I chose The Vue as the event space for my sister’s bridal shower and couldn’t be happier with the decision. I was initially impressed with the quick communication by managing partner, Dave, who had replied, sent me tons of sample menus and info as well as set up a time where I could view the space before most of the other venues I had contacted even replied at all! That ease of communication and helpfulness was continued by Tania in Event Logistics, who handled everything in the last weeks leading up to the event. I had a LOT of questions for her, and she was prompt to answer each and every one. Where Tania really went above and beyond though was in day-of preparation. She helped to set up our bombinieres on tables and assisted with last minute assembly of centerpieces. I was very impressed with the eager to help attitude of the entire staff. Our bridal shower was held in the afternoon, and it was easy to see how The Vue got its name. It overlooks the golf course, and the view is simply stunning. Finally, I have to comment on the food. We had many guests who were either vegetarian or gluten-free and The Vue had options for everyone. We settled on a brunch buffet option followed by a sit down lunch and I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things from our guests on how delicious everything was. With the amount of compliments our invitees had on the food, the décor and the view, I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m soon attending a shower or baptism there as a guest!

Went to a wedding here, out of 3 courses I was never served not a single course. I asked for the operations manager to explain I was never served a single course and he was combative saying I was not at the table, where the person next to me was not at the table either but was served every single course. My main meal was not suppose to be beef but guess what, I was never served and I begged again for my meal to a server which brang me beef. Wouldn't recommend especially dealing with Miguel who said he owned the place and walked away from me twice.

Wait staff dropped a fork with tomato sauce on my $400 sport jacket arm. Later during coffee a different staff member had a plate full of coffee cups and spoons. One used spoon with coffee on it slid off and hit my back. Both staff were not very helpful and did not look tired like they did not want to be at work. This was disappointing as it was the first dinner dance my wife and I had been to in over a year. Food was very good and the atmosphere was amazing, but I now have a stain on my favourite jacket and a bad memory of the establishment. I cannot recommend this place due to the wait staff. Your only as strong as your weakest link.

Went for a friend's wedding and it was nice and very convenient to have the ceremony, food, drinks and dancing all under one roof. Place is clean. The only issue I noticed was that they were understaffed at the bar. The poor girl was hustling and tried really hard but there was a long wait time for drinks. One person clearly isn't enough for so many guests.

I booked with The Vue in 2019 to host my stag for 2020. During the process Dave and the staff were super helpful and friendly. However as we all know, due to Covid, I had to postpone my stag to 2021, and then host it online. My review however, is to say that with all the hurdles that covid threw our way, Dave and his team were always accommodating and flexible to their farthest limits. It was sad that we couldn't do the stag fully. However with how well Dave treated me. I would still recommend everyone to deal with him, as the customer experience was fantastic.

We got married in the clubhouse in October 2021. The venue is beautiful and the food is amazing. My only complaint was that the event coordinator was only able to meet a week before our wedding so there were a lot of details I did not know prior to. If we were able to meet earlier it would have helped with my wedding planning a lot. Other than that the venue was everything I had hoped for

The Vue was great venue! I just attended a wedding there on Friday and the grounds surrounding the building are absolutely gorgeous. Acres of Beautiful green grass and lovely trees make for a picturesque golf course ideal for weddings and perfect for an afternoon golf game.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and I knew I wanted to have my bridal shower here right away. Everyone was very accommodating throughout the entire process. But especially, the service we experienced on the DAY OF the shower itself was AMAZING! MIGUEL and his staff that day were so wonderful, helping us in the morning with preparing for everything and helping with each one of our requests immediately. They were constantly in contact with us about the timing of the meals around our bridal shower games and would always make serve the meals were served when we were ready, making the day run flawlessly. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I also want to mention that the food was very good and that they were on-top of all of the dietary restrictions we had mentioned. From set-up to clean-up they helped with all of our requests with a smile. They truly made what could be a busy and stressful day into one that ran so smoothly and allowed us to just enjoy the day with no worries that they would take care of what we needed to be done.

