In my neighborhood. Better than I thought.

Fantastic evening with HRPA and Dr. Chris. Very interactive. Venue was perfect, great food, good service, all the tech you need for your event, picturesque scenery!! Recommend!! Lots of free parking available.

Lida Lisney

Great Par 3 course! Well kept and 9 holes doable in 1.5 hours!

Syed Zain

Gorgeous location with a very nice clubhouse. Came here for an MBOT event and the views were amazing. Would recommend checking this place out!

ramon ocampo

Grounds in really good condition.

Pro Gamer

I am here today for my school trip! This place is amazing. They explain all the instructions in detail. We played Golf soccer here and its awesome. This is a great place to visit and and have lots of fun!

Tyler

They over book the course, took over 5 hours to play yesterday very slow. Course is in good shape though

Farah Waqar

Wonderful venue . We arranged our daughter’s engagement ceremony there . The day was first of July , perfect day with perfect weather and all our guests and family members cherished the event, venue and dinner . ♥️

Tony Lew

Love this course! Very challenging and great scenary!

Vincent Bull

This is a challenging course. Trees are non existent since it was a municipal dump. Lots of fescue to lose your ball in. First timers will find the blind holes difficult.

Aswani Datt

Nice course in the heart of Mississauga. A few long holes so you can use your driver. Lots of hills, so be ready for the short game. It you play at dusk, tons of bugs and they are vicious.

Refton Blair

Great practice course for short game and using irons.....

Muhammad Fashi

Nice golf course ⛳. Very reasonable prices

Joanna Nguyen-Truong

Love this course! Difficult enough. Love the roofline view of the city.

Brian R. Post

Love this challenging track, particularly when the wind is blowing. Feels like playing golf in Ireland. We play here three or four times per season. Great value but a bit steep on weekends and holidays

Nancy cabreiro

Beautiful picturesque Golf Course!

Brian

On an old landfill. Yes, it does smell a bit. Overall not too bad.

Jeremy Choi

Always in a decent shape for a public course. Its a different view from all the other courses you'll play in Ontario as Braeben is very elevated so you see the city 360 degrees.

Hugh Brillard

Free drinks if you hit a hole in one. unfortunately for me I didn't come close to hitting a hole in one. Jokes aside, cool course, definitely one of the better ones. will be coming back for sure

Jordan Dell'Erede

Narrow and challenging, yet not terribly long. Decent pace of play (3.5-4.5 hours).

__thecc

After mowing down their fescue for a few years, I didn't like this course very much. It was too open, and looked the same everywhere you glanced. The character of the course was gone. These days, the fescue is back and it's a beautiful once again. Every hole is framed perfectly. Fair greens, great fairways, and excellent yardage options, BraeBen is 10x better than it's sister course, Lakeview. This course will challenge you and be prepared for wind, since you're sitting atop the highest point in North Mississauga.

DrewTube

great course, friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Try out the soccer golf!

Matt Everitt

Pleasently surprised with this course. Very well maintained and beautiful views of the surrounding cities. Staff were super friendly as well. Will definitely be back

Don Poynter

BraeBen golf course is a municipal track in Mississauga. It was built on an old dump. There are basically not trees and the elevation changes are dramatic. At times you are looking down on the roofs of houses and above at passenger jets taking off from YYZ. It is a fine course to play!

Emma

Very gorgeous place and really well maintained. The golf course is a great innovation and was built on top of a dump which was quite surprising.

Jerry Bilous

Awesime track, built on the Mississauga dump.

John Heuer

I've snubbed Braeben for years but finally played and I was pleasantly surprised. Early in the season, the fesque was cut down and missed drives were findable. Course was in great shape, friendly pro shop. No water or Gatorade to purchase, only beer.

Michael Walton (Mike)

Think Braeben definitely offers some good value and entertainment for a GTA golf course. As a senior I pay $59 with power cart which is quite competitive. The greens seem to be in nicer condition than usual this year and many of the holes challenge to keep the ball in play. Like it.

Prabhat Kumar Shrivastava

Three golf courses. One 18 hole full course. One 9 hole for short game. One for foot golf heard and saw for first time.

Truong Vu

Well maintained and challenging course. Need to bring extra balls if you hit off the fairways.

JohnPaul Agius

Amazing views, decent course, will maintained

Venao Swim

Had a great time at BraeBen Golf Course for Fitness Summit which was an all day event. The service personnel was absolutely wonderful and attentive. Food was Served on time and all food allergies were attended to. All around great experience and very nice space to have any event of a medium size in. The views of the venue was amazing and we all really enjoyed the full wall glass windows with view of a golf course.

