Customer service is really good here. They made sure I was able to find what I needed and pointed out items I might not have seen. I expected the store to be dirty and disorganized but that couldn't be farther from the truth! Super neat and clean. Easy to find what you need.

FANTASTIC customer service— I cannot believe the service we just received from Play it Again Sports Ft Smith. We bought a treadmill from the store yesterday and unloaded it to find out it didn’t work. We called up the store and they IMMEDIATELY came and brought us a new (better) one. I will now will only buy from play it again.

I came here for disc golf supplies and they have the best selection of discs in town. Several companies instead of just one like most big box stores. They also have used discs but honestly I don't think they have much criteria for used discs because silve of them were messed up beyond use for anyone other than maybe a forest escape disc where flight doesn't matter as much.

Best place in the fort to get discgolf discs! Best selection of the trilogy and Innova, as well as used discs. Buy 10 discs get one for a penny. They have all sorts of great deals. I personally go because of my interest in disc golf sports. They have used and brand new discs all fairly priced with a huge variety of driver discs putt and approach and putter discs. The staff are helpful and polite. They also have a big selection of used and brand new sports/workout equipment baseball bats and helmets. Highly recommend checking them out for sure if you're looking on a budget.

Prices on weights aren't so bad, but other equipment like benches and bars are overpriced. They will buy your old equipment, but at a very low price. I've sold my equipment here on three occasions and twice I've had to wait 30+ minutes for the computers to be reset and the transaction finalized by a manager who had to drive to the store.
