Several party rooms, lots of things to do, my only concern is that for larger groups they have schedule that looks more like a vacation tour, example, 15 minutes of arcades, 30 minutes of whirlyball, 15 mimutes of laser tag, 10 minutes of golf... Goodbye ???? but, other than that is a nice place, i like it

The facility was perfect for my daughters 8th birthday party. Arcade and laser tag was a hit! Ordered pizza which I personally thought was a bit burnt, but the kids polished it off with no complaints. If the kids are happy I am too :)

We've ordered from eZone a couple times through UberEATS and holy cow! Amazing food- super quick delivery! Affordable prices and really substantial portions! They've become a go to favourite! They also always listen to special requests and package French fries for my partner separately because of my allergy- really appreciate that!

Interesting space to get your fix on multiple sports. Whirley ball, ball hockey, laser tag and virtual golf.. With lots of drinks! Has its moments in terms of busyness. Once you get the hang of it, its pretty fun! Would recommend for Corp events or team building

First time playing whilry ball and it was so much funnnn. Would definately do it again. One warning though...you may come way witha few bruises on you legs/thighs because of the bumper cars but honestly, totaly worth it.

Went in thinking it was an arcade / billiards / bar as they advertise it - but everything was closed off and it was apparent this is an events only place and you have to rent the activities / games by the hour for your group. The website should be more clear about what they do. There was a bar / grille that seemed open to the public on the side facing the street but we didn't try it.

Really cool party spot, whirly ball in particular is an awesome game that gets surprisingly competitive for a 'sport' played in bumper cars. Several group game options, golf simulation, laser tag and more. Lots of parking and easy to get to right off the highway. Only negative comment that led me to 4 stars instead of 5, is that the facilities were not as clean/mainaibed as they could have been and none of the hand sanitizer dispensers had any sanitizer left.

eZone's Stephen is AMAZING ♥ He helped me plan a fantastic birthday party. He was organized, sane, polite and willing to share helpful information. What a delight it was dealing with him. He answered my emails outside of regular office hours on his Blackberry. It made planning this party a real breeze and I really appreciate him. Also, eZone is a great place you will love, 100% guaranteed. Bring a sweater in the winter if you're standing around as it might be cool, it's a big building. Also must sing praises of Walter, the kid wranger. He was so good with the kids, laid back but a booming voice when necessary :) If you order the ice cream sundae bar, pls note you will be scooping the ice cream into bowls yourself so bring your own ice cream scoop as they give you this horrible spoon that is impossible to use quickly. Also, ask for the ice cream to come out the same time as your food as the ice cream came to me rock hard and it's too hard to scoop. It needs ten minutes softening time. And bring your own juice boxes; ezone lets you do that and I find it's quicker to serve juice boxes instead of trying to pour out drinks for 12 kids roving like a pack of dogs who all want a drink at the same time. I had 12 kids and 3 pizzas with 12 slices each and I found these 11 year olds could have used one more pizza box, so think 3 slices each and not the 2 they recommend. It was dinner time and the kids were hungry after two energetic activities. ♥♥♥Please accept my apologies regarding the sundae bar. You should not have had to scoop your own ice cream. That is a service that is supposed to be performed by one of our staff members. With respect to the pizza, we have had many parents over the years who claimed 2 slices was too much, so imagine if we always recommended 3. It is not easy for us to know exactly how much each child would eat but we have found that 2 slices is appropriate for the vast majority of parties.

My friends and I went on the Christmas Eve, and also later in the evening. They said they would close in 1.5-2 hours if it was ok for us to stay that short, we said yes because we were hungry, the dinner came quickly and it was exactly what we ordered, although each of the 5 of us ordered something different. It was cooked well and even the personnel stayed after these 2 hours to collect the payments from the last few customers on this Christmas Eve evening. They did a great job!

Nice place for birthday parties for the kids. We came for kids birthday party, and this place has a Golf Simulator, Laser Tag, some type of go - cart and arcade ! There was also a restaurant and bar, which is kinda hidden behind the bathrooms. Also, there is vending machines everywhere that sell Pepsi products ????

It is a good place to go with the family or with a group of friends to eat and enjoy the wonderful sports available for the customers. It was the first time I enjoyed this kind of restaurant in Canada. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The food is excellent.

Needed a bite, seen the restaurant and noticed parking lot was fairly empty. Thought service would be fast. Horrible service! Bunch of loud drunks sitting at the bar with a truckers mouth. The wings smelled off and tasted funny. Had one bite and asked for my bill. What an embarrassment for a 2nd date. Her burger was served half raw. I don't even want to get into that. Never again. No wonder the parking lot was empty. Told a buddy of mine about the embarrassment, and he told me this place has gone down over the years. minus 5 stars!

Perfect place to arrange kids Birthday party. We celebrated our son's 8th birthday here and it was great. Staff was good especially Stephen was very cooperative. Party room size was perfect and kids had so much fun. I would definitely recommend this place.

We went for a birthday party mostly kids. The best game in the hole arena has got to be laser tag. Don't think I'll be going back unless it's just for a quick laser tag match... which is highly unlikely. To bad too because the building has great potential to be better

Used to frequent this place every Thursday for their wing night. Service and food were good, we were happy to go and pay, however, slowly the service started getting slower and slower and seeing new servers every week really took away the "regular" feeling. I haven't been there in a while not sure if things have changed, we stopped going mostly because of the service.

Largish space with a collection of interactive gaming areas, including laser tag, basketball/soccer/hockey court, and video games. There's also something called "Whirly Ball" that looks fun, but I didn't try it. The facility is ok. Clean enough and not as dingy as some. Lots of areas to lounge if you're a parent waiting for a kids birthday party to end.

Mother Nature ruined our party, but the EZone handled everything with professionalism and tact. We happened to have our party booked on a day that has a huge wind storm and power lines were down all over the GTA, unfortunately the EZone was one of the businesses that lost all power, however they were very accommodating with other ideas etc for the kids. We didn’t regain power during our visit, but with the way the EZone handled everything and compensated us for the loss, we will GLADLY RETURN, and speak nothing but praise for their management, employees and owner!

Organized a corporate function, approx 40 people. It was very unorganized and poorly run. Dinner was to be served at 6 sharp, it didn’t begin until 7:15. Four of the seven teams could not eat because activities had to start. The contract left for the staff did not match the contract issued to us. None of the activities were organized. If you are hosting an event I would be cautious and reconsider.

Fist of all, the servers were extremely friendly, and I also like how there is a club area attached. The negetive is the food is really bad, everything came out burned or undercooked. I ordered a pizza and the cheese was not fully melted. I ordered wings and fries and they where both burnt. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to eat.

This was my second time here, the first time we came with a group of adults(dodge ball and laser tag) and this time with a group of kids (whirly ball and laser tag). Each time we had a blast! It's a large facility with helpful staff. We haven't tried the food and each time we came with a big enough group that it wasn't expensive. We will definitely be back!

Extremely bad service. Waitress took 15 minutes to come take our drink orders. It has been 30 minutes and she has not come back to provide us with menus, we had to determine fetch it ourselves. She has yet to come and ask if we would like to order anyhing. Second time here and this has happened. Management needs to be more proactive in managing their staff and seeing how lame their waitress staff are!!!

This review is based on food delivered from SkipTheDishes. Ive had the 4 cheese cheeseburger (9/10) real ground beef, not a frozen patty and its a large portion....... chicken and bacon wrap (8/10) large wrap......and fish and chips (6/10) fish is frozen pieces like you would get at a grocery store..... The fries (7/10) frozen fries but good quality. Overall big portions for a good price.