Michael McDowell

Great city coarse, testing in every way.

Marco Muscatello

Great golf course. Well maintained. Good facilities. Good staff.

Barry Delong

Great course, good value. Highly recommended.

Eric Blay

Short course, 3.5 Kms walked. One bunker, packed like clay. Great for casual beginner play, don't need to bring your driver.

Steve Moran

Great golf day! ⛳ Course in excellent condition!!

Frank Debono

Very hillley course. Lost only 2 balls

Daniel O'Connor

A good, challenging course in the GTA. The course is hilly as it is built on an old landfill site. Greens are challenging. Normal rates are very high but there are often deals available online.

kevin fennelly

Food and portions were excellent. Staff went out of their way to make sure our Christmas banquet was great.

Nigel Brown

Perfect example of reclaiming in our beautiful country

Ron Spears

My eight year old daughter took lessons here. reasonable prices as well beautiful lanscape for a city golf course

Hien Vo

Impeccable maintenance for a municipal run public course. Challenging and rewarding with great views of the city on all holes. A must play.

Jayne

Beautiful par 3 - 9 hole golf course that provides 360 views of Mississauga. Great for beginners. It definitely has some rolling hills which is a good workout with your pull cart. It was busy, but good spacing between groups. Will visit again!

Connor

Alright public course! Kept pretty well, a high price for the course compared to far more superior public courses, nice staff, tonnes of hills.

George Howie

Hidden gem $15 pitch and put some 200 yards 9 holes for Srs.

Ed Zahra

Great city rin golf course. Dont be fooled, it has some challenging holes

Alexander Aldaya

For a city owned course Braeben is a challenge. The fairways are well maintained and even better than some of the privately owned courses.

Mark Kennedy

For a city run track, this is a good rip. Not super long or challenging but plenty of elevation changes. For $56 with cart you could do a lot worse for a lot more money

Gianpaul Fazio

The course was stunning. Designed well and very challenging. The full 18 holes includes Par 5's, many 4's and a few tricky Par 3's. Staff and marshals were all friendly and helpful! The wind at this height can be strong at times but regardless of what hole you are on, there is always an incredible view!!

Danny

Great course, well maintained but expected at the high rate they charge. Killer views of Mississauga. Course is very long, so if you don't play well and hack your way through it holds up the groups behind more that ever.

Hamza Tariq

Love this course. Well kept and never to busy to enjoy a day of golfing

Neil Stark

True links golf course that is always windy!

Shane Ayliffe

Beautiful view of the city. Great golf course even though I went to the range and practiced putting. Guy gave me a lift to the range. Friendly staff too. Would definitely recommend. Prices were good for what l did. 10 beans for a hundred balls and practising putting.

Mike Shi

If you are looking to play a 6 hour round this is place to go. The marshals there have no idea how to keep the pace of play. Back 9 is always backed up.

Derwin Wong

Beautiful and challenging links style course. Tough but enjoyable. Bring lots of balls if you are a beginner golfer.

Michael B

Just wish the staff gave some direction on covid. Nothing blah

Nishant C (N)

This place has nice lush golf course It also has foot golf. You can also arrange team events for larger group here as it has its own hall. For our event, The instructors were helpful also we were able to arrange for food and snacks. Overall it was value for money and we were able to enjoy foot golf with our team

wrcfocus

Not an avid golfer, but decided to drop in for some food. Excellent Fish and Chips! Highly recommended!

Matt Ralston

Really nice golf course in the middle of Mississauga. Windy, so got play some low shots. Nice amenities, practice range. Definitely play it again

Abhishek Sharma

Went for a conference...nice place.. they also have a parking reserved for the Mayor

Patrick Inglis

Fun layout built on the old Mississauga dump. Fairly wide open but don't get into the long grass or your ball is pretty much gone. Only complaint is some of the greens were unreasonably undulating, especially the 18th. Still a great experience and would go back.

Ketan Chhatwani

Beautiful course with amazingly well maintained greens.. Staff were super friendly.. Will definitely be back

Michael Bairstow

Regular rates are high. Some challenging holes. Average course conditions. It took us 5 and half hours to play last Saturday. I will never understand why golf courses allow slow play. Marshalls do nothing to get slow players to move here. We also had a jerk hit his tee shot while we were still exiting the par 3 10th. My friend just got in our cart and the ball hit off the roof of our cart. I complained to the Marshall after chewing the guy out. He did nothing. If you're not in a hurry to get home, wear a helmet and give BraeBen a try.

