Very nice and well kept grounds for this country club. The pool is el maintained in the summertime, they have indoor tennis courts and golfing year round. It is private though so membership fees are required to use the facilities.

Nice country club with a wonderful restaurant and a terrific staff! If you golf, you may need to check out the membership! The other patrons are friendly and make you feel welcome! Give it a try if you're able. It may be exactly what you're looking for your family to enjoy.

I attended a wedding reception here and was impressed. A very classy venue that would be easy to decorate for any occasion. The food and service was wonderful. The decor was a lovely combination of cozy and classy. I would definitely recommend this place in the future.

We had a January Birthday dinner last evening for 15 and were in the East Dining Room. Everything was great and the service outstanding. I appreciate Hardscrabble staff helping make this Dinner for 5 birthdays a fun event!

We used the country club for our wedding and were really pleased with everything, they set almost everything up for you and tear everything down for you and really makes planning your wedding easier, the event coordinator was really nice and helpful and stayed the whole night to make sure everything was going correctly.

Hardscrabble is a small town club. It’s stuck in time. This country club is extremely conservative and not inclusive. When I learned there was a “men’s porch” I was appalled. The food is decent. The staff is wonderful. Other then that there’s nothing remarkable. I suppose if you are born in Fort Smith or a very conservative individual, you may enjoy this club.

We played here as guests in an event. The course is challenging enough and the greens in great shape. Too bad it was pouring rain for most of the round!