My experience dealing with Dave from The Vue was absolutely amazing!! I did a Sunday brunch for my bridal shower at The Vue and we loved everything about it. We recently had our wedding at The Clubhouse. Dave and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we and all our guests were taken care of. Was here for a special event on a Sunday night and it was amazing. Loved the venue and loved the back part of the place. Wished that it was open although it did save a lot of people from getting wet because of the rain. This event place is also a golf club house. There is a golf course that you can enjoy. Not so sure if its private and or open for public. This venue can also be used for weddings and wedding events. Inside as you walk in is a center bar. Companied by two corner bars closer to the " view ". May not be as accurate in regards to the golfing part but all-in-all this venue is well maintained.

The service was exceptional, the staff was exceptional, the food was exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations. I’ve gone to LOTS of weddings at numerous venues and I am so happy that we got married at the vue. All of our guests raved about the venue, service and food selections. All of our guests were overly impressed, and the food was elegant, classy and it melted in your mouth. You won’t make a mistake with any selection on their menu. The venue provides a modern, elegant and classy feel. With this venue you don’t need a backdrop the city and patio lights at night provide a candlelight romantic evening.

My wife and I want to extend a BIG thank you to Macayla, Olga, and the entire team over at the Vue Eventspace for allowing us to utilize your beautiful outdoor terrace to host our Hindu wedding ceremony. Our big day was so beautiful and the venue's aesthetics played a big part in contributing to that. Our guests were raving about the view overlooking the golf course and how simple yet elegant everything looked. Also, from day one, dealing with Olga, and then Macayla to initially plan our wedding reception, and then to have that cancelled due to COVID, and then postpone our events to a year later and have the stars line up for us to do our wedding ceremony at the venue was seamless. If it weren't for how accommodating the team was, and how easy they made it for us to navigate every hiccup and turn due to COVID rules constantly changing, we don't know what we would have done. We were able to do our big day just the way we wanted it, and we will always be grateful to the entire team over at the Vue Eventspace for helping us accomplish our vision. They are a very professional team, with a beautiful indoor and outdoor venue. Their packages are at a great value, and can be flexible to accommodate what you want. I attended a corporate Christmas party on a Saturday in December 2018. The venue ran out of food halfway through serving the hall! MENU: supposed to have chicken AND steak, half of the hall received both, my section of 40+ guests received half of a steak. Yes, WE didt even receive a full steak - they ran out of food and then cut up the steak and served us half. The gOOGLE pictures show the dessert trio having a full strawberry dipped in chocolate - this is misleading. Our dessert trio had half of a strawberry. Half of the hall received the salad as first course, the other half received the salad after the main course. The salad did not have any salad dressing.

Nice layout - DJ booth, bars, entrance, coat check, views, VIP booths are all well positioned. Another event was taking place downstairs and there was no disturbance. Drawback is that the parking lot is under construction and the spots are hard to identify

My husband and I got married here last year on September 7th. Our ceremony was beautiful with the golf course in the background as we're sports fanatics. Our reception was in the Clubhouse EventSpace level and it catered to our every need (big Italian wedding!). Dave, Vaneza and their team went above and beyond to give us the most memorable experience. It couldn't have gone better! The atmosphere, the food, lighting and tech equipment, wonderful staff/service, etc - was absolutely perfect! Thank you!! I highly recommend this venue in every way!

Nice venue and freindly staff. I was just at a wedding there and one of the item was pasta which was horrible. It tasted like heinz pasta from a can. I was thinking how could they even serve this and who is the head chef and who hired them. The main course was steak which was 7/10 which was decent. I'm not a chef but I put together stuff way better than that. Clubhouse holler at me. Outside setup was very nice and chill

We held our wedding (both ceremony and reception) at The Vue on October 13th 2017, and we absolutely could not have been happier. This is a beautiful venue that far exceeds your typical wedding banquet hall. From the unique stylish decor and intimate event space, to the INCREDIBLE food (seriously, people did not stop raving about the food), the helpful and accommodating staff, and the very reasonable prices, The Vue exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Dave, and the rest of The Vue staff for everything they did to make our day amazing! I am so happy we found this venue because I honestly believe our wedding would not have been done as well anywhere else. Our guests were equally as happy and had only good things to say all night long.