Kenneth D'Souza

Its a great Public golf course in the heart of Mississauga. The course is really well maintained. The food is great . Make no mistake this is a tough golf course to play because of the prevailing winds. Fantastic view of the city from certain holes . Overall if your a golfer this is a great course within the city of Mississauga

Dave Mason

Nice golf course that was built atop the old Mississauga dump. A great panoramic view from on top.

Michael M

For a golf course built atop a former garbage dump (!!) you really can't do much better. Pretty decent course for pros, rookies and those in-between (like me). Other than one marshal who always gives us a hard time, the staff is friendly and it offers some of the nicest views of Mississauga you're likely to find anywhere. Also, I'm always impressed with the condition of the greens and fairways; they're often better than that of far more expensive courses.

Erik Nabeta

Great course but wish players took care of it better. Lots of unfixed ball marks and divot craters. Also hard for the average golfer so don't expect a quick round. Great value in the city

Spencer King

Nice course, fun to play. Basic club house but good snack menu. Driving range Praco putt green Pro shop

Tyler Minshall

The course is not bad. The staff is very unorganized though. 3 groups were booked to start at the same time.

Zehra Raza

Took golf classes here and also play here often. Love this course. Very clean and large and great for driving range or 9 holes or even a championships course if you dare. The classes I took were with Gary who is a wonderful golf coach and we learned a lot. Highly recommend..p.s. their large bucket of 100 balls for a driving range is only $10.20. Best value in town

Matt S

Always a favourite of mine to play every summer. They’ve done a great job keeping the conditions up in the heat of the summer as well.

Jim Kang

Played BraeBen Golf Course for the first time in mid October 2020. Past the peak of fall colours (would be photo worthy at hole 7) but the splashes in the surrounding cityscape still made the views extra good. No leaves to speak of on the course itself which helps you keep your ball. The greens here were some of the best I have played, of good size, great smoothness and gentle contours. The course in general was in very good condition and for the $41 walking twilight rate was good value. Look forward to playing here again.

Tej Boparai

Very technical course. Views are beautiful being so high but winds make it a tough game

Agha Faraz Khan

It's always a serene feeling coming here with the kids for teeing at their range. Can't believe it used to be a dumping zone back in the days which has not turned into this beautiful 18 holes Golf course with 5 pars and some tricky 4 & 3 pars. Definitely would recommend and will visit again ! ????????????????

Ryan Resmer

Wonderful golf course with gorgeous views of Mississauga. We had such a blast there for a charity golf tournament this past summer. I will definitely be back next year!

Joe Nosotti

Great little course in the city with very reasonable prices. Great views.

Supinder Babra

A tough course in the wind. Course architecture is superb. Highly recommend this course for all golfers.

christine hayes

My Son is in Lessons at the Academy. He hates it!! Apparently the staff (teenagers) are constantly yelling at them and not very friendly. The girl who is the leader of his group apparently has only smiled once in 3 days!

carlos ayala

Great golf course. Highly recommend renting a golf cart. Lots of hills

Luisa Baena

Love the facility! The building for events is clean, well maintained and has all required for any event. Very nice staff. I went a couple of times for a breakfast an I liked the food.

Josh Buteau Malone

Braeben is a nice enough course especially for a public and very reasonably priced one. If it hadn’t been for what follows I would give it 4-5 starts without a doubt. But… There is something very wrong happening in the food service department. After arriving at the course to play my round I asked if could buy a bottle of water, the person working behind the food counter informed me that they didn’t sell water bottles. Ok. So I said no problem a cup of water would be fine (something legally required to be provided by any establishment selling alcohol in Ontario) she then informed me that management had directed her not to give away cups of water either and the the only “water” I could have was a La Croix knock off flavoured sparkling water for $3 per 355ml can. Truly, I don’t know how you could possibly run a golf course and for one single fraction of a second think it’s acceptable not to provide your paying patrons with water. Unfortunately this part of the experience tainted the entire round. Disappointed to say the least.

Jong-Geum James Choi

Closed to my place and well maintained golf course.

Adonis Lopez

Great local affordable course. Greens and fairways are good ..tee boxes could use some work but mostly fine

John Broadhead

Love Braeben. Need to get a hot deal or quite expensive. Most par 4s reasonably reachable in two which is unusual these days. By that I mean an iron in. Plays tough when windy. Great views. Supposedly the highest point in Mississauga.

