Ive been on hold three times for 20 minutes, progressed from 3 callers ahead to first in line, then cut off after 20-25 minutes and told to leave a message, and guess what no one has called me back for 3 days!!! 3-400 $ a round!!! Imagine! Update- i did reach out via instagram and before too long i believe the first Monday of July they did return my call, and i understand they were under staffed and not open yet, but it would have been nice to of gotten the answering machine right away rather then wait an hour. Best course I have ever played! Had the great opportunity to work at this course in the summer of 2017! What can I say! Amazing little town and people and the golf course is a thing of pure beauty! The 2nd hole is my favorite ever, but every turn is spectacular! The Links is great as well but I don't think anything compares to the Cliffs!

Absolutely beautiful surrounding scenery. Unfortunately the weather was too cold and windy to play golf enjoyable in. Very pricey but it obviously is a bucket list place to play golf at. Enjoy the Cabot trail and all of its majestic views while on Cape Breton Island.

What an unreal experience! Ever wanted to play golf in England, Ireland or Scotland? This is what I’d assume it feels like except the golf course here was in perfect condition! Highly recommend as this is a bucket list golf course!

(Translated) Wonderful stay with friends at Cabot, we spent 4 wonderful days! The grounds are breathtaking. Take the time to play the Nest, Executive Par 3, 10 Hole. We played it before the other 2 and it was a must practice to prepare for the rest. The staff were warm and welcoming. Departures are well organized so as not to wait and to have enough time to play and take some pictures. The food is excellent, both breakfasts, canteen and suppers, the whole work is WOW. We will definitely be going back! (Original) Magnifique séjour entre amis à Cabot, nous y avons passé 4 magnifique journée! Les terrains sont à couper le souffle. Prenez le temps de jouer le Nest, exécutif par 3, 10 trous. Nous l'avons joué avant les 2 autres et ce fût une pratique incontournable pour nous préparer au reste. Le personnel fût chaleureux et accueillant. Les départs sont biens organisés afin de ne pas attendre et d'avoir suffisamment de temps pour jouer et prendre quelques clichés. La nourriture est excellente, tant les déjeuners, cantine et soupers, l'ensemble de l'oeuvre est WOW. Nous y retournerons assurément!

Views were awesome. My caddy Ian MacDonald was top notch. Recommend him highly. Broke 100 thanks to him. All the staff was fantastic. First class service. We will be back. Stayed at the MacLeod Inn which was beautiful and owner and family were so accommodating and only 5 minutes away.

Cabot is breathtaking! The views, accommodations, people, and especially golf blew away all my expectations. It sits in a wonderful small town. It is extremely difficult to get there but well worth it once you arrive.

One of the most incredible courses I've ever played. Great design based on the natural topography. Beautiful seaside scenery, lots of elevation changes and tricky greens. A must play for any golfer.

Caddy and Mgmt ruined experience. My "B" Caddy took me hostage and pressured me into paying him the "A" Caddy rate, after I reserved a "B" Caddy. Mr. Ted Stonehouse, it has been 8 days and you have yet to reply to my email. This course is amazing mostly due to it's location. If I could cut/paste a handful of Ontario courses onto OCEAN front property, they'd be #1 in Canada too. Splurge for a $100 tee time somewhere special, no need to spend $400 out here, not with this service. Go play 4 amazing golf courses vs. Cabot Cliffs / Links.

Cabot Cliffs is a unique combination of picturesque views, great fairways and a wind which makes you go from heaven to hell in a mere shot. As you walk from hole to hole the vista is hard to describe however you will find yourself stopping and gazing before you realize what you're actually there for. All of the holes are unique however some such as number 16 are jaw dropping. You have a par three which requires you to tee off into the prominent wind direction over a sheer cliff cove onto a green set on a point. Make it and your floating and miss it you need to try again as you can't miss out on the joy. If this is the type of golf you see in Scotland and Ireland it's worth the trip although a second round of Cabot Cliffs would be cheaper and just as enjoyable.

Can't go wrong with #1 in Canada and #9 in the world. Some of the most beautiful views on a golf course combined with challenge, with one of the most picturesque examples being the Par 3 #16. Conditions were superb on this walking-only course and the staff were above and beyond friendly. There is an excellent practice range onsite, unlike at the Links course. The clubhouse and facilities did have a temporary feel to them, but this didn't take away from the allure of the course. Highly recommended to check off your bucket list if you are golfer!

There is a reason why it is the number one ranked, it has spectacular views, the course is extremely well maintained. Need to add a place to have a few drinks and something to eat. It is a must, but can be frustrating

Simply the best golf experience we have ever had. There are no words to describe this golf course and resort. The fairways are like are greens. The pure care and effort they put into the course did not go unrecognized. The views are spectacular. We took a class A caddie as it was our first time playing. Smart move. They knew the lines to play and how to read the greens. Thanks Cabot. We will be back.

Easy to see why this golf course is one of the best in Canada. Tough when wind is blowing. Scenery and vistas overlooking the water make this place truly remarkable. The course, restaurant and everything was first class.

A must go for every person who loves the game. From tee to green each hole is well designed and the views are absolutely spectacular. The fescue grass is well maintained and provides a true links experience for the player. Views are incredible and on par with pebble beach and Cypress Point. Golf shop has some very nice items with the classic logo and restaurant is great.

The hype about Cabot Cliffs is real! Truly spectacular. Massive cliffs and beautiful scenery throughout. Very unique way they groom the course means you can barely tell where the fairways end and greens begin. Challenging with several tee shots that require good carry across cliffside ocean gaps. Super fun and not for amateurs. Half price after October 14th. Somehow less fun than Cabot Links but with such epic views. Heard a staffer say that: "Cliffs is like the girl you date; Links is the one you marry."
