Great place, great staff I recommend this place for all your golf needs

Spent over $300 on a new quad xl and seat for it. Small wheel base design fell over in windy conditions and wheel snapped as a result. So apparently this was somehow my fault although 3 other players who had clic gear carts had no issues with. Oh and it’s not under warranty but as a courtesy we will replace the “plastic” part that broke holding the wheel. In addition the cart fell on my brand new $700 driver and broke the shaft. si without any explanation as to what the root cause investigation revealed the damage is not responsibility of the manufacturer. So apparently I bought a new cart, new driver just so I could damaged them and file a complaint. Logically this seems to not make any sense and would be an obvious way of my time to do so. I requested an explanation of why it was not under warranty and Matt failed to respond on follow up questions. Apparently he is also an injection molding expert and has determined that the knuckle was not the problem. A narrower wheel base causing the bag to stand up more vertical is more prone to tipping than a longer and wider wheel base regardless if it has 4 wheels or not. So I’m told. Notice it won’t let me post the representatives email to me from my phone. Do not buy bag boy products, the customer service is terrible. UPDATE: 4/14/21 Received apparent knuckle replacement and part doesn't even match. Hmmmm so why was the knuckle design changed? Doesnt even fit my cart as the bolt configuration and notice that the knuckle i had narrows vs the new one that is much thicker then previous. Yet this was never a warranty isue. That's because they know they would have to pay for my shaft that was also broken as a result.

Excellent customer service from Matt who answered the phone after hours! I needed a break cable for my Bagboy golf cart and within 24 hrs, I was able to pick it up and Ryan kindly installed it for me while I waited! This is the very first on-line review I have made. This company has great service.