Christopher Nash

I've golfed here many times and I'm always impressed at how well the course is maintained. Lovely views of the city and very reasonably priced.

Jimmy Newtron

Lovely highlands type course in the heart of Mississauga. Fair pricing and so close to everything!

Vinz Pingol

I'm changing my rating to a 5 Star rating because I just discovered the hidden driving range here. I took my wife and my 2nd and 3rd child there and loved it. Beyond the driving range was the above and beyond service I received from Mark, Victoria and Ted. You see, I had to leave to pick up my other 2 kids from school and because it's a long walk up to the driving range, I asked Victoria if someone could bring the voucher code for the balls up to my family and Mark happily responded immediately that he'd do it. So great. I really appreciated that. Thanks for the great feeling and experience. This was my original review: It's a great course that gives you a great view of Mississauga. The course is in nice condition. It's a great workout if you walk it because it's very hilly.

Evan Wee

This is a beautiful golf course with lots of hilly terrain. We actually attended here for a company conference. Staff were helpful and courteous. Everyone admired the view during the breaks.

Sean Carriere

Built on a hill of garbage. Every other shot is a blind hit and pray. Course does not appear to be designed with any thought. Easily one of my least courses I have ever played

Magnificent

Such a beautiful place to golf!

Joey Defreitas

Held our annual golf course here and were absolutely blown away by the kindness and attentiveness. Actually had the golf pro Kyle Scott helping carry boxes and bags to help out our staff and the golfers. Extremely pleased by the the rest of the staff as well. We had over 60 players so it wasn't a small tournament. Again thanks folks for all your help. Until next year! Cheers!

Tyler zhang

Windy, hilly, but definitely really fun to play on. Greens are good and course has really nice staff.

Rory Thomson

I love this course. Great construction and good mix of challenging and forgiving.

Andrew Clemens

Beauty of a course, the elevation changes are a real challenge..nice having a range on site too. Bring spare balls. Wayward shots are gone!

Scott Brittain

Very tough course, especially in the late summer. Lots of hills, dead long grass in the rough, if you don't hit your ball perfectly in the fairway, it's gone. Nice views up there though!

Asher ullah

Great challenging course, lots of bunkers. Nice city views from top. Wind is a great factor. Great staff.

long Nguyen

Very beautiful view all over the Mississauga!

Jay Boake

Amazing value! One of the best maintained courses I've played this year

Cheng Xiao

Great condition, beautiful views and rolling hills make up for lack of old trees, also very central and affordable!

Jesse

Great views from the top of Mt. Sauga

J Vernon

Very good course for being city run. Lots of challenging holes especially no 7. Course is usually in good shape. Greens are in OK shape.

Peter Adolfsen Løhmann

Great experience, on the top of Mississauga (and an old garbage tip). Bring your hiking gear: The course is very undulating, but this makes for some interesting holes that use elevation changes well. Very reasonably priced, its driving range too.

Bryan Gucciardi

Great course for practicing uphill and downhill lies.

Chip Huang

Great golf value and links style course in the heart of Mississauga. The Championship 18 is always in terrific condition with nice views of the city. Love playing here. Time between tee times is a bit short so course can get crowded.

Thomas Marentette

Awesome course in the city, tee times book up quick though

Ian Turner

Excellent condition and a solid design. Not an easy course to walk so a cart is a good idea. Not sure why they sanded the greens so early in the season. That was a bit of a disappointment.

Julia C

Very reasonably priced golfing. Good combination of long and short holes. Very hilly. Parts of the course could use some TLC.

David Culbert

Well kept course with an average difficulty level. Very reasonable green fees and cart rental prices

Mike McAllister

Decent city golf course that’s not overly priced. Amazing southern views from some of the higher elevation tees. Greens were a little rough this year (2020) but that’s not surprising given that crazy amount of COVID golf happening. Took my last lesson there last week and they are doing quite bit of work on the course so it will be in great shape for 2021 season. Golf Instructor there Collin Books is amazing , helped me rebuild my swing and improve my game significantly.

Gugs Harish

Well maintained, challenging, great location.

Vaibhav Kadam

Nice golf course An average golf course, good instructors. friendly staff. free putting place which is awesome for practice.

Krystsina

My husband and I took a golf course this September. We love this course very much! Jerry is an amazing instructor! Thank you!!! I highly recommend BraeBen Golf Course.

Dominik Sublime

Must say love the hills and the greens and the close location. Price could always be better.

