I had the same experience a few years back. I ordered two Turf Choppers, paid for them in full in advance and then the runaround started. I ordered them at the beginning of our golf season in the beginning of May and had still not received my order as of September, 5 full months. The excuse was that there were parts issues oit of China. I ended up having to go to my bank and have them reverse the charges because I never received my order and I provided the bank with all, any many, email correspondances with Bridgeburg. It was very disappointing, I am a Senior and have knee issues, my golf season was ruined as a resullt of this experience.
