REVIEWS OF Rundle Park Disc Golf Course IN Edmonton

Angela Christie

Had some friends that wanted to go, invited me; loved it!

DiscGolf Evolution

The disc golf course is great with 18 tes lads and 36 pin placements! Definitely 1 of the best in Alberta. Follow EDGA on face book or website

Robert Miller

Marshall Clowater

course is poorly marked, people sitting in the middle of the fairway as a result. too many irretrievable hazards, such as private building lots and water. looks old and rundown, fairways are indistinguishable from the rest of the park

Amber Suen

Anthony Hadlen Hanson

Great course! Love the variety it offers as far as pin locations, hazards, and views! Watch out on 18, had a disc get away from me and go into the river.

HAL Dayuk

Nice place to kill some time.

Atuhurire Annet

Nice

Cody Reichert

Started frolfing a month ago haven't stopped

Tricia Stettner

4 because we did not go for discs.... Great "sometimes mother nature gravel beach" on the south side of the river. We found petrified wood and diverted the stream. Great family feet wet outing in the city!!

David Lord

Great course. Some of the signs are missing which makes it hard to navigate. If they replace the missing signs I would upgrade the review to five stars.

Pat Leochko

This is a great place for everyone to enjoy the outdoors

Gavin Mader

Excellent Discgolf course. Long, short, left, right, up, down, water hazards, tree hazards...everything. Most all baskets are now new. Pedestrian separation is well done. Discs can be purchased at the ACT centre, though high priced. Hole 1 and 18 are at the very end of the Rundle Park Road (Parking at the very end there) Course is well maintained..watch for Goose droppings around the water areas though. Get a course map from ACT before you go for the first time!

Trilok Sidhu

Chris Smith

I wish I would have known about this at he start of covid.

Jonathan Schoepp

Had a wonderful day playing a round of disc golf. Some of the holes can be hard to find if you're not familiar with the course but still well worth it.

Shane Kyndesen

Was great to see so many out playing without a tournament on

Clifford Willier

Lots of walking, got lost at a couple of different holes, but still a great time

Kris D

Best course in the City

Hunter Williams

Jason Wynn

Our first time to the course. Nicely maintained, fun to play. Difficult sometimes to find where the next tee box is.

Amandah van Merlin

Kristopher King

Great 18 hole course, lovely grounds with a huge industrial plant as a backdrop. Nice mix of really challenging technical holes and some wide open. Can be a bit confusing trying to find the next hole on a few, but lots of locals willing to point you in the right direction, even join up with their group. Tightly packed on a few holes, so definitely be careful and always be ready to call out FORE!

Carl Noering

Adam Patterson

Brayden Albrecht

Good course with variety. Dirt around teepads and baskets make for a messy round if it's any bit wet

Daniel Wassenaar

Dave Kool

Biggest disc golf course in the Edmonton area, what's not to love?

Denise Meechance

Danielle Maurice

Great course.

Chet Kennedy

I’ve been to disc golf courses all over Alberta. This is by far one of the best ones I’ve seen. The grass is always mowed, it has wide open fairways and a great combination of par 3 and 4 holes. There is something for everyone from the amateurs to the pros.

Chris Koehn

Lots of people treating the place like an off leash dog park. I saw many people uncomfortable with free roaming dogs and owners who didn't care when asked about keeping their dog away.

rose pratt

Nature cures!❤️????

Luc Mercier

Love the course, but very LONG. Be prepared for many holes to require a couple big throws.

Jordan Hodges

Great little course!

Paul Cooper

Really nice course. Watch out for the goose poop.

Mac Empress

We didn't get to play because there was a tournament going on but it looks like it's a great course.

clark schuster

Great 18 hole disc golf course. 1 ace on hole 5. It was a great day!

Mathew Bilyk

Ryan Powell

Rundle Park is a great course. Good mix of long wide open holes, short ones, as well as some technical ones.

Steven Dytiuk

Super fun and free way to spend time with friends outside being active.

Cassandra Tomas

There were 3 of us complete beginners who played and we had a great time! There are two or three holes with a good opportunity to accidently throw your disc into a pond, but we managed to not lose any. It took about 2.5 hours for all 18 holes and with 4 of us playing, including time getting discs out of trees.

Easy to access course in the city. Avoid coming here during peak times as you might have to wait behind at least 1 and up to 3 groups of people.

Sam Billings

Had an absolute blast playing my first round of disc golf at this course. Fun learning layout and helpful players made for a great day in the sun.