Minsoon Roger Choi

The course was in a good shape and staff was friendly. It's too bad that they have been increasing green fee. It's no longer a value option.

J F B

The staff is very unfriendly and have no flexibility. Will not play this course again. Not because if the course but mainly because of the staff.

Jason Wilson

First time golfing there was great. Overall the greens are well manicured with exception to the 10th tee. I did notice an excessive amount of cigarette butts on the grounds which was very surprising.

T D

This course is built on an old land fill as was Eagles Nest - an excellent way to reclaim the land. It’s a links style design so no trees and no water although there is a par three with a pond that looks amazing. The best things about this course: reasonable rates, undulating fairways that are pleasing to the eye, undulating greens that are sometimes tricky to predict. It’s quite hilly so best to use a cart and it’s s very exposed so best to go on a nice day with little wind. Three negatives here are: Because it is in a city you get a view of the city spread out before you which is not very aesthetic, the driving range is not in the best shape and the course played very slow, had to wait on every hole, they should think about increasing the tee time spacing similar to how Don Valley did it to speed up the rounds. In my opinion the spacing should be no less than 10 minute intervals, there was a Marshal out there but it didn’t help with the pace of play. Overall this was a fun course to play and if it were closer I would go back.

Michael Suppa

Fun course. Have a good time every round here. More reasonably priced than Lakeview and equally as nice. Slightly different style and layout but worth playing.

Tyler P

I like the course, it is pleasant to the eye and quite enjoyable. There are literally no trees but lots of fescue and or "folded hay" (not your typical soft fescue)? Really thick and not playable for the most part if it goes in. Fairways are large and the mounds surrounding each hole helps knock the ball back into play. The course is very windy. Being higher up, any wind that day is amplified. Know how to play golf in wind and adjust for slope and elevation changes. Conditions very decent but lots of areas where people do not replace divots. Greens were decent with not too many ball marks. Houses and roads are visible, but there is enough cushion that neither factored into play. Tried to get a double round in on an underpar but could not do it. Too busy on a friday. Back to back tee times from like 8am all the way to 4pm. Would definitely play again. You can practice putting when you get there but, putting green is too far away from first tee (isolated island by parking lot), so if you are waiting at first tee, you cannot go back to putt. Also driving range is way too high up and a decent trek up.

Duncan McDonald

Challenging links style course. Don't worry about losing your ball in the trees, there aren't any, but lots of fescue to eat stray balls. Not too many level lies or putts. Knowing the course would definitely help here.

Cheryl Pereira-Hodges

We had the Next step xmas party here. Place is nice and bar tenders were great but the food was not that great....have they changed chefs? The turkey wasnt moist...it was dry and not very flavorful.

Brad Hunter

Great 18-hole course, and reasonable rates. A bit tougher than expected due to the hilly nature of the course and narrow fairways, but still a great local course to enjoy a round at. 9-hole academy course is much more forgiving I find. They also have the added benefit of a range and putting green, a nice find in suburban Mississauga.

J P

Great course, always a great round. Good pace.

Andrew

Great course. Reminds me of playing in England. Very windy !

Patrick Boake

Inexpensive, municipal course - especially with 60YO+ discount. It's long and hilly. Take a cart. Great views from multiple places in the course. Course design is tough with many blinds tee and fairway shots and moguls everywhere. Numerous evil pot bunkers as well. The greens were pretty bad the day we were there so don't expect to putt well. Good choices are limited to BBQ, chips and cold drinks but process not outrageous. Staff were excellent.

Syl

A beautiful well groomed and challenging course within the city. Some really gorgeous elevated holes with clear views of the Mississauga skyline. Staff were friendly and course layout was well marked. Property also has a nice practice range. It's gets quite busy here, so definitely book in advance. Can book easily online up to 7 days in advance. A gem of a course! I highly recommend.

roger be

Definitely not forgiving but very good course to test your game, clean and well kept. Staff could have some more pep when you ask them something lol but good management overall. One bad thing to say, saw too many amateurs not caring how long they were taking and causing jams for the people behind them. If your not sure how well you will play on 18 holes semi pro course, then don't bring 4 ppl and (learn to) play golf, there's cheaper and easier courses to play and learn on.

Sandra Zheng

Great view of the city, very well kept golf course!

Andre Sabbagh

Love the place. Ball bounces all over the place and to me, that's amazing. Not too many courses around here that you have to play the ground

Sean Maguire

Course was in excellent condition on November 14!

