First time visiting the Country Club thanks to the help of a member (not one myself). The course is nice, not terribly challenging but fun for most golfers. Unfortunately a few of the holes were closed and some of the fairways have seen some tough love from the winter but living in Canada I don't think you can expect this not to happen with courses. The only other small complaint is the pace of play at times as there are multiple groups of 4's, 5's and 2's scattered throughout during the day which can make things slow down or feel rushed from behind when golfing in a foursome. Food is top notch at the clubhouse and the views from there are exceptional, some of the best I've had eating in the city. As one of Edmonton's older courses I would highly recommend playing.

If you know the right people, you might have a chance to see the spectacular beauty of this place. If you can get past the feeling of the exclusivity of it all, it has a certain charm to it. Wonderful spot for a wedding reception.

Good course layout with a few wonky fairways and doglegs. Grass is very lush and nice, though let down by the greens which aren't that great. Practice facilities are spectacular and the restaurant-clubhouse is great.

We had our April wedding reception in the Ramsey Room. All of our other vendors spoke very highly of Alex and it is no wonder why - he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. We received many compliments from our guests on the excellent food and service and the stunning views of the river valley cannot be beat!

Awful shape. While we were playing we even witnessed the workers driving over the greens. It was shocking to see the disrespect the staff shows. Even when we let the managers know, they didnt even say a word. Dont waste your money. The amount of dead grass has caused cracks in the greens about an inch wide in places. Good luck putting!!

We really enjoyed our wedding in the Edmonton Country Club. Working with Erica was a pleasure--her enthusiasm, professionalism, and confidence really put us at ease especially during the covid pandemic since January. She replied to my numerous emails promptly with clear answers and better suggestions. She set-up the place more beautiful than I was imagining it! They had a lot of cool and beautiful decors. The servers were excellent as well--- very accommodating by assisting us behind the scene prior to the grand entrance with the food and drinks. The team made our wedding beautiful, smooth, and organized. Booking our venue with the Club was the best decision as they set up the event for success for other vendors.

Nice venue with a small suspension bridge and golfing. The clubhouse is rustic but well maintained considering the age. I attended a wedding there and the venue they used was adaquate and the balcony had a nice view of the rivervalley. The in-house catering was a huge let down. I had a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley that was not up to par. I would say that was closer to having a truckstop steak, which was dissapointing given that everything else was excellent. Overall I think it would be a good place to golf, but definately not dine.

I had my wedding here this summer and it was fantastic. Erica will go above and beyond to make sure your day goes smoothly. She is incredibly professional and organized and an absolute delight to work with. The food they served was absolutely incredible and my guests are still talking about it! Would highly recommend this venue to couples looking for a beautiful setting and a relatively stress-free (thanks to Erica) planning experience.