Dougie Mueller

First 9 holes are great and we'll laid out, the back 9 gets congested, Need to go really early or it's rather busy and end up waiting around a lot. please be mindful of people on the walking paths, do not throw if there's any chance you could hit someone. yell Fore if you lose control and your disc goes off course.

Casey Hanemayer

Great place to play disc golf. cool layout of the course and along the river.

Casey Pyle

Great course for beginners like myself. Open fairways with good distance between tee box and holes to really "get into it"

Lianna Warkentin

Nathan Beaudin

Pretty fun

Benji Smith

Jesse Warkentin

Great course. Although, it can be confusing as it frequently changes without being indicated clearly by signage. Its not usually too busy, but never really feels empty either.

Jeff Miles

The best place to disc golf in the Edmonton area! A full 18 holes with lots of varieties. You won't be continually throwing dogleg right like you find at Spruce Grove. The course is rarely busy I've found, the baskets are in good shape and are frequently rotated between the two positions per hole. On a couple hours you need to watch it for water hazards and be prepared for a little wading if things go south. You may encounter a lot of geese and geese poop, especially around hole 7. The park itself is beautiful and there's lots of other activities to do if you're going to make a day of it.

Josh Murphy

One of the best in the area

richard bittley

Awesome park.. Lots to see and do.. Ball diamonds.. Football field.. Tennis courts.. Frizbee golf.. Peddle boats.. Picnic areas.. Clean washrooms.. Concession area.. Trails for walking and biking.. Connects to goldbar park... River fishing..

Great place to relax and enjoy a little golfing.

Ryan Evans

Brian Lee

Excellent course! The best in Edmonton. Not too technical and a couple blaster par 4's. Water features off to the left on two holes so some challenges too.

Badar M

Perfect directions

Ash Daud

sarge alnajar

Scott Durocher

The course offers a variety of par 3 holes that vary in length and difficulty and one longer par 4. Watch out for picnickers on the back 9.

Chris Manners

The disc golf was great! Highly recommend Randle Park. ????

My favorite park! Wonderful fountain. Washrooms are clean. Great trails and rollerblading sidewalks are smooth enough. Lots of different birds to watch

Klint Kolach

Disc golf is super fun, great course.

Brett Wilson

ron larue

Very spread out.

Mark Kjorlien

This is the best course in Edmonton. I would not visit on the weekends though, many guests don't respect the boundaries of the course, making multiple holes unplayable in one of my rounds.

J Dubs

Great for leage or just to try your hand at disk golf.

Adam Fearnley

Nice course, great people. Just a plus being close to my house

Corinna Staples

Patrick Iroegbu

The server was excellent and the food came quickly and hot and tasted great. We were impressed.

Michael Smith

This is the biggest park in the city! There is lots of green space; a disc golf course; boat rentals, including paddleboats and canoes; different trails; an off-leash area; tennis courts; two baseball diamonds; a family recreation centre with a gym, place where you can purchase food and a pool; a playground; at least three picnic sites you can reserve; other picnic tables with a BBQ pit and a few washrooms!????????????????????????????

The Reverend Preacher

Fantastic course that's easy to walk. Beautiful scenery and amenities are available. Very enjoyable times to be had here.

Shaun Lewandoski

Lauren Dechaine

I ADORE this spot , the track can be confusing but the fellows who frequent will typically help you out rather than act a fool which is really refreshing to any form of golf sport even if you're using discs and not clubs and balls here . Any local disc jockeys would enjoy this big slice of terrain and you might even find a group or two you'd like to socialize and play one day with !

Ahmad Allawi

Dave Rogers

A great and somewhat challenging course. It's an 18 hole.

Tammy Kolpin

Very well maintained

Originally installed in 1980 by a company from Minnesota, Rundle park disc golf course was upgraded in 1998 by a group that became EDGA Edmonton Disc Golf Association and in 2010 the course was re-designed and upgraded by EDGA with help from the City of Edmonton, EDGA funded the cost of the baskets plus a few members donated some of the baskets to make this course a challenging and awesome experience, a good combination of short and long shots along trees and ponds to add to the excitement, concrete tee pads and different pin locations to keep it interesting, EDGA works hard to maintain the equipment and teach everyone about the sport

Rick lichuk

A great time

Nathan Gorbach

This is one of the top disc golf courses in the New Orleans area hands down!

Wicked 18 hole disc golf course. Spread out over a huge landscape. Only downfall is the pars are not easy by any means.. should have two different tee boxes to make it more friendly for amateurs.