Eric M

Great place in the city reasonable rates and service. Like the driving range up in the hill that has great view of the city. Only needs some update on some of the spots and more visible markers or distance flags.

Gurvinder Singh

Enjoy my time here with my family

Yu Jin

An excellent beginner-friendly golf course. Also good if you want to focus on improving short-game skills as well.

Mike Murphy

Love this course. Very well maintained

DHAcademy

It's an amazing golf course with great staff

Ashley Tilley

Good course for beginners and extremely close for those living in Toronto/Peel. A bit pricey though for what it is.

Chris Fothergill

One of my favourite courses in the GTA. Well maintained course with great skyline views. Can get a little pricey but they have some great twilight rates available!

W Ramahi

Well maintained course.. They need to spend more time to train their front line young girls.

rishi kataria

Good social distancing. Course is well maintained.

Blair St.Croix

Phenomenal quality course

Jules Winnfield

Weekend rates on Fridays, impolite marshal and some greens in rough shape make for an overpriced experience. On a plus side, electric powered carts. Spend your money elsewhere.

Tyler J

My favourite track close to home. Scenic view of Sauga. Convenient range to warm up before round.

Vallish Rao

A challenging course that makes you think about your shots. An enjoyable course when are playing well.

Grant M

Great course, in the city and we'll maintained!

V S

Played this course earlier this year. it was in good shape. the greens were well maintained.

ian scott

Great staff, good golf conditions.

Dean P

Haven't done the 18, but based on the experience par three 9 hole course, I will definitely being adding that to the list of courses to hit. The Par 3 was really fun - a great place to practice your short game.

Shab Ghaffarpour

We were there for a retirement party last night. The food and the service was amazing! Big thanks to the friendly chef and the lovely staff!

RenMin 1

Pricy for a public course.

Deneen Cole-Ashbury

Golfed here at the Academy course for the first time in September. Lovely course! GREAT for beginners or if you just want a quick round! Beautiful views of Mississauga!

Akaashi Khan

They have the best driving range in mississauga. Cannot beat the price. Great service as well.

Dalton Hill-Whitson

Nice course. Overloaded. Shoot and wait shoot and wait.

Brian Roulston

Great golf course

Sheila Bjarnason

We had a series of four lessons here with BraeBen instructor Zak. He was an exceptional teacher and our game has been much improvednsince taking these lessons. The golf course and teaching centre is well.maintained withlovely views of the surrounding area. The pro shop and snack bar provide excellent service.

Young Shin

Some greens are fast and some slow.. No trees to hide from sun and high winds

Ben McAllister (benmcal)

Definitely a great place to play at the beginning of year. Elevated course allows it to dry up sooner than most other courses! Played it in April and it was awesome!

Mike Pod

The 9 holes is well taken care of and really nice!

Mike Pod

The 9 holes is well taken care of and really nice!

Paul Carbery

Beautiful course. Very well maintained and some challenging hole's. Overall a great experience.

J Haid

Great scenic course a little tough with the slopes tho

Pavel Pelikan

Nice 9 holes course.

Aaron Lempinen

Course is in great shape. Really flush fairways and greens

David Hawkins

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is cuz the guy made us come in early off the 16th and their was still day light. I think he wanted to go home early. We could have finished our 18.

Arifur Rahman

Beautiful club house with panaromic view of the golf course. Delicious finger food and good customer service. Highly recommend

Daryl Amodan

Another beautiful City of Mississauga course. When it's windy it can be difficult. Greens and fairways are well maintained. It is walkable, but #9 to #10 is long with the first part downhill and the second part uphill. The walk from #11 to #12 is uphill as well. If you're not a fan of uphill walks I suggest taking a cart otherwise it's good exercise.

Jacky Tran

Went here to golf for my first time, didn't know how much fun it was 12 hole took 6 hours, so it was totally worth it

Eduardo Capozzi

Great place, amazing view.

Rob Bezaire

Course was not yet in good shape due to the terrible spring. Kitchen staff botched our food order and home fries were completely undercooked. Golf was OK and much better than the food service.

Joe Nishibayashi

Great course. Not too hard but challenging. Very beautiful scenery.

Christopher Lee

Good place to test your skills.. It's a fairly open course, but the wind will get you

Joshua Woolridge

Great looking golf course, only been to the range but this place is very well maintained and seems to be priced pretty well for how nice it is.

Douglas Baird

Course is always in great shape and a good food workout!

Cheryl Lang

Braeben was in very good shape for this time of year. The greens were smooth and quick and the Covid guidelines were followed appropriately.

