particularly on the back 9. The staff are friendly and helpful especially JJ. My wife and i have played here a few times recently and felt we had to leave a review about the exceptional service we have recieved from JJ she is very pleasant and accommodating and always goes that extra step to help make your day a great experience. She is truly an asset to the Turtle Creek team. We look forward to playing here again.
Very pretty course with lots of natural hazards
A Challenging course. Fantastic fairways. The greens will test your skills.
Layout of the holes are confusing as you have to pass and go through different holes to get to the next one. Very nice and friendly staff however their signage for their tee boxes need to be vastly improves. Tough course with a lot of blind fairway shots
Greens shape like turtle shell
Poor golf course
Bathroom was terrible, no cleaning and sanitizing being done for sure. They wanted to put a stranger with our group of 3. Really , that is not social distancing. They were ready to send us out with one cart instead of two that we had already paid for. Do not feel they take this Pandemic serious enough. Other golf courses have.
(Translated) It's a cute and pretty golf course. On the other hand, there are a few holes that are difficult to pass from the tee box (blue & white) to the fairway, and the green is too narrow and sloping, making it difficult to par on the green.
Nice course but played pretty slow. Tee times not spread out enough in these CO-VID times - 5 minutes apart.
Not very long . But still tough nonetheless , Target golf. Lots of placement shots. In great shape and fun too play ! . Only downside would be the Covid Cups they are using . The disc is raised too high inside the cup.
Great course with challenges at all level. We tried first time to play from black tee and it was really amazing. Lots of opportunity to hit the ball from tee box.
Very pretty course but very unforgiving
Very gimmicky course.
Worst Golf Course I have ever played. Greens are extremely small. Awful, Fairways and greens are In terrible shape with dirt patches everywhere. Tee box for a hole is right beside other hole''s green. Just pathetic. Don't waste your money here!
Course is too tight, for example 11th tee is facing 10th tee. Literally teeing off trying not to get hit by golfers trying to hit the green in front of you. Otherwise we'll maintained course, although the Canada goose droppings are covering the course.
Great Course Great staff small greens lots of fun
Nice tight fun golf course. Put the driver away, hit irons.
Played for the first time today and will not return. $70 for this course is very over priced. Course is in terrible condition, tee blocks are in rough shape and greens are so chewed up with endless ball marks. Greens are like hitting onto concrete and the ball will bounce and roll off everytime. Pace of play did not matter was almost a 4:45 round, no staff managing tee off times or groups that are playing slow. Very tight course with tee blocks directly beside or behind greens. I almost got hit 5 times due to how tight the course is. Very disappointing.
Great place to golf and not over priced
Goofy holes , greens in poor shape. Doubt I would play it again.
Amazing our new hot spot!
Took a while to play when stuck behind groups but fun course to play otherwise.
Course is in rough shape. Tee docks are Greens are rough too. Friendly staff, clean facilities.
Worst golfing experience of our lives. No starter on a sunny Sunday afternoon and they apparently booked 8 people for our 1:42pm tee time as well as 4 for 1:46. Needless to say, 4 hours later and were on the 12th hole. On top of that, they gave us a golf cart that died halfway through. Brutally disorganized.
Did not like the course. Spend a bit more money and play elsewhere.
Booked a tee time for 4 people, We proceeded to go pay using our golf passport coupons and were told that they no longer accept the coupons as they changed ownership group. We drove in from London so basically had to pay the full price or drive back 1h30.....
James miss you buddy gone too soo..
A nice little golf course for the money, only a few years old. Not too busy both times i was there. Basic clubhouse, outdoor grill with some covered seating. Will definately return. Even better value with an under par coupon.
Great course for the price. In very good shape. My new home course
This place will challenge every aspect of your game. I love playing here, can’t wait for next season.
Another great day at Turtle Creek. Course is in fantastic shape. Pro shop and food people are pol6and do an excellent job. Great place to golf
Great course, well kept, well managed, 3-1/2 round, Covid safe. Love to play it, take extra balls!
Always have a great time playing this course
Wonderful course to play
Nice course
Excellent course very well kept. Love the challenge
First time at turtle creek. I will be back for sure.
