. Wow, what excellent service from these guys!. I’ve been shopping around for a brand new Club Car Onward GAS golf cart for the last 4 months. When I first contacted Albion via email I received a response very quickly from Cody. I continued my correspondance with him for several weeks asking questions and getting specifics on a custom cart with all the options I was looking for. Cody patiently provided me with all the answers I was looking for and gave me a fantastic price. I even had questions regarding the maintenance of the cart and he quickly put me in touch with Bill the Service Manager who also answered all my questions. Today, I physically dropped in to see the cart for the first time all completed as per requested and met the entire crew. He spent over an hour showing us golf carts on the property, assisted us in customizing the cart we wanted. I had a pretty lengthy list of things we wanted to change about the one we ended up purchasing and he had so much patience in answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything that we wanted on it. He gave us a great deal as well. He has been extremely quick and friendly in replying to emails since we made a deal. We walked out with a way better deal than we thought we would ever get from any other place, and theres a piece of mind knowing we purchased it from a reputable company with a perfect 5 star track record, and after our experience there it is clear why they have it. I did my research in seeing what other companies were selling carts for and what there reviews were like. It seemed to be near to impossible to find a local place or a place even with in 5 hour of us that didn't have a shady side to it based on reviews and I'm so relieved we found this place. I know our cart is coming from a good place and I'm so glad we chose to do this instead of going elsewhere or even getting a brand new one custom made because we basically got that. Albion Golf Cars have been awesome to deal with. From their Wonderful Sales Representative Cody who was graciously working by appointment while the Covid-19 pandemic was going on. He could read our minds, he took us directly to the golf cars we were looking for. Then it was a choice of electric or gas and the different accessories we wanted. Well we chose a Gas Cart. They got it all ready for us and had it delivered to our home in Wasaga Beach. All new name labels and fancy lady bug labels because that’s what our/my name was for our new red & black gas cart. We were so proud of it. Got it all decked out and started driving around our gated community and then about two months later the owner of the park contacted us and advised us we were not allowed to have a gas cart in our park. We were devastated! So, I reached out to Cody at Albion Cars and he was so calm, and said not to worry, he would get it all sorted out. So they are picking up our gas Cart tomorrow and leaving us with a loner electric cart. They will take our cart back to the shop, change out the gas motor and install a electric battery operated unit and then when completed they will return it to our home in Wasaga Beach. We can’t thank Cody enough for making our experience so wonderful. Also thanks to Albion Golf Cars!

He invited me in for an appointment and fell in love with the cart. He made the entire sales process so easy. Albion Golf Cars and Cody….Fair Pricing…Honesty and Reliability….A rare find in our service industry for certain. We own a cottage with about 40 steps down to the lake. Our daughter was pregnant so we decided to purchase a golf cart to help with her mobility. We had a wide paved path built down to the lake and a golf cart seemed like the perfect fit. I called a couple golf cart companies and each one got me into their showroom by advertising low ball prices. The dealers I met had carts and colours that I was not interested in. I left each dealer with a bad taste in my mouth as they came off as untrustworthy. We knew we wanted a golf cart that was either NEW or a DEMO with low hours. We also wanted a cart with Lithium Battery technology so we wouldn’t have to fill it with water. My purpose of this review is not to bad mouth other dealers, however it’s to outline my positive experience I had dealing with Cody and his team at Albion Golf Cars. Cody found a Lithium demo EZGO that matched our specifications perfectly. He even had a custom logo designed that matched the theme of our family cottage.
