Terrible service. Have had enough rough experiences that I will never go back.
Since the response has NOTHING to do with me or my experience, I’ll give specifics: one visit I asked to play for an hour. I made it perfectly clear that I just wanted an hour. Half an hour of the driving range setting and the rest playing whatever I could in a round. I did not take my phone in and no where was the time on my screen. Admittedly I went over, but I would have stopped. I asked why I wasn’t made aware that I went over, did not get a great answer. Evolution Golf has a clock on the screen and they come in at the end to make sure everything was ok.
Another experience i went with my wife. The amount of times the sensors did not pick up on my wife’s shot made it terribly frustrating. When i brought this up to the person working during the time period we were playing, they dismissed it and said it was her fault and refused to help. Not the greatest example of customer service
The final experience, I called and asked if there were openings. They said yes and to come down. I show up at 645 for a 7pm time when they said they could accommodate me. When I get there, there is nothing until 830. I did not flip out because I just don’t do that. But when he said we will see you later, I politely said that it was probably not going to happen.
At no point have I ever had food. Can’t comment on this, but their reply shows that they have no idea who I am and are just responding with generic statements to cover up less that adequate service.
I am not saying they are 100% at fault. I should have been timing myself. Never had to before and didn’t think I needed to then. But dealing with the people working there is just more than I am willing to do again. I’ll go anywhere else from now on.
