Wet. 3rd hole needs some drainage. 5th hole is supa-wet (water hazard), don't try going down the embankment to retrieve potential balls, seems like a BAD IDEA. Love this golf course though, but honestly if you disc-golfers could be respectful of people shooting that'd be greatttttttt

We went for their glow golf tournament and had a blast! Dinner wasn't the very best but it was tasty. The course was fun in the dark, forgiving fairways and interesting greens. Very fun atmosphere for the tourney and lots of door prizes. We'll be back again :)

I love the laid back atmosphere. This is a golf club that is free of pretentiousness. The clubhouse sells hotdogs, chips and beer and feels more like a cool hangout than an upscale restaurant. I play disc golf here, and the course is amazing but very challenging. Some holes are very long, and I've lost more than one disc in the water hazard. If you are a disc golfer you've got to check it out.

Absolutely over the moon with this golf course, rolling hills, descent challenging holes. The gentleman at the front was super friendly and professional, even threw in a couple of freebies to the game. I definitely recommend a cart if you have mobility issues, like I said you’ll get your fair share of walk on course going for the ball… no need to over do it. The course was a wee bit dry, but to be expected after the heat wave… we met some lovely Island people (all very friendly). Thank you “Big Trev” the beers were mighty refreshing and hit the spot!

Such poor management. Staff stole my spouse's possessions from behind the pro shop counter after assuring that they were in safe hands. When he returned to get them the employee raised his voice and dismissed him. The GM was contacted and said there is no security cameras in the office, that it was his fault for trusting the employee, and he should not leave his belongings places. She continued to brush off the situation and hung up on him. Forgetting belongings is a human mistake, theft is a choice. What a joke of a 'golf and country club' - even for a budget course this is low.

The course was well taken care of, and everybody was going at a pretty relaxed pace so I didn't have to worry about golfing too slow. Nice place for someone who is still improving their game.

Good place for beginners who want to go out and try out the field. The course is not perfectly maintained but it's challenging and fun to play. There are some tournament days but the early afternoon seems to be always available.

Nice greens. Had some challenging holes as well as some easier ones. Some sand and water hazards as well as trees to work around making it very fun. Rental clubs and carts are available as well as balls and T's for purchase. Pretty easy and laid back. No food available except some chips chocolate bars, some cold sandwiches and drinks. The hot dogs in the bar area are available but when we went they looked like they had been there for a long time. There is a convenience store and a restaurant just down the road that are nice as an alternative. We will definitely be hitting this course up again.

Very friendly staff. But, to quote a friend, "to call it a goat trail, is to besmirch the good name of goat trails." Having said that, I decided I wanted to play on a sunny Friday and they were able to fit me in.

I look forward to playing this course every week with my dad because it’s challenging and in great shape even though we haven’t had rain in months. I can always find a tee time and the price is great compared to other courses. The staff is why we keep coming back. They are all very friendly people and will do their best to make you feel like you are welcomed and taken care of. It’s a great course to improve on and practice different shots. The pace is usually good and you can expect some wind to test your game. Neighbouring fairways means you won’t always lose balls and is good for beginners to get their game to the next level without the pressure of the expensive courses.

The ball golf course looked good and forgiving. I played the Disc golf course and it was really good. Some challenging f Distances and lines. Would be alot of waits if golfers were around and other way around I'm sure too. But great idea to have both on the same course and have disc golf during the less busy golf hours.

Love the owners and staff, the course is tricky and very difficult to score low, especially when the wind howls in the late afternoon and evenings. Great greens. The giant Oak trees, Olympic mountains and iconic pond all add to the charm. Big Trev is a gentle giant behind the counter and my personal favorite part of the course.

We Me

Played here for the first time with 2 other players. First impression was not good as the group behind were telling us to play faster even though we kept up with the group in front. Things later got ugly and we walked off after the group behind us, yelled profanities from our fairway. Unusual behaviour for a member. Complained to the pro shop and they took note of the group and said would tell the manager. Never go back.

Very interesting layout. 9 greens but 2 sets of tee boxes for each hole. Gives you some different angles and different yardage. Good challenge.

For golf it is a great course to use drivers. Greens are is great shape and while they conserve water use on the fairways It doesn’t hamper my game. The staff here are gracious and will make room for you needs and make you feel part of the club even if you are visiting. The course plays at a good pace.

Nice little 9-hole track. The staff that work there are super friendly. I played in November, so the course was very damp as expected on the west coast. I imagine that during prime golf season it would be a great place to play. Clubhouse is very dated, but I imagine the cost would be too great for a "small" community course to absorb thru membership. Would go back to play again.

This review is for the disc golf course only. The course is along the margins of the actual golf course and the distances are huge even though there are two alternative tees to start from. This may be ok for professional players but a bit boring for your average joe. The open and relatively flat topography for many of the baskets make for an uninteresting game and there is little strategy involved - basically throw the disc as hard as you can straight ahead, then walk to it and do it again until you hit the basket. Yawn. Even if it was free (which it isn't) we wouldn't go back.

A place where everybody knows your name. $30 nine and dine, can't beat it. I have been doing this for the past 14 plus years. Course conditions very with the seasons. From very dry, which means the ball is going to roll. To wet and soggy, the ball is going to stop. You play the hole, with a different approach.