This golf course was beautiful but if you go here make sure you are wanting to have a professional, serious round of golf. If you are going with 4 people you are definitely playing best ball. My group of 4 new that we were slower than the group of 2 behind us so we let them pass us. Since we allowed this we were told by the coordinator that we are too slow, we are a hole behind, and we need to hurry up. He could have been polite about this and he could have accepted the fact that we were a hole behind because we let a group ahead of us. It is also a nice course for 9 holes, but they crammed an extra 9 in. They were too close to each other and players there don't appear to care if their ball lands in your green, they will play from wherever it lands whether they are in your way or not. This is also a course you don't want to go to if you like to know where your next hole is. The signs here are very poor and misleading. A lot of the holes double back on themselves making for a very tight space to play. We will not be coming back to this location.
Not long, but challenging position golf.
But the ball straight or face the consequences.
Nice place
Nice course overall ...staff were helpfull and friendly...value was good and the course itself was well kept
Very good membership plans .
Nice course, challenging. Well kept - smart pin placement made good use of the space
Beautiful golf course.
Challenging course
Good course, well maintained and great pricing.
Badly signed course with way too many blind shots. Only 5600 yards long but with 5 holes in back 9 with forced carry of 200. Condition is also among the worst I played this year. Starter is very nice and helpful though. Will not come back.
Very disappointed with the pace of play. The foursome in front of us were waiting for the green to clear on par 4's before teeing off. Ridiculous!!
Good course. Greens are a really fast
Beautiful golf course lots of trouble to get into
Great place to golf and good people working there.
Nice place
Went for a round here yesterday and it was my first time. I liked the course and its not overly long. We tee-d off around noon and it wasn't super busy but it did pick up quite a bit in the early evening. Staff were nice too. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something within an hour radius of Toronto.
Nice course.
Very nice,a bit of a challenge with the hills and slopes and some small greens.used golf passport coupon with food vouchers it offers.Great deal very pleasant people working there.Had a very nice time.only complaint was the discs in the hole to shallow. Not sure if ther aware but springfield in guelph has a really smart set up for the holes.a little hook you use for lifting the cup up with your putter it works great and the ball goes in the hole. Thanks for a fun day
Busy but fun
Slick greens, parkland setting, family owned.
The course is in excellent condition. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always a great time.
Great deals golf and good shape well looked after
It's a nice course. They have a couple of unique and interesting holes. I enjoyed playing the 13th hole par 5. A carry of 210 yards off of the tee is required from the tips to go over the hazard. Then hit over a hill for your second shot. The the third shot is onto a 110 yard peninsula with an island green. I loved this hole. The bunkers weren't the best kept. The fairways and greens were in pretty good shape. My biggest annoyance is that this course is not registered with the GAO. I was unable to post my score for my handicap.
Love this course, may not be for the elitetest golfers but course is always in great condition and challenging for most avid golfers.
Excellent
We went in early April so we know the course wouldn't be in top form. We like the layout of the course. Some great holes with beautiful views. Staff was amazing. Better signage is needed. We will definitely recommend this course and we will be sure to come again.
Great course loved the day of golf with friends
Great coarse
Tidy and well kept appearance.
9 or 18 holes a relaxing place for some fun!
Mass confusion mixed with poor shape. They have officially let the rest of this season go to waste.
Great time, friendly staff, great, cold beer, all good????????????????????????????????????
Playable fun course, cannot talk about amenities as we are in Covid not true access to facility.
Great day at the golf course. Great staff. Great dinner.
lots of creeks, no turtles
Amazing course. Challenges your short and long game. Would recommend that course for all levels of play.
I love this golf course I play here when ever I can. Both the fairways and the greens are in great shape. If you want a challenge you need to play here. The course is a bit short but the greens will make you think. A must play golf course. And to top it off the staff are great
Meh
Nice Course..
Very good facility
Great course and it is in good shape. Some Challenging narrow fairways. Great staff as well!
Really like the layout of this course. Very unique! Makes you play your game, and shape your shots. Has holes to remember. Played twice this year, and plan on going back!