Claus Hollmann

We played the academy 9 hole course today.. You get great views of Mississauga. The couse is quite hilly and pulling a cart along is better than carrying. Nice course, in great shape and has some challenges for returning, new or old farts like us. All in all great fun, only lost 1 ball to a dry creak bed or tall grass, not sure as it was not in the line of sight. Friendly staff, good time.

Sara Yghb

It’s a golf course in the summer but A Canadian version of desert in the winter! So sick!

R E

This is the Academy course. Great family course to help develop young kids interest in golf. Play most of this with your pitching wedge or lift iron but good challenge for beginners. They also have footgolf for kids.

Deus Ruckuz

Open course, with a great view over mississauga. I always play great here

Vijai

Friendly staff and well-maintained course.

Chris Whitehead

Fairways and greens in good condition. Good price for seniors $60 with cart. Thank you braeben

B Go

I love this course. Can be windy, but it's worth it for the great views and excellent course conditions

Wes20 Vt

Nice course

Kurt

Beautiful course, hard to lose your ball. Wind can have a big effect here though. The course is really well drained - it rained really hard right before our tee time for about 20 minutes but the course was playable within 15-30 minutes.

The course is beautiful and hilly. Unless you're in peak physical condition, I advise you to take a cart. You will thank me later

Nelson Richards

I really enjoyed this small quick course. Will be coming back 100%

Be careful when planning an event at the Braeben Golf Club... We had a successful event yet one day post event, we received an email stating we would be charged an extra 8 people. No one discussed extra charges during the event. The event coordinator was not present. We never met the chef. We only had 2 servers. Also, during the event, there was a family of 6 roaming around and viewing the venue which I thought was quite intrusive to the party. After countless emails and a phone call to the manager, 4 days later, we received an email stating no charges would be made. They had to clarify with the chef and speak with the staff again to confirm. Firstly, the event coordinator should definitely confirm first before charging extra to anybody. Secondly, if ever they are to charge anyone extra, it should be discussed during the event. If it was someone planning a party for the first time or more of an introvert, they may have just paid the fee and the facility would have gotten away with it. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this venue..

Unreal course, love playing here

Tejinder Sahni

They have added new mats at the driving range since the last time I visited them . Nice

Braeben is an amazing course for those who want to sharpen their mid to long game. It's in excellent condition and plays like a championship level course. The added bonus is the incredible vistas that overlook.the skyline of West GTA. Price is very reasonable and that is because it's surprisingly a municipal course operated.by the city of Mississauga

Jay Crawford

Now thats the kinda links course we're talkin bout! Wicked design. Awesome layout and nice and challenging slope. Overall a fantastic track. ????????????????

Jason Logan

Windy but good course considering it was once a land fill, very little trees.

Chan Family

Of all the Mississauga owned golf courses, this one is my preference, challenging and Scottish link style type layout. Best of all it's seniors and junior friendly pricing is reasonable and competitive with other good, decent, competitive golf courses in the GTA, located in the heart of the city which use to be the city garbage dump.

Vlad I.

Great twilight price, well-maintained course with interesting holes. In the middle of Mississauga so no long drives out (until the first tee!)

Arvin K

Fantastic day at Braeben. I really like that the course is challenging but also very enjoyable to play. It's not frustrating like Eagles Nest or Lionhead. Staff was great. No complaints. :)

Lawrence McMullin

It is very well maintained and the pacing was good. Wasn't rushed and didn't have to wait for group in front.

Tony Albino

The course is in great shape. Even thou there are no rakes the golf course keeps the bunkers raked. Also a great price!! Most other course are price gouging !! This is a great course at a great price!!!

Scott Bradshaw

A really unique golf course. A fantastic job cutting fairways through the many hills

glen moolchan

Good course but a little sick at times.

andy ng

Good layout golf course.inexpensive green fee.good green and fairway condition

Braeden Tavares

Great course! Amazing staff!

Jason Port

Great day on the course. Great condition and amazing views of the city.

alan stevenson

Awesome city course . Great deal .

Michael Weisnagel

Very nice links style course. Greens and fairways in great condition. Very challenging in windy conditions. Highly recommended.

Lenny Matchett

Great had a good time..course in great shape everyone was nice.

Geoff Lee

Nice and close to city, very well kept

Ryan Davidson

I would give this course a 4.5 out of 5. It's not very long but it is tough as it is very windy on the old garbage dump. I played in a foursome today (Tuesday) and it took 3 hours and 45 minutes. That was fantastic!! It is hilly so I recommend a power cart to drive for seniors. Stay out of the fescue as I lost 2 balls today. It's better to be straight and short (especially as this is not long). I will be back!