My husband and I got married at The Clubhouse in October 2019 and our wedding was incredible! The beautiful patio with the backdrop of the golf course is what really caught our attention when we first visited the venue. That plus the very modern look and feel of the reception space is what we loved so much. We worked with Dave primarily throughout the planning process and he was so easy to work with. He responded to all of my questions (I had many) very quickly and was very flexible when we needed to stop by for an impromptu visit. He accommodated all of our requests and made sure we felt at ease about all of the fine details. The entire team was very professional and helped bring our vision to life. We wanted to have our ceremony outdoors but were worried about the possibility of rain. The team gave us various contingency plans which helped put us at ease. Luckily it didn't rain (although it was chilly) and our outdoor ceremony still went forward without a hitch. The only thing we had not considered was all of the airplane noise due to the venue's proximity to the airport. But it really didn't interfere much with the ceremony and we would do it all the same if we had to. All in all our day went off so smoothly, the food was fantastic, the drinks were flowing and everyone had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and hope we can work with Dave and the team again in future!

I attended an outdoor event and it was beautiful and elegant. Our view overlooked a well maintained golf course. The food is delicious and the staff is very professional and courteous. I did not know about this paradise place and I will definitely return for outdoor lunches with friends.

This is an amazing venue, and very different from all the wedding halls and venues that you would normally see in the GTA. First, Dave B. the manager was extremely helpful through all steps of the wedding planning process, as well as the floor manager Miguel, who was there during the day of the wedding making sure everything was running smoothly. We had so many comments on the quality of the food, as well as service. I would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion. The fact that you are the only group there for the night makes it much more intimate and just that much more special of an experience.

Beautiful, unique venue. If you are looking for a reception hall that is different (in location and layout) from most halls, then this is your spot. It is aptly named, as "the view" out onto the golf course is exceptional, especially as the sun begins to set. The amount of natural light that enters the space is stunning. The hall staff (managers, wait staff, bar staff etc.) are all friendly and personable. Excellent customer service. The manager regularly checked in with us during our wedding reception, even asking if we wanted him to bring anything from the bar. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing party hosted by the Vue ! They really provide 5 start service all around ! The food was exceptional! The staff was professional and made us feel so comfortable especially during these scary times ! We held the event on the clubhouse patio over looking the golf course and it was breathtaking ! We felt like we were in Tuscany in the mountains. What a fantastic venue we can’t thank you all enough for all your hard work and dedication to keeping the event wonderful and safe ! I attended a wedding reception at the clubhouse. Food was great, the area is just enough. But as a commuter, we took an uber and it was hard to look for the entrance. Going back home, the uber also had a hard time looking for the pick up place. We were actually charged extra for it.

Dave, Sabrina and Miguel did an excellent job with our formal outdoor party in late October. The back patio is very scenic and the tent met our needs perfectly. The Vue was easy to work with and took the stress out of the details. The food and service were excellent. This is a great place to host an event.

The food was exceptional, a little disappointed with our dessert it was a bit burnt, but other than that the entire meal and midnight buffet were a hit. Our guests raved about the bar tenders and atmosphere. Would highly recommend this event space especially the clubhouse as you get to the enjoy the outdoor patio as well. We just attended my husband's annual Xmas party at the Vue Event at the Royal Woodbine Golf Club and it was a fabulous time! Dave and his team did amazing with renovating the place. I especially love the light show projections on the ceiling that slowly danced around in circles as well as the icicles hung below each pot light that cast shadows against the dark grey, sparkly walls. The staff were excellent and catered to all the attendants. Miguel, who is the Operational Manager, came around and said hello. Even with the kids running around, It was a very relaxing and fun atmosphere. Thanks, Dave, Miguel, and the team!

Really pretty venue and good food for the most part. Filet mignon was disgusting. Smelled bad and fell apart like hamburger meat. Such a shame because otherwise a good experience.
