I ordered a Pyramid Putter in December of 2020 to take advantage of their Black Friday pricing. It shipped and arrived as promised. Sadly for me I ended up in a new cancer drug protocol and was unable to do much of anything for months. That and I live in CO where you can't always play in the winter season. I finally got enough strength back to get on the course in early April and for the first time try the putter. It was then that I realized it was an inch shorter than any I've used in the past and wasn't compatible with my putting stance. I wrote customer service to see if thee was anything they could do based on my circumstances and they basically said, "tough luck, return policy is 30 days". It was quite disappointing. I'm not sure if I'll invest in putting on a longer shaft just to try and see if it works for me, may be just throwing good money after bad.