Karan Verma

Great course. Well maintained, a few holes have blind tee shots which makes the course difficult.

Rajiv Gupta

Excellent golf course. Lots of up and down . Well maintained. Enjoyed my first round. Will play again.

Shamil Lagerdien

I played 36 holes here after being away for 2 years. Must say I really enjoyed it again. Fairways in great shape and greens rolled true. I used an Under Par voucher for my 36 so the value ended up being great. Try to catch a deal as regular price a tad high imo

Joe Laine

Really liked the course. It's always windy which makes for a good challenge. It's just too busy, at least on the weekends. Even playing at pace, the course bunches up. They start players too close together.

Derek Fox

Great links style course. Well maintained, friendly staff. Friday afternoon we had a pretty quick round. Its very hilly so carting makes it much easier.

Teresa Troughton

If your looking to get away from the woods and the water, then this is the place to go. Pro shop people are efficient and friendly, and for a public course, it is well maintained. Because of covid, we could only access a "sandwich bar" for take out dining, which was out of almost everything which was advertised, but that being said, a pleasant course and outing.

Erik Mitchell

Great course. Well kept. Nice scenery. Challenging but not too tough.

David Lukasik

nice course

Tim A

Not a bad course. Quite tight fairways but lots of elevation change and great views of the surrounding area. Course was in great shape. Greens on the slow side. A few blind shots are annoying for first timers but better when you know the course a bit.

Bob Rice

Wonderful views and great conditions on the course. Electric carts and a fair pricing structure.

Tim Weber

I like this course. Challenging and in pretty good shape. The driving Range set up? That's another story. They won't tell you this but the balls you are buying for the range must be used that day. Use them or lose them. We bought two buckets and only had time for one. When I returned with the code the following week, they told me that it would no longer work and I would have to purchase more. Haven't been back since but it's a city run operation and I am sure they do not miss me.

Tony Nguyen

10 holes in 3.5 hours tee time was 4:30 it’s 8:00pm right now worst course management ever I told the manager on sight he’s like it gets busy and nothing else that’s pathetic to run a golf course like this time manage lament and pace is awful on a weekend don’t expect to finish 18 holes if you start after 4:30. Would not recommend.

Mike

Best city course by a long shot. Elevation changes are incredible. No "woods" to speak of, but very nice views of Toronto, Mississauga and Lake Ontario. Plays really well, greens are well maintained. Challenging enough for a 10+ handicap

Ohnai

Great course and very well maintained. The link style course is very different than the usual courses around the city. The views are great as well. Overall very happy and it's priced well!

shskoh

Great golf course. I often go there and enjoy it very much, but not today. The "starter" person was so rude and unmannered. He showed no respect to me and my husband. We did not enjoy our experience due to his poor customer service.

Joseph Nip

The worst golf course! Was here today with 3 of my buddies. Took over 5 hours to play 18. They overbooked!!! At times there were 4 groups of 4 on one fairway! Never golfing here again!!!

Cory Cultrera

Nice course. Very hilly - built on a previous dump site. Some cool views overlooking Mississauga. Prices are fair.

Brian De Sousa

Beautiful golf course. A little expensive.

John Donovan

Tough track, the rough is thick and deep. Almost impossible to find ball. Good mix of holes, a little slow, green are difficult. A good test.

Rajiv Kareer

Challenging course. Very hilly. Really well kept. Its a nice course, top 3 in this side of town.

Ethan Z

Nice view. The driving range is not bad, only flaws would be lose plastic tees (can’t insert your own tee) and dirty range balls. Wish they could replace those tees and wash balls a little more often.

Mike Callender

A well maintained course with a variety of holes - par 3, 4, 5s. I particularly enjoyed the topography. Received a warm reception at the club house. Late tee off so we're unable to complete a full 18 but was still worth it.

Kevin

This is one of the best kept municipal courses I've played in the GTA. Wish they paid a bit more attention to their greens though.

Jawad Raza

Championship course, I must say it's tough, need better handicap score to stay under 90

Rob Bellissimo

Tough course, great range, great views

Lui Sgroi

Amazing course. All well kept and perfect conditions. Hard holes but in a good way Not stupid. Good hazzard placement. Amazing greens with very different situations on either side making ball placement so integral. Honestly I'm impressed
