Location could be better, it's surrounded by roads that you can hear most of the time .It's alot like a large scale mini golf course but less eventful ,not much to the dynamics making it plain. Brian Youell has to much spraying going on so there are sometimes an odor both fertilizer and chemical like, not to mention his verbal conduct when he thinks you would be someone taken to his perverse observations of the females about, displayed in grotesque physical motion... quite vulgar and as a result disappointing

Cameron I guess if one objects to friendships, a Mecca for socializing and a facility that allows you to participate in a physical activity well into your 80's you could have a point. Suspect that might reflect a minuscule minority. Uplands is all of that and more.
